Abstract

This study aimed to determine the differences in stress levels in full day school and half day school students. This study used a cross sectional design in which the data collection used the validated PSS-10 (Perceived Stress Scale). Of the full day school students of SDN Kauman 1 Mojokerto City, 15 students (76.2%) had moderate stress levels, and 16 students (71.43%) of the half-day school SDN Tangunan Mojokerto Regency had mild stress levels. The data analyzed by using the Wilcoxon test with a p value of 0.001 so it can be concluded that there are differences in stress levels in full day school students of SDN Kauman 1 Mojokerto City and half day school SDN Tangunan Mojokerto Regency. This indicates that there is a difference in stress levels experienced by students where students with the full day school system tend to have higher stress levels than students who go to school with the half day school system

Abstract

PHBS is behavior observed by educated, teachers, and other awareness-school residents, thereby independently being able to prevent disease, improve their health, and contribute actively to the development of health. The purpose of this study aimed to now the application of the PHBS program for clean living behavior and heath iesgrade school children RT 02 RW 06 city of probolinggo. It’s the result of this research exhibiting PHBS elementary school age children indicate that p thereis a good category of 27 (90%) whereas in a category quite as much as 3 (10%). To the data analysis used there is a good category of 27 (90%) whereas in a category quite as much as 3 (10%). The data analyzed by wilcoxon signed tests showed significant differences before and after werw given the PHBS programme to children. Applying his PHBS consistently with teacher supervision could be done, and parents would then enhance the quality of health and lower the school-age children’s vulnerability to potential health problems.

Abstract

Most smokers do adolescents in which teens are aged 18-25 years where at that age as a productive age, giving photographs on cigarette packages is expected to make consumers think repeatedly before deciding to smoke. this study aimed to determine the Active Smoker Response About the Dangerous Message of Smoking in Cigarette Packaging Conducted on Students Colloge. This study used a descriptive method, and purposive sampling technique with 28 respondents Students of the Faculty of Engineering Majapahit Islamic University Mojokerto, which are observed according to inclusion criteria, and respondent responses more deeply by observation used a respoon questionnaire, distributing questionnaires online used the Google Form which is done in one time only.The results of this studied is the affective response research are in the first place,which is means altought the respondent’s knowledge about the dangerous of smoking message image on cigarette packs and the respondent’s emotions towards the sentence and the message about the dangers of smoking is quite good, this is not a benchmark for respondent’s to leave the smoking habit or reduce the habits of smoke.

Abstract

Policies about studying, working, and worshiping at home need to be intensified to reduce the spread of Covid-19. The high number of the spread of the Covid 19 virus causes a lot of stress in the community.This study aimed to determine the effect of stress management during the Covid 19 pandemic on community stress in Garung, Bangeran Mojokerto. The research design was a pre-experimenta, wich used one group pretest-posttest design. The number of samples was 36 respondents that selected by using simple random sampling technique. The study was conducted in February-March 2021. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a severe stress levelas many as 19 (52.8%) and after being given stress management, it was found that most of the respondents have a moderate stress level(63, 9%). Wilcoxon statistical test showed p value = 0.000. Which means that there is an effect of stress management during the Covid 19 pandemic on community stress. So people must do management to face covid 19 pandemic effect by doing religious lecturing, reading Q.S yasin, istighosah and praying

Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate in Indonesia is still high. The existence of comprehensive monitoring through Continuity of care (COC). Comprehensive services, which were complete services, starting from the period of pregnancy, parturition, post partum, neonatal and family planning, were carried out with midwifery management and SOAP documentation. Midwifery care was given to Mrs "E" G2P002. 38 weeks of gestational age was done at Puskesmas Bangsal working area on march 2020. The results of midwifery care performed on Mrs "E" pregnancy visit were obtained physiological complaint. After being given management according to the complaint then it could be overcame. When having parturition, Mrs. "E" was referred to Rs kartini and still had parturition through vaginal parturition, puerperal period of Mrs. "E" ran physiologically. Baby of Mrs "E" was born normal with a body weight of 3,300 grams and a body length of 50 cm, male sex. Neonatal period ran physiologically. The contraceptive method used by Mrs. "E" was 3 monthly contraceptive injection. Based on midwifery care at Mrs. "E" who experienced complaints of back pain was to encourge mother to maintain good posture,like when sitting choose to sit on a chair that has a back and the mother sits upright with the spine

Abstract

Diabetic ulcers with gangrene are defined as necrotic tissue or dead tissue caused by the presence of large arterial blood vessel emboly on a part of the body so that the blood supply is stopped. The purpose of this study was to carry out wound care in diabetic patients with impaired skin integrity in Mojokerto. The results of study on participant i felt itchy around wounds, grade 1, red color 20% pink 60%, necrotic 20%, the outer side of the wound and around the wound was dry, located in the left lower limb. Participants 2 wound itchy, 60% red, 40% necrotic, grade 1, characteristic odor. Diagnosis obtained in participant 1 and participant 2 was damage to skin integrity associated with ulcers. Intervention and implementation were conducted on participant 1 in wound care with the principle of sterility and nutrition education. In participant 2 wound care with a sterile principle and faught to do foot exercises. With the results of participant is evaluation the condition of wound necrotic tissue was 5%, pink color was 95%, the edge of the wound was moist. Participant 2 conditions wes 10% necrotic tissue wound, dry wound. The evaluation obtained in participant 1 and participant 2 was partially resolved. It is expected that families and clients can maintain wound moisture and perform routine wound care.

Abstract

The existence of comprehensive monitoring through Continuity of care (COC) is expected to reduce maternal And infant mortality as small as possible. Comprehensive services, which were complete services, starting from the period of pregnancy, parturition, post partum, neonatal, and family planning, were carried out with midwifery management and SOAP documentation. Midwifery care was given to Mrs “A”G1P000. 38 weeks of gestational age were done at the Puskesmas Sooko working area on February 25-May 16 2019. The results of midwifery care performed on Mrs "A"pregnancy were obtained physiological complaint. During parturition Mrs. "A" was referred to Hassanah Hospitaland had caesarea section due to elongeted duration of second stage, during the puerperal period Mrs. "A"went physiologically. Baby Mrs "A" was born normal with a body weight of 3,900 grams and a body length of 52 cm, male sex. Neonatal period ran physiologically. The contraceptive method used by Mrs. "A" was 3 monthly contraceptive injection. Based on midwifery care at Mrs. "A" it is very important to stay relaxed and prepare theirself when facing parturition so as not to worry so that there is no increase in blood pressure. Midwives must provide comprehensive care so that mothers receive optimal care, the health status of pregnant women until parturition through services for pregnant women to postpartum will increase
