Abstract

Several pile caps changed shape and size due to the addition of pile columns on some pile caps of the Jambi University office building. The pre-planned pile caps depth changed to 11-19,5 m from 30 m at each point. The change was due to the existing land conditions on the field that did not support the original foundation plan. For the construction of the building to stand firm, the foundation plan must adapt to the field conditions. The research method used is the evaluation method, which performs an analysis of the foundation-bearing capacity after the occurrence of changes. It consists of three stages: the data collection stage, the analysis stage, and the decision-making stage. At the critical depth achieved, the days of axial support pressure 744,107 kN, the traction axial support power 169,16 kN, and the P6A type pillar group bearing capacity 11161,6 kN. The foundation is said to be able to withstand the upper structural load demonstrated by the results of a single pillar analysis when Qall > upper structure load worth 218.867,458 kN > 157924,94 kN and on the group pillar is said safe when the security factor obtained > the minimum security factor. The results concluded that the foundation bearing capacity analysis on Jambi University Office Building is safe and able to withstand the load of structures above the building.

Abstract

The Pantura Highway which connects Bekasi City and Bekasi Regency is the main acces for community mobilization, so it is necessary to optimize services and public transport needs to fulfill the Bekasi- Cikarang route of ±15,1 km. Analysis of the optimal number of fleets is carried out using the Break Event Point (BEP) method by taking into account the value of load factor, BOK, daily income and number of existing fleets based on data from field interview surveys. The research results show that the number of public transportation operating in 80 units out of 112 units. Operation time 5 hours/day with operational cost of Rp. 447.700,91/day. The load factor value is 61,7% and the average speed is 16,6 km/hour. The Bok value  for the PCI method is Rp. 4.323.695,75 per 1000 km or Rp. 652.878,-/day. The BEP value for the optimal number of fleets with the existing in currently 62 unit and for the future in 2027 it is 60 units. The optimal fleet number using the PCI BOK method is currently 43 unit and 42 unit for 2027.

Abstract

Ngabean Secondary Canal which is located in Ngawi Regency receives main water supply from Jati Dam amounting to 25% of the main dam discharge and water withdrawal from the Ngabean Dam intake of 0.45 m3/ha. However, this value does not meet the water needs of the entire irrigation area. Apart from that, the Ngabean Secondary Canal also experienced a reduction in the irrigation area from 1840 ha to 1818 ha. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, in conditions before rehabilitation, the highest dependent flow of Jati Dam was 1.01 m3/s and the lowest was 0.00 m3/s with water withdrawal at the intake of 25%, able to fulfill the planting pattern of paddy(15%)-crops(75%)-crops(50%) generated a production profit of IDR 8.794.123.880,00. Meanwhile, after rehabilitation, the highest was 5.93 m3/s and the lowest was 3.21 m3/s with an intake of 32%, able to fulfill the planting pattern of paddy(100%)-paddy(100%)-paddy(100%) resulting in a production profit of IDR 83,564,115,480.00 with the highest irrigation water requirement value of 3.10 m3/sec. Apart from that, the existing canal dimensions still meet the requirements after land reduction so that no changes to the canal dimensions are required.

Abstract

Basically, construction projects cannot be free from existing obstacles that can cause delays in ongoing projects. Work that experiences problems can cause delays and result in losses and various methods are taken to avoid problems that result in delays and losses. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that cause delays in construction work on building construction projects in Purworejo Regency and analyze the correlation or relationship between these factors. In this research, data processing uses Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) analysis for correlation or relationship between factors causing delays in building construction projects in Purworejo Regency. A set of questionnaires was used to obtain the required primary data. Exploratory factor analysis techniques are used to identify existing latent variables. Questionnaires were obtained from 40 people consisting of contractors, supervisory consultants and owners involved in this research. The results of the research explain that five factors influence delays in building construction projects in Purworejo Regency, namely auction process factors and non-technical events, inappropriate technical planning, accuracy factors in the amount of material sent, communication and coordination factors, equipment productivity factors.

Abstract

The soil structure-interaction analysis method is a structural analysis method in which the structure and foundation are treated as a complete structural system. Until now, the concept of analysis was that soil was idealized as a set of springs that had a unit value of foundation modulus obtained from the assumption that the ground contact stress was linear (evenly distributed). The fact is that for relatively rigid structural systems, ground contract tension is not linear. This study aims to examine whether there is a difference in the internal forces on structural element elements as a result of the analysis of structure-soil interaction assuming this ground contact stress (evenly distributed), when compared with the results of the ground-structure interaction analysis by taking into account the inlinearity of the contact stress. Research using computer aids and computer programs (SAP2000). Examples of structures were chosen that were symmetrical with the load distribution altered in such a way as to obtain values of ratios between the vertical reaction at the outermost pedestal (Rt) and the vertical reaction at the innermost pedestal (Rd) of 0.6, 0.5 and 0.4. The soil condition chosen is a type of clay soil with two kinds of conditions, namely soft and medium tanaah. The results show that whether the soil conditions are soft or moderate, most moments in an element image make a significant difference to all Rt/Rd values.

Abstract

Roads have an important role in every regional development, especially in Sumbawa Regency. As many as 20 roads in Sumbawa Regency, specifically in Lopok District and Plampang District, were damaged due to repeated excessive traffic loads. This research aims to determine the level of damage to road conditions using the SDI (Surface Distress Index) method so that researchers can evaluate and find out what alternatives will be used to improve the condition of damaged roads. The results of the research are that STA 0+300 to 0+320 experienced serious damage, the type of treatment on this road section was road reconstruction. Meanwhile, STA 0+000 to 0+300, STA 0+320 to 0+500, and STA 0+760 to 0+800 experienced light damage, the type of treatment on these road sections was road rehabilitation. However, most of the roads in Lopok District and Plampang District, Sumbawa Regency are in good condition, seen at STA 0+500 to 0+760 and STA 0+800 to 1+100.

Abstract

The economic growth in Madiun City make shows good development has made Guest House entrepreneurs start to experience an increase. One of them is the construction of Guest House A. To find out that the investment is considered feasible, it is necessary to carry out a feasibility study analysis from an economic perspective by considering several indicators, including the Net Present Value, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, and Back Period. From the calculations that have carried out, the NPV value is 1,053,103,006.39, the Internal Rate of Return is 12,60%, the Benefit of Cost is 2.13, with a Payback Period of 10.93 Years. From the existing analysis, the NPV is more than zero for IRR value is greater than the MRR value, and the B/C value is greated than one, with existing indicators concluding that the investment can be continue
