Abstract

This study aims to perform the movement Projected of emiten stocks AALI, GZCO, JAVA, LSIP, SGRO, SIMP, SMAR, TBLA, and UNSP and Provides an overview to the investor in making an investment decision on the plantation company in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The data used in this study is a secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange which consists of the go public Plantation stocks data from 20 September 2011 to 20 August 2013. The method used is the method of ARIMA with Minitab 16.The results of this study can be concluded that the movement of the stock price forecasting for plantations in Indonesia Stock Exchange is general tend to decrease. technically, it is to take the advantage of short- term momentum , buy on weakness for AALI and JAVA ascending trend, whereas for stock GZCO, LSIP, SGRO, SIMP, SMAR, TBLA, and UNSP the declining trend can take steps to sell. The decline in stock prices caused by lower demand for palm oil due to the global economic crisis.

Abstract

This research aim to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of market structure, non-interest expense, equity and liquid asset to net interest margin on commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2007-2011. In this research, the data used is the data of 11 commercial banks were selected through purposive sampling with criteria (1) commercial banks that are actively listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2007-2011. (2) Commercial banks that consistently publishes annual financial statements for the period of 2007-2011. (3) Commercial banks that meet indicator dependent variable and the independent variables during the period of 2007-2011. The data is analyzed using panel data with multiple linear regression method with fixed effect model (FEM) are graded according to this research because this model has no intercept equation is constant or there are differences in each individual. Before analyzing the data, first Normality Test and Hausman test to determine the normality of the data and to determine whether the fixed effect model suitable for use in this study. Further processing of the data were performed using the Eviews 5.Results of this research found that simultaneous f-statistics test that variables of market structure, non-interest expense, equity and liquid asset have a significant effect on net interest margin at 95% confidence level, while it is partially based on t- statistics test concluded that the variables of market structure and equity had a positive effect and no significant on the net interest margin at the 95% confidence level. Non-interest expense variable has a positive and significant effect on net interest margin and the liquid assets variable has a negative and significant effect on the net interest margin at the 95% confidence level. Additionally determination coefficient indicates that the variable of market structure, non-interest expense, equity and liquid asset are able to explain the variable net interest margin on commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange amounted to 87.79%.Key words: Net Interest Margin, Market Structure, Non-Interest Expense, Equity, and Liquid Asset.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the that influence consumer demand to buy refill drinking water RO types based on price , quality, place / location, and promosi.Untuk determine the most dominant factor affecting the consumer demand to buy RO water refill in the city of Belawan.The data war obtained from a sample of 50 customers buyers RO water refill. Tests using five indicators of factors of production, factor price, location , promotion sales and purchase interest. The research method used is descriptive analysis, statistical analysis and statistical analysis of F test The F in F table is 2.706> 2.61. At α = 5%Based on the results the, regression test results obtained by the value of the product is positive at 0.382, the value is positive rates of 0.206, where the value is positive at 0.356 and is positive promotional value of 0.056, which means that the most dominant factor in influencing consumer purchasing water content RO water is particularly re-factor of the product. So as to increase sales entrepreneurs drinking water should always keep that produced water production and also promotion again.Keywords: Factors of production, price, and production

Abstract

This research aims to study and analyze the influence of society perception to the obligation in Indonesia (Case study at Customer of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk Medan city). The society perception is an interpretation based on environment data collected that absorbed by human sense as initiative taking of communication process, while obligation is a medium – long term debenture that can be sell and buy in which the obligation contain promise of the issuer to pay the compensation such as interest (coupon) in certain period.The method of analysis applied in this research is a descriptive analysis and simple linier regression method. This research use the secondary data that collected in documentation study and processed statistically by SPSS program for windonws.The result of research indicates that the society perception has a negative influence and is not significant to the obligation in Indonesia. The value of t-calculated of society perception variable is -1.409 and t-table is 1.980. so t-calculated < t-table (-1.409 < 1.980) and significant value 0.000 < 0.05 because (0.162?0.05). the main reason of customer perception to the obligation is lower because the knowledge (insight) of customer is lower (they only know the obligation as alternative of investment in addition to saving and deposit product and share) and the socialization and promotion must be increased by bank.Keywords : Society perception, Obligation, Bank

Abstract

The problems of this research is how the influence of their own capital, loan capital and land held against citrus growers citrus farmers in business development Karo can be seen from the increase in revenue. The purpose of this research is to analyze their own capital, loan capital and land that may affect the business improvement particularly in citrus growers Karo seen from the increase in revenue. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive effect of own capital, credit capital and land area of the business improvement citrus growers who have seen improved citrus farmers' income in Karo District. Data analysis methods used are simple linear regression analyzes were used to see how the influence of their own capital, loan capital and land that may affect the business improvement / citrus farmers' income, as well as the correlation coefficient is used to see the closeness of the relationship between the variables of their own capital, capital credit and land on citrus farmers' income. The results showed that the positive influence of capital, loan capital and land area of the business improvement / citrus farmers' income significantly, and there is a correlation between the equity, capital and credit to an increase in the land area of business / revenue and positively perfect.Keywords:Equity, Capital Credit, Land Area and Revenue
