Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on employee performance on job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The target of this research is the employees of PT Duren Mandiri Fortuna Jambi. The population and sample for this study were employees of PT. Duren Mandiri Fortuna Jambi, totaling 300 employees with a sample size of 75 employees. This research is quantitative research, the data used in this study were obtained through a questionnaire method. The data analysis method of this research is descriptive statistical analysis using Structural Equation (SEM) techniques, with Partia lLeastSquare (PLS) as a processing tool using the SmartPLS program (v.3.2.9). The results of this study prove that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Duren MandiriFortuna Jambi. So it can be concluded from the research results that HR policies to improve cooperation among coworkers, communication between leaders and subordinates must be well established to provide understanding to employees and job satisfaction in providing promotion opportunities are recommended to be given fairly and in accordance with the requirements for all employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. Research conducted using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population and sample for this study were employees of PT Duren Mandiri Fortuna with a total sampling of 72 people. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis with SEM-PLS techniques in the SmartPLS program (v.3.2.9). The results of this study reveal that there is a positive and significant relationship from transformational leadership to employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and employee engagement is able to mediate between transformational leadership and employee performance at PT Duren Mandiri Fortuna Jambi. Therefore, it is recommended that the leader of PT Duren Mandiri Fortuna Jambi be able to create comfort during discussions with employees and provide inspiration so that employees are more creative, keep monitoring employee work progress so that time management is well created, and show enthusiastic support for employees so that employees feel their role has contributed to the progress of PT Duren Mandiri Fortuna Jambi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara karakteristik pekerjaan, keterlibatan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Duren Mandiri Fortuna Jambi. Dengan melibatkan 258 karyawan sebagai populasi, penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menganalisis data dari 72 responden melalui kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif, meskipun tidak signifikan, terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sementara itu, karakteristik pekerjaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja, yang juga berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Keterlibatan kerja ditemukan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi hubungan antara karakteristik pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja. Saran penelitian ini adalah agar perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan variasi keterampilan dan identitas tugas karyawan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dalam bekerja, serta memberikan tugas sesuai dengan keahlian karyawan untuk memastikan kualitas kinerja yang optimal.

Abstract

Globalization creates high competitiveness of countries globally. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to have a role for modern accounting in planning and deciding policies for equitable distribution and economic development in Indonesia as a developing country. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with secondary data sources originating from literature reviews in the form of books, scientific works and online websites related to research data. Based on the results of research conducted, it shows that Indonesia needs the application of modern accounting to restore and improve the country's economy. Accounting will play a role in controlling costs, operations, reporting and planning so that fraud does not occur in the context of Indonesia's economic development as a developing country. Accounting will also provide the latest data or report information that can be used by the government or interested parties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that attract Al-Azhar Educational Institution to use Rabbani products as fashion clothing. Product attractiveness is a key to a product if it is to be chosen by consumers. The determinants of the attractiveness of Rabbani products are very useful to find out the background of interest in using these products. Rabbani is a type of product brand in which there are many kinds of Muslim products, one of the most famous is the instant hijab. Al-Azhar Institute is one of the users of Rabbani products used as fashion clothing.This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive analysis approach. The data in this study were collected through library research and field research techniques by means of interviews and observations. In this study there were 50 informants, all of whom were Al-Azhar teachers who used Rabbani products and the head of Al-Azhar institution as the main informant. The results of this study concluded that the background of Al-Azhar's use of Rabbani products was because previously Al-Azhar was looking for solutions to overcome the problems they experienced, namely making teachers' sports uniforms whose previous clothing designs were not the same. After looking for information on what products are suitable for overcoming these problems, Al-Azhar is interested in Rabbani products. While the characteristics of the attractiveness of Rabbani products until the Al-Azhar Institute uses Rabbani products as teacher uniforms until they are satisfied using these products include quality, design, and brand.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the correlation between income levels and the welfare of fishermen operating in Waitomu Hamlet, Leihitu Subdistrict, Central Maluku Regency; and the relationship between the application of Sharia financial management principles with the income and welfare of tuna fishermen in that area. The research method applied is associative research, with research participants being actively operating fishermen in Waitomu Hamlet. The research approach involves the use of various techniques, including observation, distribution of questionnaires, and document analysis, with data analysis conducted using moment product correlation calculations. The results of the study revealed two main findings. First, the moment product correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation between fishermen's income and the level of welfare, indicating that increasing income tends to have a positive impact on their welfare. Second, from a financial perspective, the practice of Sharia financial management applied by tuna fishermen in Waitomu Hamlet is considered successful.
