Abstract

Distributor UD. X seringkali harus menunggu pengiriman barang dari distributor area (utama) karena intervensi langsung dari produsen yang memerintahkan distributor utama untuk memenuhi permintaan ritel modern terlebih dahulu.Akibatnya, beberapa pelanggan UD.X membatalkan pesanan karena barang tidak tersedia. Kondisi ini bisa diminimalkan jika UD. X memiliki manajemen persediaan yang baik. Tantangan ini bisa diselesaikan oleh UD. X jika menyewa seorang manajer profesional tetapi solusi ini tidak dapat dilaksanakan. Upaya lain adalah dengan menerapkan sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang mampu meniru pola pikir seorang manajer profesional dalam mengelola persediaan. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik, karyawan, pelanggan utama UD.X, dan praktisi dalam manajemen persediaan serta studi dokumen perusahaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pemesanan pembelian UD. X dapat meningkatkan dengan terlebih dahulu membuat kategorisasi pelanggan yang akan membantu perusahaan menentukan perilaku pelanggan. Di samping itu, ada beberapa faktor di dalam perusahaan yang harus diubah sehingga sistem dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal.

Abstract

Indoor Positioning System (IPS) can determine someone’s position inside a building. The common method used is implemented by WiFi signal strength analising. This paper discusses about how to do IPS using K-Means and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method, that also analyze the accuracy. K-Means is used to cluster dataset. Each data in certain cluster then classified using KNN method. The dataset consists of 11658 Received Signal Strength (RSS) from 177 Access Point (AP) in UKDW. Accuracy of system analized using 10-fold Cross Validation method which is applied in a range of k=2 to k=11 for clusterisation process, then k=1 to k=5 for classification process. Based on the experiment results, system can determine someone’s position with 88.49% accuracy which k optimum is 10 for clusterisation process, and k=1 for classification process.

Abstract

Forest and land is a natural resource that is very potential to be used for national development. Nevertheless to forests and land are common threats and harassment that impede conservation efforts. One form of threats and harassment by the forest fires and land (karhutla). Land and forest fires in Indonesia is a problem that occurs regularly every year, especially during the dry season. Conventionally information delivery system is done by monitoring directly in the field, use a map and compass as well as the use of the gong in the villages as a tool to inform the public about the possibility of fire. Today, with the help of modern technology such as computers, telecommunications devices and the Internet many developing fire information system that provides information to map the locations of fire (hotspot). However, often the fire information display only hotspot in an area, featuring a fire-prone area served is not clear, and is not based on processing methods methodologically inconsistent, which tend to be subjective and dependent on the processing of data. Hotspot which appeared hundreds or even thousands, to minimize the danger of fire should be immediately sought a solution would have been to put it out, but by the number of hotspots that much is certainly not an easy thing to do. One determines the hotspot to be extinguished in advance will result in a more dangerous and greater losses. Planning activities for fire prevention and suppression requires accurate information, actual and easily understood by decision makers. Therefore, by utilizing advances in technology, it takes a Decision Support System (Decision Support System) to help determine hotspots land and forest fires are a top priority to extinguish based on the criteria that have been set. The proper method for application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Weighted Product (WP).

Abstract

Bank Sampah Cimahi (Bank Samici) was established with the aim to reduce landfill waste in the city cimahi. So that the waste can be harnessed into something that has economic value. In 2014 to 2016 it was noted that bank customers Bank Sampah Induk Cimahi 825 people, while the population of cimahi in 2014 amounted to 579 015 inhabitants, the comparison between the customer and the number of city dwellers cimahi only 0:23% is already a customer of the population cimahi, certainly in this case waste bank holding cimahi less successful, By utilizing advances in information and communication technology, As we have seen in the current era we already feel very rapid development of technology and growing fast. Among one of the growing communications technology is Mobile Communications Technology. With the development of this mobile technology, to access information and communicate more easily and more quickly. thus requiring mobile-based integrated information system that can attract cimahi citizens to become customers of banks holding junk cimahi that can facilitate in terms of enrollment and saving.

Abstract

Department of cooperatives and small micro enterprises Cimahi is one of the technical services that manage and exploit all the economic potential in the city of Cimahi either in the form of potential human resources and other resources through the empowerment of cooperatives Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Related to the process, there are some constraints in terms of data collection UMKM as a whole, one of them in terms of administrative data collection strategic planning. The process of making strategic planning carried out by UMKM. The process of making such a factor of success in the running of UMKM for a period of 5 to 10 years based on the reference contained in the strategic planning documents, the data renstra an UMKM that are not integrated with each other because dozens of UMKM in services with likely make difficulties in its management services. This study aims to establish an executive information system visualization for the preparation of strategic planning to facilitate the process of making strategic planning for UMKM Cimahi which can be integrated with the service cooperative UMKM, microfinance institutions and other related institutions

Abstract

Abstract— ABC School is an educational organization. They operate their routine activities without information systems, especially for extracurricular activies. System recommendation was made to help the school. It provides to recommend extracurricular which is more suitable with student interest. Primary data source is obtained by interview and observation with headmaster of ABC School. Primary data used for analysis and design sytem. The analysis use one of data mining technique, which is content based recommendation. The content based recommendation method that used for this research is Naïve Bayes. Abstract

Pathfinding is a way to find the shortest route between two points. There are several A* variant algorithms such as Iterative Deepening A* (IDA*) algorithm, Partial Expansion A* (PEA*), and Jump Point Search (JPS). In this research, the writer evaluates the performance of A*, IDA* algorithm, JPS, and PEA* algorithm. The algorithms are implemented in pacman game and the writer get the data by measuring visited nodes, and the route it takes.  Based  on the  analysis  of  algorithms  in  a  game,  it concluded that  the algorithms  have  the  same  path solution, but JPS algorithm has less visited nodes than A*, IDA*, and PEA*

Abstract

Human vision can do amazing things such as recognizing people or objects, navigating through obstacles, recognizing the mood in a scene, and imagining stories. To do mimicry of the human vision, the computer requires a sensor that functions like the human eye and a computer program that serves as a data processor from the sensor. Computer vision is the science that uses image processing to make decisions based on images obtained from sensors. In other words, computer vision aims to build an intelligent machine that can "see". Computer vision can be used to detect skin diseases, for example, to detect disease Shingles (Herpes Zoster), Hives (Urticaria), Psoriasis, Eczema, Rosacea, Cold Sores (Fever Blisters), Rash, Razor Bumps, Skin Tags, Acne, Athlete's Foot, moles, Age or Liver Spots, Pityriasis Rosea, Melasma (Pregnancy Mask), Warts, and Seborrheic keratoses. Prewitt, Sobel, Roberts, and Canny operator are used to detect the edges of one or more objects. Then the results will be match with the results of edge detection image data base to determine the type of disease using Scale invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) algorithm. Skin Disease Detection Expert System will be implemented with C++ programming language, IDE MS Visual Studio 2010 and OpenCV 2.4 library. Keywords— computer vision, edge detection, SIFT algorithm, skin disease
