Abstract

The rapid changes of the business environment has causing the shifting organizaion structure and the career development of the individual. Career has shifting from the traditional careers into the modern careers. Protean career as the new paradigm of careers precisely answered the need of the modern careers in 21st century. Career will be driven by the individual not the organization, in which every individual needs to apply the continous learning in his or her careers. This paper describes the paradigm of career along with development in organization structure and provides the protean careers with continous learning as the career of 21st century.

Abstract

Planning in a company, budget is top-drawer component. Budget is containing planning concerning monetary plans summary of organization in the future. Budget personate performance criterion weared as operation system to measure performance of manajerial. Effective performance is if intention of tired budget and participation of subordinate hold important role in attainment of target. This research will test factors influencing relation between participation compilation of performance and budget of manajerial by using approach of contingency. Factor the used is leadership style relate to factor of situasional decentralization and as factor of kontekstual organisasional. Leadership style and decentralization used as by approach of coningency in this research because both the factor can influence environment palnning of organization. Target to reach in this research is to test imperically how far leadership style and decentralized authority what overflows degree the functioningness as variable of moderating influence relation between budget participation with performance of manajerial. To support and reach target and also intend this research is used by method analyze simple linear regression and interaction test for the model research. The quality of data use validity test and test of reabilitas. Level of independent variable contribution to variable of dependen shown with coefficient test of determinasi (test R). Text Hypothesis use test of F and test t. Research result obtained by evidence that there is relation which isn't it between budget participation with performance of manajerial, existence of positive relation between budget participation with decentralization to performnace manajerial, and there no relaion between budget participation with style leadership of performance between manajerial. persuant to research result, suggested that by manufacturing business in Magelang, Temanggung, and Purworejo in compilation of budget entangle middle manager so to be can participate and apply system secentralize so that will improve performance on manajerial.

Abstract

The title of this research is “Influence of Training and Development to Work performance of PD BPR BAPAS 69 Magelang”. The researcher choose this title because of the industrial condition of banking which progressively tighten in its competition, so that each bank need the skilled to analyze and solving proble faced. This improvement conducted through education, training and development that show the form of readiness to be more skilled and ecleric. Variable will investigate training and development as independent variable and work performance as dependent variable. The aim of this research wants to know the influence of training and development to work performance both partial and also simultaneous. The dates collected use the purposive sampling, the population about 150 people, while the samples are 50 people which have been to do the training management. Reseacher durig July-November 2006. Result of reseach indicate that the independent variable influence the dependent variable. The value of coefficient determination shows the value equal to 23,4%, the other equal to 76,6%. It’s mean the independent variable influences is 23,4%, 76,6% by another variable out of this models. By partial method, training does not have effect to work performance, while development has an effectt on to work performance. Development is dominant variable has effect to work performance of PD BPR BAPAS 69, employees. Recommendation for company should give an opportunity to the employees to more improve their potencies by education and training. Training suggested to give intensively to the employees, because the profesionalis. Through the training can be conduct to its work performance.

Abstract

Price to book value repesent one of variable which can be used for the decision making of in doing an invesment. Price to book value used to identify an sahre price by comparing with its book value. This research aim to test to return the research conducted by A.Y.B Santosa (1997) and also give the empirical evidence for factors influencing price to book value. This research is used to know the influence of factors fundamental that is : Dividend Payout Ratio, Financial Laverage, Earning Growth Rate, and Return On Equity to Price to Book Value. This Research also aim to know he most dominant variable its link by price is to book value. Data used in this research is secondary data that is in the form of data of time series-ross section consisted of by 10 companies deputizing taht is peripatetic company at industrial sector cunsumer goods. Method of data collecting use the method of purposing sampling. While technical analyze in this research use the technique analyze the doubled linear regresi to know the independent variable influence to variable of dependennya and technique analyze the correlation coefficient of parsial used to know the modt dominant independent variable dependennya. To test the hypothesis use the test F, the test t, and test the determinant which is entire/all its processing is conducted by using SPSS version 10.0 windows. Result of data analysis with the technique analyze the multiple linear regression indicate that by simultan is price to book value influenced by its his independent variable that is: Dividend Payout Ratio, Financial Laverage, Earning Growth Rate, and Return On Equity. Assess the Adjusted R2 of equal to 0,242 showing change PBV influenced by together equal to 24,2% by variable DPR.

Abstract

Return saham represent one of factors to motivate investor and represent reward of invesment which share done. Return can assess from level of basal factor company specified period. As for intention of this research that is to know what is basal factor macro factor and company economics have influence really, to share return. In this research the are 16 company taken as sample that is from year 2001 until 2004. Macro and Basal factors economics in this research Current Ratio, Return On Equity, On Asset Return, Net Profit Margin, Ratio Earning Price, Earning per value book price share, inflation, rupiah rate American Dollar, Indonesia bank rate that is as independent variaable while as variable of dependen share return. Result of research indicate tha at a time independent wariable in this research have influence really and very signifikan to share return. As for variation of return share capable to be explained by independent variables equal to 67,7% and the rest equal to 32,3% expalined by other variable which not covered in this research. While by parcial, variable of Return On Equity, On Asset Return, Net Profit Margin, ratio earning price, earning per share, value book price, rupiah rate to American Dollar, Indonesia bank rate have influence of signifikan to share return while variable which not have ann effect on to share return varible of curren inflatin and ratio.

Abstract

The economy situation are getting growth rapidly, everyone have opportunity to create any goods with various types and patterns also they free to use their money to purchase any goods they want, so it can influence the companies to take the market compartment on very tight competition. This research aim to get some information about is there any relationship between news quality, news actulization, print equity, sistributon and good taste and consument behaviour either through partial and simultant, and also to know what factors that dominantly influences againts consument behaviour. Population is the subject of research entirely. The population of this research amount to 310 consument which subcriber to Jawa Pos newspaper in Magelang. The methods which used in this reseach was purposive quota sampling. The samples which used in this research amount to 100 respondent from some respondent who qualified with criteria above. The method analysis which used in this research is double regression linear method. The result of this research shows either through simultant and partial between news quality, news actuality, print out quality, distribution and readers taste againts consument behaviour. It shown that the variable of news quality have dominant influence againts consumer behaviour. There is suggested The Jawa Pos newspaper to improve and keep the quality, news actualization, print out quality, distribution and readers taste betterly to influence consument.
