Abstract

SMAN 1 Bangunrejo is still a lot of parents who belong to underprivileged families economy, therefore the programs that support the smooth process learning as highly desirable for smooth scholarship students in completing education. Distribution of scholarships is done by the Department of Education Central Lampung greatly assist students who are not able to or achievement during their studies. To assist the determination in determining the eligible student then takes a decision support system. In the process of development of a decision support system to determine the scholarship recipients at SMAN 1 Bangunrejo use traditional methods Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This method was chosen because it is able the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative meant that the right to receive scholarships based on criteria specified. Research done by finding the weight values for each attribute, then do ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that the best students achieving the eligible. Based on test results, a system built to help the working team selectors scholarship, can accelerate the scholarship selection process, can reduce errors in determining the scholarship recipients, so the scholarships granted in accordance with the target.

Abstract

The development of information systems and information technology requires planning to complement the direction of the college strategy. Planning is constructed by defining data, application and technology architectures in the use of information to support business processes and then architectural design to identify needs and create architectural schemes and make plans for their implementation. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a method of data quality planning approach oriented to business needs and how the implementation of the architecture is done in such a way in an effort to support business turnover and achievement of Vision and Mission and the goal of strategic development of SI and IT at college private high. Abstract

Pringsewu district as a new autonomous region has big potentials in education sector. Currently there are 12 public senior/vocational high schools and 27 private senior/vocational high schools under Education Office of Pringsewu district. There many schools still requiring attentions on school buildings, especially classrooms. To obtain classroom rehabilitation aids, a system to support decision making to determine which school has the right to receive aids from Education Office in Pringsewu district. In implementing system to support decision makings in selection of aid receivers for classroom rehabilitation in senior/vocational high schools by Education Office of Pringsewu district, there are five criteria to use; the physical condition of classroom, number of students, number of teachers and staffs, school income, and status of land ownership of the school. The problem in this research was to find best alternative based on predetermined criteria b using SAW (Simple Additive Weighing). The basic concept of SAW method is to find out weight rating of each alternative in an attribute, and then ranking process is conducted to determine best alternative.
