Abstract

This research aims to determine work motivation and work discipline at the company PT. Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia Parepare Branch. The analysis method used is descriptive quantitative, using primary data sourced from the results of questionnaires that have been answered by respondents. The tests used include validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and t test (partial), f test (simultaneous), R2 test (coefficient of determination). The results of this research show that work motivation has a partial effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 4,834 > 2,034 with a significant level of 0.000 > 0.05, company work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 7,068 > 2,034 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously influence employee performance with a calculated F value of 177.203 > 3.28 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether product and market orientation influence purchasing decisions among MSMEs in Pinrang district. This research uses SPSS 22 for Windows. The population in this research is consumers who buy MSME products in Pinrang Regency. The number of respondents in this study was 45 respondents, of which there were 18 men or 40% and 27 women or 60%. The sample measurements used in this research used the Roscoe formula. The results of this research show that Product and Market Orientation (X) influence Purchasing Decisions (Y). From the results of the T or partial test, the Product (X1) and Market Orientation (X2) variables partially influence purchasing decisions. Then the results of the F test or simultaneous test show the calculated F value of 17,000 which is greater than Ftable 2.83. Then to test the coefficient of determination (R2) seen from R square, namely 44.7% which is influenced by the Purchase Decision and 55.3% influenced by other variables. value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti pentingnya sinergi antara manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM), dan kepatuhan terhadap hukum Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) dalam pengelolaan perguruan tinggi di era digital. Melalui analisis kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa integrasi ketiga aspek tersebut sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing perguruan tinggi. Manajemen pemasaran yang efektif dapat menarik dan mempertahankan mahasiswa, sementara manajemen SDM yang baik memastikan tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan berkomitmen. Kepatuhan terhadap hukum ITE menjaga keamanan dan privasi data, meningkatkan reputasi dan kepercayaan publik terhadap institusi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perguruan tinggi yang mampu mengintegrasikan manajemen pemasaran, SDM, dan kepatuhan hukum akan lebih siap menghadapi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang di pasar pendidikan yang kompetitif dan digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee performance at the Sidrap Religious Court. The results show that the work environment partially has a negative influence on employee performance, while work stress simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of human resources (HR) in universities with an accounting approach. The results of the study show that human resource management using an accounting approach can increase effectiveness and efficiency in managing human resources. Although there are several challenges, the use of an accounting approach can help universities in improving employee performance and productivity. This study recommends the implementation of an accounting approach for human resource management to achieve better academic goals

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work commitment and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Land Agency of Parepare City.The population used in this research were 57 employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN of the Parepare City Land Agency using a saturated sampling technique, meaning using the entire population as the research sample. The descriptive analysis method uses a Likert scale as a measuring data was processed using SPSS software. The independent variables in this research are Work Commitment (X1), Compensation (X2). The dependent variable in this research is Job Satisfaction (Y). The results of this research show that the Work Commitment variable (X1) has a partial and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Land Agency of Parepare City with the results obtained tcount 4.582 > ttable 1.673 with significance (0.000 < 0.05). The Compensation Variable (X2) has a partial and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Parepare City Land Agency with the results obtained tcount 1.745 > ttable 1.673 which is significant (0.128 < 0.05). And for the work commitment variable, compensation has a simultaneous effect on the job satisfaction variable with the results obtained being Fcount (42,298) > Ftable (1.42).

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) To determine work motivation and work environment partially affect employee performance at PT PLN ULP Mattirotasi Parepare. (2) To determine work motivation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance at PT PLN ULP Mattirotasi Parepare. Data collection techniques that researchers use in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. As a population, all employees of PT PLN ULP Mattirotasi Parepare. In order for this research to be precise and proportional, in this study saturated sampling was used where population members were sampled. The number of samples to be studied is 30 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work Motivation Variable (X1) has a partial effect on Employee Performance at PT PLN ULP Mattirotasi Parepare with tcount> ttable (-2.031> 2.051) and significant <0.05 (0.052 <0.05). (2) Work Environment Variable (X2) has no partial effect on Employee Performance at PT PLN ULP Mattirotasi Parepare with the results of tcount < ttable (-1.814 > 2.051) and significant > 0.05 (0.081 < 0.05). (3) Work Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously affect Employee Performance at PT PLN ULP Mattirotasi Parepare with Fcount> Ftable (4.160> 3.34) and significant <0.05 (0.027 <0.05). (5) The value of R2 = 0.236 means that the influence of Work Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) variables on Employee Performance (Y) is 23.6%. While the remaining 76.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as leadership style, leadership, job satisfaction, compensation, etc.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether organizational culture and work environment partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of the Parepare City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with validity, reliability and hypothesis testing through partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results showed that organizational culture (X1) had no significant effect partially on the performance of employees of the Parepare City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office, this was shown based on a significant value of 0.473 greater than 0.05, the work environment (X2) had a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees of the Parepare City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office, this was shown based on a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Simultaneously organizational culture and work environment affect the performance of employees of the Parepare City Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, this is indicated based on a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, compensation and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, either partially or simultaneously. Using saturated sampling techniques, this research involved 39 employees as samples. The research results show that partially, work motivation (X1) and compensation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on performance, while work discipline (X3) has no significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables have an influence on employee performance, with a calculated F value of 18.921 which is greater than the F table of 2.87 and a probability of 0.000 which is below the significant value of 0.05. Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To find out the variables of discipline and work stress partially affect the performance of employees at the Public Drinking Water Company (PAM) Tirta Karajae, Parepare City. (2) To find out the variables of discipline and work stress simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Drinking Water Company (PAM) Tirta Karajae, Parepare City. In this study the analysis used was validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F test) and the coefficient of determination (R2) to determine the existing hypothesis in this study, the samples used in this study were employees at PAM Tirta Karajae Parepare City as many as 51 employees. Work discipline variable (X1) has a partial effect on the performance of employees (Y) of PAM Tirta Karajae, Parepare City. This is evidenced by the significant value of 0.005 2.010). The work stress variable (X2) has no partial effect on employee performance (Y) with a significant value of 0.424 > 0.05 and (0.807 < 2.010). Based on the test results on work discipline and work stress it was found that 17.521 > 2.71 and a significant level of 0.000
