Masih banyak orang islam yang belum bisa membaca Al Qur’an, baik anak – anak maupun orang dewasa. Selain kesibukan aktifitas yang dilakukan, bagi orang dewasa rasa malu kepada orang lain menjadi alasan utama. Salah satu cara belajar membaca Al Quran yaitu dengan menggunakan iqro’. Iqro’ dalam bentuk buku masih banyak digunakan, sehingga dirasa kurang interaktif dan membuat cepat bosan untuk mempelajarinya. Android sebagai sistem operasi untuk perangkat mobile, sudah banyak digunakan. Android juga bersifat open source sehingga aplikasi – aplikasinya lebih mudah untuk dikembangkan. Aplikasi iqro’ ini akan terintegrasi dengan Smartphone dan Tablet PC berbasis Android, sehingga pengguna bisa mempelajarinya dimana saja dan kapan saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi iqro’ yang memiliki tampilan bagus, mudah digunakan, mudah dipelajari dan menyenangkan bagi penggunanya. Selain itu juga, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengenalkan kepada orang tentang teknologi informasi khususnya Android. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu suatu aplikasi iqro’ berbasis Android yang bisa digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif untuk mempelajari iqro’ agar lebih interaktif dan memberikan kemudahan dalam mempelajarinya. Kata kunci: Android, Aplikasi, Iqro’, Media Pembelajaran Alternatif, Open Source.

Asset management is very  important aspect to company like PT. PLN.  Asset management may include record keeping, maintenance and environment management. Recording information asset owned by a company is the primary and most important thing to do. With the information obtained from the recording of data asset, the company will be able to know exactly what asset and how exactly the asset owned by the company. Having recorded assets, the company will be able to optimize the use of assets and the company will be easier to undertake further asset management. PT PLN (Persero) Tarahan’s Generating Sector is a Steam Power Plant which has assets spread both inside and outside the building. The dominant’s equipmens in this site plant are the generating engines. The process of recording information of assets in PT PLN (Persero) Tarahan’s Generating Sector is not entirely managed by computerized system. The process of recording assets is still done manually and not reliable.   This research develoved an Asset Inventory Information System which has features  that can do registration of information detail about attributes and monitoring and mapping the location of existing asset. This research is covering the fixed assets that exist in the Utility Building. Web-based GIS  of Asset Inventory Information System is built by using MapServer and Pmapper. Pmapper is a framework based on MapServer and PHP/Mapscript. Pmapper provides a good set of tools ready to use and it has a plugin API to add functionalities. The toughness of this framework is able to run well in various web-browser. The aplication is expected to facilitate the company determine and monitor, hence its use can be optimized. Keywords : Asset Management, Fixed Asset, Asset Inventory, Pmapper, MapServer, Web-GIS, PLN.Â

Community service programs is one of the three core services (Tri Darma) which is coordinated by LPM of the University of Lampung. Since there are large number of lectures who follow LPM Program, it is needed to have a special strategy for providing a means of dissemination of information to them. One of the technologies that are very popular among cell phone users is SMS (Short Message Service). The natures of SMS are practical, economical, and efficient to deliver information. SMS is a technology that is used by many people. It is also relatively cheap for message delivery. In this research, Information dissemination system with SMS Gateway is implemented using Gammu and is combined with PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the implementation of the system is helpful and easy for lectureres to obtain information about the program of community service where they are joined to.Keywords: Gammu, LPM, MySQL, PHP, SMS (Short Message Service), SMS Gateway.

In this research was developed a web-based application PHP Generator. The development aims to produce an application which can minimize the time in making of web-based information systems. This application was built using PHP programming language integrated with MySQL database and supported by javascript and jQuery. The research method which is used in this research is action research and prototyping as its software development method. This application can generate php files to add, view, edit, delete, and search data that has been stored in the database,either the entire data of a table or only the filtered data. It can display the form input elements that user wants to be generated file such as textfields, textarea, password, radio button, select option, or checkbox. In addition, this application was also completed with data validation functions for file to be generated.

This research developed utility for present list printing on Sistem Matahari which is integrated with Lampung University’s Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD). Development is done by carrying out an analysis the curent present list. The utility’s development system aims to support user to print the present list for each course in accordance with completeness and better structure. The development used file function with pdf cpdf.dll library extension in PHP programing language and Oracle database. This new utility sistem for present list printing on Sistem Matahari has been applied to the Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) University of Lampung.

AbstractAs the development of technologies in computers, human beings are competing to create the newest technology in the form of hardware and software. The big companies are certainly use computer-based information system (CBIS) for example PT PLN (Persero) of  Lampung Region. PT PLN (Persero) of Lampung Region is a company that supplies electricity for Lampung Province. They have activities that associated with mailing and receiving letter. The received letters are accommodated in the secretary and are documented and archived using computer in semi manual manner. The computer system used less efficient and with given amount of letters often cause mistakes and slowness in registering them. This caused the slowness of searching of the archives and as well in generating and recap for the letters reporting. Moreover the letters documentation security is absent. Because of that, the existing system needs to be developed to improve services and good security.  This research goal is to make a system for a letters documentation that has security features such as logins, and a good encryption and decryption using Twofish algorithms. This research used Visual basic 6.0 programming language combined with MySQL database and Crystal Report. The system development methodology used in this research is Waterfall. Black Box testing results show that the letter archive system has been successfully developed in accordance with the needs of the user. Key words: Algorithm Twofish, Crystal Report, Hardware, MySQL, Black Box Testing, Software, Mail Archiving System, Visual Basic

SMS gateway is a service  receive massages from the outside and can send counterpunch automatically into a number of purposes. SMS gateway it has been much used so one example in research is SMS a gateway to the quick count pilkada. In this research autoreply feature is added to sending SMS. Autoreply is add modem concept that send SMS from 3 modems, the modems contain 3 card that used different operator. So every system that received inbox will be replied automatically from modem that help the sending and receiving data using operator cellular service that same with operator cellular sent. Autoreply feature added to ensure and accelerate the acquisition of information does reach the sound at the time of performance of the elections and 3 modem used to reduce toll rates because the system reply SMS in accordance with the service provider used by the sender.

AbstractIn tracking of SIAKAD transcript, there was found a bug, that is the arrangement of the lesson position at the tenth till fifteenth semester located between first and second semester. Process tracking bug did in simulation program. In this research, carried out a development of the original program Siakad as simulation program that will be analyzed, to find out where is bug in the system. Development this program using PHP and MySQL database software. Tracking bug using whitebox testing method, it can be determined whether there is a bug in the procedural structure of the program or just on the operational function of the system itself. Bugs can be repaired by adding some changes on source code of the program. The changes are determination of new variables as memory variables and application of Bubble sort method on sorting proccess. The result shows bugs on the program is fixed. Penerapan teknologi informasi telah menyebar hampir di semua bidang, tidak terkecuali di bidang perpustakaan. Perpustakaan telah berkembang dengan pesat dan dinamis, sistem manualnya dirasakan tidak lagi memadai untuk penanganan beban kerja, khususnya kegiatan rutin dalam bidang pengadaan, pengkatalogan, dan pengawasan sirkulasi. Keadaan demikian menuntut penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi komputer atau CBIS (Computer Base Information System). Pada penelitian ini dirancang suatu sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP MySQL. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan mampu mengatasi berbagai kebutuhan dari user untuk mencari informasi dan memudahkan bagian administrasi perpustakaan dalam melakukan transaksi pengolahan data buku perpustakaan, Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan penulis mengimplementasikan hasil penelitian tersebut kedalam sebuah bentuk Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web pada sekolah – sekolah di Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Perpustakaan, PHP MySQL, Web, Sistem Informasi
