Abstract

Analysis of the level of economic growth through a literature study of graphs of export and import values aims to find out whether movements in export and import graphs have an influence and are relevant to the level of economic growth in Indonesia. The time period used in the research was 10 years, namely from 2010 to 2020. The method for collecting data used secondary methods by obtaining data through the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and journal literature or previous research. Data analysis is explained descriptively through each graphic sample, namely; 1) Economic Growth Rate, 2) Indonesian Export Value 3) Indonesian Import Value. This research produces explanations in the form of; 1) Indonesia's economic growth rate experiences fluctuations which tend to decrease. 2) The level of Indonesian export value experiences fluctuations which tends to decrease. 3) Indonesia's import level experiences increasing fluctuations which leads to the conclusion that state spending is greater. Researchers suggest that the government as the party with the authority be able to make policies to maximize state income through exports and minimize imports of foreign goods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the contribution of advertising tax is to local revenue in the city of Makassar. The type of research used in this research is to use a qualitative approach in which the research is descriptive in nature. The data used in this study is quantitative, namely target data and realization of advertisement tax in 2013-2023 as well as primary data, namely data taken from interviews. The results of this study with descriptive analysis show that advertisement tax revenue in Makassar City is still not optimal. This can be seen from the contribution of advertisement tax to Regional Original Income in 2013-2023 which averaged only 2.72% or according to very low criteria, which was caused by a lack of public awareness in paying taxes and the Makassar mayor's regulation regarding the installation of advertisements that are no longer allowed to be carried out on national roads so as to reduce advertisement tax revenue

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of changes in the inflation rate and unemployment rate on the rate of economic growth in the province of North Sumatra over a 10 year period. The technique for collecting data is secondary methods through the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The method used to test the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is the classic SPSS assumption test with multiple linear regression measurements. This research resulted in 1) The inflation rate during the research period did not have a significant effect on changes in the rate of economic growth. 2) The changing unemployment rate also does not have a significant influence on changes in the level of economic growth in North Sumatra. The author hopes that further research can further increase assumptions and knowledge, especially variables that can explain the influence of inflation and unemployment rates on more recent levels of economic growth.
