Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the optimization of the Lingsir Wengi MSME Market in Temuguruh Village as an economic empowerment program designed to overcome the community's dependence on bank plecit practices (illegal loans). Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, this research analyzes the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the market's sustainability. The results indicate that functionally, the Lingsir Wengi Market has played a significant role in providing alternative livelihoods and creating economic independence, which ultimately reduces the practice of usury-based loans among the community. However, in the aspect of program management and sustainability, the market faces several serious challenges. The main inhibiting factors include the absence of a formal organizational structure or management team fully responsible for the market, lack of product innovation leading to visitor boredom, and fluctuations in the number of business actors. Meanwhile, strong supporting factors are the strategic location, full support from the Village Government, and the enthusiasm of the local community. Based on these findings, the novelty of this research lies in formulating a sustainability strategy based on local wisdom, which includes the establishment of a management team, strengthening digital marketing, and MSME human resource training to ensure long-term program effectiveness. The implication of this study is a policy recommendation emphasizing the importance of managerial professionalism in community-based economic empowerment to ensure program optimization and prevent the community from non-Sharia economic practices.

Abstract

Curriculum changes in Indonesia have been an ongoing phenomenon since independence. From the 1994 curriculum to the Merdeka curriculum, each change aims to improve the quality of education and meet the evolving needs of society. However, curriculum changes also pose challenges for teachers, students, and parents. This article analyzes the influence of curriculum development and changes in Indonesia, as well as their impact on the education system and society. This literature study identifies patterns and trends in curriculum development and change, and provides recommendations for improving the quality of the curriculum in Indonesia. The results show that curriculum changes can improve the quality of education, but also require adjustments and adaptations from all parties involved. Therefore, it is essential to understand the influence of curriculum changes and develop strategies to improve the quality of the curriculum in Indonesia. Thus, it is expected to improve the quality of education and meet the evolving needs of society. Curriculum changes must be accompanied by improvements in teacher quality, infrastructure, and other resources to achieve better educational goals. In addition, there needs to be cooperation between the government, schools, and the community to improve the quality of the curriculum and achieve national education goals.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has driven significant transformations in learning practices, including in Islamic educational institutions that have distinctive values and cultural characteristics. This study aims to examine the concept of educational technology utilization, analyze the quality of learning in Islamic educational institutions, and examine the effectiveness of educational technology in improving the quality of learning while remaining based on Islamic educational principles. The research method used is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach through analysis of books, national and international scientific journal articles, and other relevant documents. The results of the study show that the use of educational technology, which includes aspects of learning design, utilization, management, and assessment, can improve the effectiveness of learning, learning motivation, cognitive involvement of students, and the quality of academic services. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as infrastructure limitations, low technological competence of educators, resistance to change, and lack of managerial support. The novelty of this research lies in the analysis of the use of educational technology as a strategy to improve the quality of learning that is integrated with Islamic values and relevant to the perspective of educational psychology, particularly in the aspects of motivation, learning interaction, and learning experience.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply examine the process of building a positive school image through two main pillars: management service and strengthening teacher performance. A positive school image is a strategic asset that influences public trust and the interest of prospective students. Previous studies tend to be quantitative, focusing on the influence of these variables on student satisfaction (Baeruma et al., 2025) or using a marketing approach (Hanafi et al., 2023). This qualitative research is present to fill this gap by exploring the strategy, implementation, and meaning behind the school's efforts to integrate the quality of management service and the improvement of teacher performance as a unified process of image formation. Using a qualitative case study method, this research seeks to answer how schools formulate and implement excellent management services and sustainable teacher performance strengthening programs, and how these two aspects synergistically contribute to the formation of a positive image in the eyes of stakeholders. The findings of this study are expected to provide a practical and theoretical model for educational practitioners in managing schools as service institutions oriented towards quality and image.

Abstract

Abst This study aims to analyze the effect of self-potential on the job prospects of FTIK IAIN Lhokseumawe students in the context of human resource development. Self-potential is understood as an individual's internal capacity, which includes self-confidence, motivation, personal skills, adaptability, and work readiness, which play an important role in increasing the competitiveness of college graduates in the workforce. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The research population consists of 70 FTIK IAIN Lhokseumawe graduates who have entered the workforce, all of whom were sampled using total sampling techniques. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on a Likert scale and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results show that self-potential has a positive and significant effect on students' job prospects. This finding confirms that self-potential is a strategic factor in human resource management and development, especially during the transition stage from education to the workforce. The novelty of this study lies in the positioning of self-potential as the main internal variable that independently influences students' job prospects in the context of Islamic religious universities.The implications of this study indicate that universities need to integrate self-development into their student management policies and programs in order to improve the employability and competitiveness of graduates.racts should be written in Indonesian using Times New Roman font size 11 with single spacing. The length should range from 150 to 250 words and presented in one paragraph. The abstract should summarize the main aspects of the study, including the purpose, methods, findings, novelty, and implications. The abstract should clearly demonstrate the contribution of the study to advancing knowledge in the field of psychology.

Abstract

This study examines school strategies in shaping students’ religious, disciplinary, and environmental care character in elementary education. Employing a qualitative descriptive research approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 012 Candirejo. The findings indicate that character education strategies are implemented through systematic planning, integration of character values into learning activities, consistent enforcement of school regulations, and daily habituation practices. Key activities such as religious routines, discipline enforcement, environmental care programs, and teacher role modeling significantly contribute to the internalization of character values among students. Supporting factors include strong school leadership, teacher consistency, and a supportive school culture, while inhibiting factors involve variations in students’ behavioral readiness and limited external support. This study concludes that structured, school-based character education strategies are effective in fostering students’ character development at the elementary level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance of thematic interpretation of the Qur'an to the practice of leadership and contemporary education administration in PAUD Kober Miftahul Ulum Mataram Udik. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research subjects included heads of institutions, teachers, and education personnel who were selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, while data analysis uses an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that Qur'anic leadership values such as trust, justice, deliberation, and example have been implemented in real life in leadership practice. In addition, educational administration is carried out systematically by integrating the principles of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating based on Islamic spiritual values. The thematic interpretation of the Qur'an has proven to be relevant to the concepts of transformational leadership and modern education management, and has contributed to shaping a holistic, adaptive, and contextual model of Islamic educational leadership.

Abstract

The Importance of Work Discipline Culture in Encouraging Superior HR Performance. Work discipline culture in the work environment has a crucial role in influencing the performance of human resources (HR) in an organization. This article aims to identify the relationship between work discipline culture and superior HR performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The research population was all employees in medium-scale manufacturing companies in metropolitan cities. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, involving 100 respondents randomly selected from several key departments. The research instrument is a questionnaire that measures employee perceptions of work discipline culture and their performance. Data were analyzed using statistical regression techniques to determine the extent to which work discipline culture contributes to HR performance. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between work discipline culture and HR performance. These findings support the theory that the implementation of a strong work discipline culture can encourage better HR performance in the organization. The practical implication of this research is the importance of building and maintaining a positive work discipline culture as a strategy to improve HR performance and overall organizational productivity.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of Islamic Service Quality (ISQ) and institutional image on the loyalty of students' guardians in Islamic Elementary Schools (SDI). By using quantitative methods and multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the study show that the quality of service in religious teaching and a positive image of the institution have a great influence on the loyalty of students' guardians. Parents who are satisfied with religious teaching and assess the image of a good school tend to be more loyal. However, there are also parents who are dissatisfied with the available learning facilities and technology. These findings show the importance of maintaining a balance between ISQ and the image of the institution, as well as the need to improve educational facilities and technology to strengthen the loyalty of students' guardians. This research provides practical advice for SDI managers in designing strategies to improve service quality and build better relationships with parents, thereby supporting the sustainability and success of the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of public management in navigating the digital economic transformation at the Culinary Tourism Centers (SWK) in Surabaya through the POSC theory approach. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study design, evaluating various policy documents, government publications, and scientific articles related to the implementation of the E-PEKEN platform and the QRIS payment system. The findings indicate that digital strategy planning has been integrated with the 2025-2029 Surabaya Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) vision, although physical infrastructure synchronization at several locations remains a challenge. Organizing is conducted in a cross-sectoral collaborative manner involving academics through a strategic partnership model. Regarding the staffing aspect, personal technical assistance provided by field staff and students has proven crucial in increasing traders' digital literacy, as evidenced by the significant improvement in understanding at the Wonorejo SWK unit, which rose from 56% to 89%. The controlling mechanism is carried out through digital transaction monitoring, although technical network stability remains the primary obstacle to program sustainability. The novelty of this research lies in the systematic application of classical management theory to dissect the dynamics of the informal sector during the digital transition at the local level. These implications emphasize that the success of MSME digitalization depends not only on technology but also on sustainable human resource mentoring. This study contributes to advancing knowledge in the field of organizational management psychology, specifically regarding technological adaptation behavior among micro-entrepreneurs within the public bureaucracy environment.
