Abstract

Proses pemilihan tomat yang dilakukan manusia relatif kurang konsisten untuk menentukan tomat yang matang dan belum matang. Hal ini disebabkan beberapa faktor seperti kelelahan manusia, keragaman visual, dan perbedaan persepsi setiap manusia. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah sistem berbasis komputer yang dapat melakukan proses pemilihan yang memiliki tingkat akurasi dibandingkan dengan proses pemilihan yang dilakukan oleh manusia. Proses pemilihan pada sistem ini, dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan meliputi pengambilan citra tomat diikuti proses pemotongan citra dan konversi ruang warna HSV serta pembuatan histogram HSV. Hasil konversi ruang warna HSV tersebut sebagai masukkan proses klasifikasi untuk menentukan tingkat kematangan tomat kedalam kategori matang dan belum matang menggunakan metode Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ). Sistem yang dibuat terdiri dari dua perangkat diantaranya kamera sebagai alat untuk pengambilan citra dan belt conveyor sebagai material transfer. Hasil dari pengujian sistem pengenalan tingkat kematangan berdasarkan citra warna dengan metode Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) diperoleh prosentase keberhasilan sebesar 83,75% dari 80 dengan pengambilan citra tomat secara statis dan 83,33% dari 48 dengan pengambilan citra tomat pada belt conveyor.

Abstract

Content based image retrieval (CBIR) adalah teknik pencarian gambar dari database gambar besar dengan menganalisis fitur-fiturnya. Fiturnya bisa berupa warna, tekstur, bentuk, dll. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi antara Principal Component Analysist dan Scale Invariant Feature Transform (metode PCA-SIFT). Metode SIFT digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan menggambarkan fitur lokal sedangkan PCA digunakan untuk mengurangi dimensi gambar. Nilai dimensi menjadi masalah tersendiri dalam perhitungan. Metode PCA diterapkan untuk proyeksi dimensi tinggi dengan dimensi gambar rendah. Sebelumnya PCA dan PCA saja sudah sering diaplikasikan untuk pengambilan citra digital. Hasil pencarian diperoleh dengan membandingkan deskriptor titik kunci dari query ke dataset. Hasil pencarian citra menggunakan dataset Wang, menunjukkan bahwa CBIR yang menggunakan metode PCA-SIFT dapat mencapai Precission  90,00% dan recall 18,00%.

Abstract

One factor of increased violations on the highway is a violation of traffic signs, because the signs are not visible to the driver. In addition to this the conditions on road signs attached to the road have shortcomings such as twisting signs, imperfect beacons and non-standard beacons. So to be able to reduce the violation of traffic signs required a system that can recognize traffic. To be able to recognize traffic signs can be done visually and must be fast in recognizing. The image to be recognized can use the camera to retrieve information from signposts then the image is extracted with features of Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) algorithm consisting of three stages: interest point detection, scale space, feature description and feature matching so that the system can recognize traffic signs. The research that has been done has resulted that the SURF algorithm in recognizing traffic signs is good enough to be the algorithm of introduction of traffic signs with the need to be fast and accurate. In addition, this algorithm is invariant to scale and invariant to rotation, so that the difference of slope and scale difference can still be recognized by using SURF algorithm

Abstract

Children with autism are characterized by symtomps and delays in cognitive fields, social interaction, and behaviors that appear before the age of three. Parents sometimes do not know if their child has autism so they do not know how to cope. It is necessary to design a diagnosys system so that parents can know and detect the autism disorder as early as possible. The classification system is using Naïve Bayes method by comparing the probability result for each three category (aloof, passive, active but odd). For Naïve Bayes's weakness is solved by add-one smoothing method so that the probability of Naïve Bayes to a target based on the existing symptoms.Keywords— Naïve Bayes, autism, add one smoothing

Abstract — This paper will propose information system design for SPPD application. Currently  Research Center for Physics LIPI still implement manual  way to issue SPPD. By observing manual way of issued SPPD and reference study of  normalization data method, a design of information system is proposed. Abstract

Sustainability of         business processes remain awake will                        provide leverage to Maranatha DLTI in running the function of information technology in UKMs. To maximize service management information                                     system changes that                               are                                in the DLTI and Maranatha design and the transition of a new service or a change in management information systems at the service                     of DLTI in Maranatha. Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 5. COBIT 5 is a comprehensive framework of large-scale enterprise and run it governance is already running. COBIT domain 5 domain chosen isDelivered, Service, and Support (DSS) that focus on the assessment of service delivery and information  technology as well as its support to business processes that take place including the management of the problem so that the sustainability of business processes still awake as well as how to control business processes, evaluate, and plan for long-term business processes in the future. The result is a Rating Scale obtained at DLTI is a Level Largely achieved and target Levels to be achieved is Fully achieved, so based on the analysis of gaps in the outline of the need for an increase in the Rating Scale of the existing conditions of the increase in activity with recommendations that maximizing the already good walking and doing activities to accelerate innovation in the achievement of business goals.

Abstract

Abstract — Automatic motorcycle has gain a lot of popularity in recent years. Motorcycle users usually didn’t understand technical issues about their vehicle. The purpose of this research is to build a website that could help motorcycle users to detect damage on their motorcycle. The website employs expert system with forward chaining method. Current knowledge base focused on automatic motorcycle machine failure, but can be expanded or changed to another more broad domain context. Users can get insight of what caused the damage and how to fix it.
