Abstract

The Importance of Debt Policy and Value Company became the basis for investors to invest in the company went public. The value of the company can be seen from the company's stock price, where the higher the stock price, the higher the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure institutionally and Free Cash Flow to Debt Policy and Value Company. The population in this study were all consumer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013. Samples were taken 21 samples from the population by purposive sampling method with several criteria that must be met. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and ICMD 2010-2013. Testing hypotheses of the study used path analysis techniques. The results showed that: 1) Ownership institutionally positive and significant effect on the Debt Policy. 2) Ownership institutionally positive and significant impact on the Company's value. 3) Free Cash Flow positive and significant effect on the Debt Policy. 4) Free Cash Flow positive and significant effect on the value of the company. 5) Debt Policy and the positive effect is not significant to the Company's value.

Abstract

PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) is a State Owned Enterprise engaged in social insurance and compulsory insurance which has the main task of collecting funds from the public through Iuran Wajib (IW) and Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalulintas Jalan (SWDKLLJ) and channel funds to the victims of traffic accidents both on land, sea, or air. PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) always trying to improve performance in the field through increased absorption accident compensation payments and an increase in the speed of payment of compensation to the community, in which the performance improvement can not be separated from the role of emotional intelligence employees in maintaining customer relationships for in this case is the community and maintain good relationships into or out of the company so that the creation of a conducive atmosphere and the company's existence is expected to create an employee satisfaction that can affect the performance of employees is increasing. This study aims to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence on employee satisfaction and performance. Respondents in this study were all employees PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Bali some 52 people. This study is a census because it uses the entire polulasi as respondents were then processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis showed that emotional intelligence and a significant positive effect on satisfaction and employee performance and employee satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee performance. The study also found that that employee satisfaction is able to mediate emotional intelligence on the performance of employees. Managerial implications that can be applied PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) is to improve the promotion of policies to be more open, honest, and based on the achievement by implementing a performance appraisal system that already exists objectively as determinants of policy campaign, while the supervisor or supervision is expected to be able to more master work, able to understand and listen to subordinates and give attention so that employee satisfaction in terms of non-material being met.

Abstract

The main objective in the operations of banking companies is to maximize profits / earnings. This study aims to determine the effect of non-performing loans, Operating Expenses to Operating Income, as a predictor of the Loan to Deposit Ratio and Return on Assets in corporate banking in IDX. The study population is a banking company that is in the Stock Exchange in 2009-2013. The sample was selected on the basis of the number of assets with the largest sample criteria is the criteria that the company during the observation period 2009-2013 years of the repertoire of the banking company, which amounted to 10 companies. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) years from 2009 to 2013. Testing hypotheses of the study used path analysis technique with an application tool SPSS 17th version of the results showed that: 1) NPL significant negative effect on LDR, 2) ROA significant negative effect on LDR, 3) NPL significant negative effect on ROA, 4 ) ROA and no significant negative effect on ROA 5) LDR and no significant negative effect on ROA. 6) LDR is able to mediate between the NPL, ROA. 7) LDR is able to mediate between the ROA to ROA.

Abstract

PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) is one of government company in the field social insurance and compulsory insurance which has the main task of collecting funds from the public through iuran wajib (IW) and sumbangan wajib dana kecelakaan lalu lintas jalan (SWDKLLJ), than distribute funds for the victims of traffict accidents either on land, sea, or the air. Jasa Raharja always trying to improve performance in the field through increased absorption accident compensation payments and an increase in the speed of payment of compensation to the community, and to improve administrative performance through the application of standards of good corporate gocernonce (GCG) in various administrative procedures of the company. The Company expects that employee satisfaction, able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.This study aims to examine the mediating role of employee satisfaction in the organizational culture on employee performance. Respondents in this study are all employees of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Bali some 52 peoples. This study is a census research because it uses the entire population be a respondents and then it will be processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the analysis results indicate that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction and performance, and employee satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The study also found that employee satisfaction is disable to mediate organizational culture on employee performance. Managerial implications that can be applied on PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Bali is to improve the promotion of policies to be more open, honest, and based on factual job performance, while for the supervisor are expected to be able to more understand for all of the job, and able to understand and listen to subordinates so that the employee satisfaction of non-material terms are achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Dividend Policy as mediation Liquidity and Growth Company to Corporate Value. The population of this research is a Manufacturing company in BEI 2010-2013. The sample selectionis done by using purposive sampling method included in the sampling nonprobability sampling technique. The sample was selected on the basis of suitability characteristics of the sample with the sample criteria with criteria that company during the observation period 2010-2013 year fixed or not out of the list of Manufacturing Index, which amounts to 38 companies. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and ICMD 2010-2013. Testing hypotheses of the study used path analysis technique with an application tool SPSS 17th version of the results show ed that: 1) Liquidity significant negative effecton Dividend Policy, 2) Company Growth negative and significant impacton the profitability, 3) Liquidity significant positive effect on value companies, 4) Growth company significant negative effecton the value of the Company, 5) Dividend policy significant positive effecton firm value, 6) Dividend policy is not able to mediate between Liquidity Rated company. 7) Dividend policy is not able to mediate between the growth of the Company's Corporate Value.

Abstract

IKIP PGRI Adalah salah satu Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Bali, yang merupakan Lembaga Pencetak Tenaga Kependidikan ( LPTK ), yang lebih berorientasi pada visi dan misi yang telah diembannya, demi lulusan yang siap kerja, professional dan dapat bersaing dipasar global . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kepuasan dan Kinerja Karyawan IKIP PGRI Bali. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian administrasi IKIP PGRI Bali adalah tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus , jumlahnya sebanyak 55 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisoner. Model analisis menggunakan program SmartPLS ( Partial Least Square ). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, kepuasan dan kinerja , demikian pula kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan tetapi tidak serta merta terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Industri kesehatan di wilayah Kabupaten Buleleng dari tahun ke tahun mengalami perkembangan yang berkelanjutan, hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya persaingan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kuantitas pasien menjadi semakin sulit. Rumah sakit Umum Shanti Graha sebagai salah satu industri yang bergerak dibidang jasa pelayanan kesehatan merasakan dampak dari persaingan industri pelayanan kesehatan ini. Mempertahankan pasien merupakan hal utama yang harus dilakukan oleh Rumah Sakit Umum Shanti Graha. Kualitas pelayanan yang prima dan optimal diharapkan mampu memenuhi harapan pasien, sehingga rumah sakit mampu memenangkan persaingan sehingga tujuan kegiatan operasional usaha secara internal dan eksternal dapat dicapai secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan kepercayaan pasien. Responden penelitian ini adalah para pasien Rumah Sakit Umum Shanti Graha. Jumlah responden penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 140 responden dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode stratified proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis partial least square (PLS) dengan bantuan program software PLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, 2) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keprcayaan pasien, 3) kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pasien, sedangkan hipotesis 4) pengaruh kepuasan pasien memediasi sebagian antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepercayaan pasien. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini yaitu Rumah sakit Umum Shanti Graha sebaiknya melakukan perbaikan kinerja dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan khususnya pada indikator-indikator kualitas pelayanan yang berada dibawah rata-rata total, seperti : fasilitas fisik rumah sakit, teknologi rumah sakit yang modern, kemampuan petugas medis rumah sakit yang dapat dipercaya, rasa aman pasien atas pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit dan ketertarikan pasien dalam memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit yang telah di aplikasikan untuk meminimalkan komplain pasien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Leverage terhadap Kebijakan Dividen dan Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2014. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus berdasarkan pada perusahaan yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan secara lengkap dan membagikan dividen selama periode pengamatan tahun 2011-2014 berjumlah 22 perusahaan. Data penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) tahun 2011-2014. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan teknik path analysis dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
