Abstract

Fingerprint attendance  has only been applied in the past few years at the PT Kalibaru office. However, there are still several acts of violating the rules carried out by employees who do not comply, such as not being in the office when it is still working hours, coming and leaving work not based on working hours and coming only to fill in absences and then leaving the office. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of the use of fingerprint  attendance on employee attendance discipline at PT Kalibaru. The research method uses a quantitative method with a sample of 110 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of the study found that  the application of fingerprint attendance was quite effective in encouraging compliance with employee attendance discipline as evidenced by sig. 0.000> 0.05. The contribution given from the influence  of fingerprint attendance  (X) on employee attendance discipline (Y) = 20.8%, the remaining 79.2% was influenced by other variables outside the research carried out.

Abstract

Field observations show that the performance of employees at the company PT. LIPPO General Insurance needs to improve and optimize. This can be seen from the low level of employee commitment which can be seen from a lack of sense of responsibility in completing work tasks and responsibilities. Some employees were also found not to be punctual which affected funding at the PT company. LIPPO General Insurance. The research carried out aims to determine the influence that leadership and organizational culture have on the performance of PT Lippo employeesGeneral Insurance. The research is in the quantitative category with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that leadership has a positive and partially significant influence on employee performance as evidenced by Tcount 2.991 > 2.021 Ttable and significance 0.005 < 0.05. Organizational culture influences employee performance positively and partially significantly based on the results of Tcount 2.873 > 2.021 Ttable and significance 0.007 < 0.05. Furthermore, leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance as shown by the F count of 16.680 > 3.24 F table and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The influence of the two independent variables including leadership and organizational culture on employee performance was 46.1%, with the other 33.9% influenced by other factors outside the research.

Abstract

The benchmark of organizational success in carrying out management can be reviewed from the management of human resources which is shown based on the maximum productivity of employees. Increasing employee productivity can be realized by providing compensation and improving employee discipline. This study aims to find out the application of employee compensation and work discipline affects the productivity of employees of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Jakarta. The research sample was determined by simple random sampling which resulted in 171 respondents from the entire employee population at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Jakarta with data collection through questionnaires. This study uses the multiple linear regression method to determine the influence between dependent variables and independent variables. Based on the results of the analysis conducted in the study, it is known that compensationand work discipline have a positive and partially significant influence on employee work productivity. Providing high compensation or in accordance with employee needs can stimulate employee productivity at work. Increasing productivity must also be accompanied by increasing employee discipline through policies or rules in the form of sanctions to reduce the number of employee discipline, so that employee productivity can be provided optimally.

Abstract

Compensation and rewards are important aspects to improve employee performance. Compensation is an individual driver in carrying out activities and providing good results. The awards given will spur employees' enthusiasm in working to achieve the company's goals. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of compensation and rewards on employee performance. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Hasjrat Multifinance. Sampling was carried out by simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study was 115 respondents. The results obtained Compensation had a positive and partially significant influence on Employee Performance with a tcount of 3.113 > ttable 1.65845 and a significance of 0.002 < 0.05. The award had a negative and negative effect on Employee Job Satisfaction as evidenced by the Tcount test result score of 3.963 < Ttable 1.65845 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, Compensation and Awards have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the variables bound by Employee Performance. This result was obtained from the results of Fcal 12,980 > Ftable 3.08 and 0.000 < 0.05 The influence of both Compensation and Reward on the Employee Performance variable was 18.8%. Furthermore, the other 81.2% were influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Employees are human beings with ways of thinking, feelings, and willingness that outwardly affect behavior towards work, which includes Motivation, Communication and Stress. In a company, the most concerned thing is employee job satisfaction, this is with the aim of increasing the productivity of the performance that has been provided through employees to the company. The samples used are Random Sampling as many as 150 respondents. Thus, the population used is 110 respondents who come from all employees working at PT. Mitra Pangan Nusantara. Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to employees using testing techniques using the Application SPSS version 25. The results were obtained that the Motivation Variable had a significant and partially positive influence on Employee Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, the Communication Variable has a negative and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Employee Job Satisfaction is positively and partly influenced by the Work Stress variable. Each of the independent variables of Communication Motivation, and Work Stress all have a positive and large influence on the dependent variables of worker satisfaction at the same time. The influence of the three variables of Motivation, Communication, and Work Stress on the Employee Job Satisfaction variable was 43.6%. Furthermore, the other 56.4% were influenced by factors outside the study.
