Abstract

Pada sektor pertanian dan KSPPS BMT Sumber Barokah Mandiri Purwoasri termasuk salah satu lembaga keuangan yang memfokuskan pada segmen pasar masyarakat kalangan menengah kebawah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan tujuan agar lebih mudah dalam mengumpulkan data-data lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1. Terlebih dahulu nasabah menceritakan tujuan pembiayaan untuk keperluan apa, kemudian pihak koperasi akan mencatat pengajuan tersebut, dan menentukan akad sesuai untuk pembiayaan yang di perlukan nasabah untuk pembiayaan tersebut. 2. Pembiayaan Syariah yang diberikan oleh KSPPS BMT Sumber Barokah Mandiri menunjukan bahwa dampak yang dihasilkan bagi para petani atas peminjaman modal berupa pembelian kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh para petani BMT Sumber Barokah Mandiri yaitu berdampak baik dikarenakan adanya pembiayaan murabahah disektor pertanian.

Abstract

Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) Republik Indonesia (R.I) pada tahun 2020 meluncurkan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi perubahan sosial, Budaya, dunia kerja dan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, pengetahuan Mahasiswa harus siap menghadapi tuntutan zaman. tautan dan tidak hanya bertanggung jawab untuk industri dan kehidupan kerja, tetapi juga di masa depan yang berubah dengan cepat.Keberhasilan implementasi MBKM bergantung pada sejauh mana mahasiswa memahami dan menerapkan kebijakan ini. Untuk dapat mengimplementasikan kebijakan tersebut STAIM Nganjuk telah melakukan penyesuaian kebijakan internal dalam pengembangan akademik, kurikulum, dan segala sumber daya, termasuk melakukan sosialisasi secara intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sosialisasi kebijakan MBKM yang dilakukan di STAIM Nganjuk berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan program-program MBKM di STAIM Nganjuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi kebijakan MBKM di Staim Nganjuk mempengaruhi Efektivitas Pelaksanaan MBKM di STAIM Nganjuk.

Abstract

This article analyzes fiscal policy in addressing the Covid-19 pandemic through Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perppu) No. 1 of 2020. This Perppu was issued by the President of the Republic of Indonesia based on Article 22(1) of the 1945 Constitution during an emergency situation, such as the global Covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic had a significant impact on the national economy, leading to decreased state revenue and increased spending. The government faced the challenge of saving both public health and the economy, making fiscal policy a crucial instrument. The article also discusses the concept of freies ermessen or discretionary power, which grants the government the authority to act swiftly in emergencies to achieve public welfare. This policy prioritizes health, social safety nets, and economic recovery.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the advantages of the Voluntary Savings product, service quality, and promotion on the interest in becoming a member of KSPPS BMT NU Jombang, Kesamben Branch. In facing the increasingly fierce competition among financial institutions, KSPPS BMT NU Jombang needs to develop appropriate strategies to attract and retain members. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to prospective members and analyzed using the t-test to examine the partial influence and the F-test to evaluate the simultaneous effect. The results of the study indicate that, partially, the promotion variable does not have a significant effect on the interest in becoming a member. However, the advantages of the Voluntary Savings product and service quality have a significant influence. Simultaneously, all three variables (Voluntary Savings product advantages, service quality, and promotion) significantly affect the public's interest in becoming members. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for KSPPS BMT NU Jombang in enhancing marketing and service strategies, as well as contributing to the development of Islamic financial institutions

Abstract

This article discusses the management of business units in orphanages as an effort to improve the welfare of the children living in them. The aim of this research is to analyze the management principles applied in the management of business units and their impact on child welfare. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a literature review and a case analysis of orphanages that have successfully managed business units. The results show that the application of effective management principles, such as strategic planning, good organization, and solid financial management, contributes to the increase in income and skills of the children. In addition, ongoing welfare evaluation can help orphanages identify areas that need improvement. Thus, the management of business units in orphanages not only meets the basic needs of children but also empowers them for a better future.
