Abstract

Community development is a process undertaken by individuals, groups, or institutions to improve the quality of life and welfare of the community as a whole. In this research, observation can be done in various contexts, such as: Daily Activities, Observations of the daily activities of villagers, such as agricultural activities, work in the fields, trading in the local market, and household activities.Social Interactions, Observing interactions between villagers, such as communication in public places, community meetings, traditional ceremonies, and other social events. Economic Life - Observations of the economic patterns of the village community, including the dominant types of work, trading methods, and survival strategies. Culture and Tradition, Looking at local cultural practices, such as religious rituals, traditional ceremonies, arts, and traditional crafts that exist in the village.Social Structure, Understanding the social structure in rural communities, including value systems, social hierarchies, gender roles, and kinship systems. Through observations of villagers, researchers can gain deep insights into life and social dynamics in the village, which can be the basis for designing development programs, public policies, or further research on rural communities. The purpose of an interview is to gain deeper information, understanding, or perspective on a particular topic, subject, or phenomenon. Interviews can be conducted in a variety of contexts, be it in scientific research, journalism, job selection, surveys, or in counseling.

Abstract

This article describes a healthy personality and its characteristics, as well as human relations activities and applications in practice. This research uses a qualitative approach. The purpose of making this article is to know about personal with good human relations, know about the application of human relations in practice and know the characteristics of a healthy personality. The results of the research show that there are three models of motivational communication in personal good human relations, namely the traditional model, the human relations model, and the resource model.

Abstract

This article describes the time and resource scales in the implementation of public relations activities. This research uses a qualitative approach method. The purpose of making this article is to find out about the time scale, the form of resources needed by PR and long-term plans in the implementation of activities. The results of this study show that there are two main things that need to be considered, namely effectiveness and efficiency and the need for appropriate techniques.

Abstract

This article discusses the dynamics of communication in the context of the digital era, identifying challenges that arise along with technological developments, as well as opportunities that can be utilized to enrich communication. This research uses a qualitative approach.  The results of this study explain that the challenges of communication in the digital era are information overload, filter bubble, crisis of trust, data insecurity. Opportunities in the dynamics of digital communication are global reach, public participation, communication innovation and digital literacy development.

Abstract

This article explores communication in an organizational context, emphasizing the reciprocal nature of communication processes that affect organizational members in a mutually influential manner. By exploring the application of communication theory in organizations, this article details how communicators can create perceptual changes that support the cooperation and interdependence of organizational members. In order to answer the main question posed, this article formulates several questions related to the definition of theory, communication, and communication theory, the benefits of understanding communication theory, as well as the application of communication theory in the context of organizations at Sriwijaya University. The purpose of this article is to provide an in-depth understanding of these concepts and apply them in the context of organizational life in an academic environment.
