This study departs from the reality of patriarchal family relationship patterns that distinguish between the role of men (husbands) and women (wives) in the household, where the husband is the head of the family (public) and the wife is a housewife (domestic). Different patterns of family relationships, resulting in injustice and gender in equality. That condition would require the construction pattern of relationships base dongenderequality, to realize a gender partnership to wards a harmonious family. Construction pattern of gender relations gender equality, realized if there is cooperation and division of roles equal and fair between husband and wife, which refers to the planning and implementation of resource management family, so family members have roles in various activities (domestic, public, and social).

Women's worked has become at usual things in this modern era. They are very diverse reasons, among others: economic conditions, the demands of time and self existence as human beings who have the same ability as men. However, culture is still not in favor of working women encounter resulted in a double burden, which play a role in public and domestic spaces. This double burden became socio-cultural problem and a form of gender in equity with the victims are women.

Although the issue of gender equality tobe a demand in almost all countries, but the fact is not easy to achieve gender equality. This appearance infected the construc of cultural patriarchy since long time ago for discriminating roles of men and women. This Social Construct go on from generation to generation. Actually, there is still hope for realize the gender equality, although it requires a process. Among them is through education by providing adequate access to women, to exercise control over every policy of gender bias, involving women to provide participation, and provide equitable benefits between men and women.

Discriminatory views about women in the classical interpretation of the Qur’an such as the Qur’anic interpretation ofal-Suyuti, al-Baidhawi, Ibn Kathir, al-Qurtubi, and each other,places womenas being the second creation and the second sex. The logical consequenceofthisQur’anic interpretations which is produce a stigma that women do not deserve to be a certain tasks because women are weak creatures who often relies on men and the second sex after male. The effect of this viewsettlesin the subconscious so that it becomespublic knowledge that the women is subordination ofmen. Therefore we need are contextualization visionary interpretation of gender to realize the mission of the Qur’an as anideal guidance in life, perfect religious, and rahmatan lil Alamin.

Gender issues is the discourse and movement to achieve equality role, This gender movement rovelves around problems that occur against women, are like stereotyping, marginalization, subordination and the double burden of violence. This article discusses how reinterpretation hadith about female stereotypes according to Muhammad Al-Ghazali that will be discussed more detail the text of hadith impressed bias gender to be understood comprehensively by the readers and eliminate the negative lebel against women.

This study set out from the issue of marriage law in Indonesia were inactiveness of women. This happens because the legal culture of the legislators was built with a base value of patriarchy. The consequence is the demand for gender equality and equity. Gender equality can not be achieved within the institutional structures that currently applies ideological, because the condition of women are still regarded as inferior then the need for a democratic legal system that allows women to be able to define themselves. This Qualitative research of gender perspective, departing from the issue of the high divorce family female migrant workers, which is indicated by a shift in the pattern of gender relations in their family. The research location in Pekalongan. Determination of informants using purposive, developed with snowball. The collection of data through observation, interviews and document study. Analysis techniques using Interaktive Model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed that, shifting patterns of gender relations within the family women migrant workers occur because of, the economic base into the hands of his wife and cultural influences from abroad where women migrant workers work. The structure of the shift pattern of gender relations within the family women migrant workers are categorized in several models, namely: structural shift from vertical patriarchis to horizontal relationship; from the vertical patriarchis to vertical matriarkhis and; from horizontal relationship to vertical matriarkhis. The nature of the shift there are revolutionarily and evolutionary or dynamic equilibrium.
