Abstract

Business global era requires companies to have employees who are high quality and have a good performance . Compensation received by employees and the implementation of career development is a factor that can improve employee performance. PT Nasmoco Magelang is one car company Toyota which has a fairly high level of sales. Based on preliminary survey found problems regarding compensation and career development that is not in accordance with the wishes of employees . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable compensation and career development partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The analysis tool used is quantitative analysis includes correlation , simple linear regression , multiple linear regression , koerfisien test of determination ( R2 ) and the significance test with SPSS 16.0 . The test results demonstrate the compensation and career development and simultaneous partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously compensation and career development affects the performance of employees is the coefficient of determination of 51.4 %. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test career development have the greatest influence on employee performance with a significance of 0.000. PT Nasmoco Magelang is expected to adjust the amount of bonuses and incentives with the performance of each employee, As well as informing CAN do career development To employees well and that more attention to education

Abstract

Modern retail that increasingly cause competition amongst the modern retail. In addition, the rise of modern retail also allows consumers to choose the preferred retail and matched with consumer desires. That matter, which requires the owners of retail outlets to continue to pay attention to the stores in order to survive in competition fairly tight retail businesses and to encourage an increase in profits. Increased profits can be done by increasing the purchase, and spontan purchase became an effective way. Unplanned purchases can be influenced by store atmosphere and convenient service. Matahari Department Store Plaza Semarang Simpang Lima as a retail company, continue to create the store's atmosphere and better service quality, in order to continue to survive in the competitive retail businesses are quite strict. Which is expected to influence consumers to buy products at the store mainly unplanned purchases.This study aimed to examine the effect of store atmosphere and quality of service to unplanned purchase (impulse buying). This type of research is explanatory research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this research were 100 respondents who shopped at the Matahari Department Store Plaza Semarang Simpang Lima. Researchers at the data analysis using SPSS for windows 16.0.Results of this study concluded that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on impulse buying, quality of service has a positive and significant impact on impulse buying, and store atmosphere and quality of service has a positive and significant impact on impulse buying. Results of this study suggest that in order to increase the purchasing behavior of unplanned need to take into account the store atmosphere and quality of service.

Abstract

Increased labor productivity is a key factor for the development of a company in order to progress. Definition of productivity itself is a total output resulting from the use of a certain quantity of labor, or the quantity of total output compared with the quantity of labor. One important factor that must be considered firms in an effort to increase the productivity of labor is comfort working environment. Comfortable working environment will be able to generate enthusiasm and excitement employee. Motivational support, a good working environment and conducive and fun will encourage employees to work well too and also recompense in the form of wages more than sufficient to be one of the critical success factors of labor productivity. Therefore, three things need to be considered in improving employee productivity by Perum Perhutani Wood Industry Brumbung. Work environment, motivation and reward have an influence either directly or indirectly in increasing the productivity of labor.This type of research is Explanatory Research. The research sample of 110 respondents. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling techniques or methods census. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using a data collection instrument (questionnaire) was previously tested through validity and reliability test. While the results of the data analysis is done through the analysis of tables, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test with SPSS.The results showed that the work environment , motivation and reward both partially and simultaneously significant effect on work productivity . Based on the calculation of data analysis through a simple regression test concluded that the work environment affect the productivity of labor, work motivation effect on work productivity, and wages influence the work productivity as well as through multiple regression test concluded that the work environment, motivation and reward effect on work productivity shows significant results.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the provision of public transport services better, orderly, safe, effective, efficient, and affordable aims to reduce traffic congestion that private vehicle users to switch to public transport.  Transportation Services BRT Trans Semarang is one solution that has a public transportation bus system better, orderly, fast, convenient, safe, affordable in terms of infrastructure, vehicles and schedules. This study aimed to determine the effect of Fare, quality of service, and promotion to the purchase decision (a case study Passenger BRT Trans Semarang Corridor II Terboyo - Sisemut, Ungaran). This type of research is eksplanatory research with data collection tool is questionnaire. This study uses the 100 respondents that passengers BRT Corridor II which has been used more than 3 times. The sampling technique of this study is purposive sampling. The test used are validity test and reliability test. Analysis of the data used is cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, t test, multiple linear regression, and F test. Based on the results of analysis show that in partial fare contributed influence on purchasing decisions by 6.7%, the variable quality of service contributed influence on purchasing decisions by 8.5% and promotion variables contributing influence on purchasing decisions by 19.1%. Simultaneously, tariffs, quality of service, and promotion of contributing influence on purchasing decisions by 21.5%.The Conclusion This study shows the fare, quality of service, and the promotion of partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions Trans Semarang BRT corridor II. Based on these results, the manager of BRT BLU Mangkang Semarang Terminal Unit must be able to maintain the prescribed fare, improve, and continue to develop the quality of services to suit the consumer benefits, and increase the intensity and diversity promotion carried out by the manager to be able to attract a purchase decision BRT, as well as the need for continued research by the company and other parties to determine the effect of other variables and outside the shelter placement indicators such research, feasibility fleet, opening new routes, passenger capacity, ease of access to shelter, special Line BRT.

Abstract

Facilities, promotion and service quality influence the service usage decision. Convention Hotel Patra Jasa in Semarang get customer complaints about facilities, promotion, and service quality.The problems affect the service usage decision,it can be seen from the data of usage amount of rooms that fell as much as 21% and occupancy of the target is not realized in 2014.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities, promotion and service quality of the service usage decision. Type of research is explanatory research with collecting data with questionnaires and interviews. Sample in this research were 100 customers of Convention Hotel Patra Jasa in Semarang determined by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis that used in this study is simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation analysis, t and f test.Based on this research, facilities has an effect on the service usage decision, promotion has an effect on the service usage decision and service quality has an effect on the service usage decision. Simultaneously only service quality has an effect on the use of decision services.The conclusion of this study showed that the facilities, promotion and service quality affect service usage decision partially, but simultaneously only  service quality affect the service usage decision. The recommendations of this study are providing facilities more complete with other added facilities for guest room. Convention hotel Patra Jasa also must add media advertising to promote the hotel to public with attractive advertising messages. In addition, Convention hotel Patra Jasa should serve hotel guests quickly and understand their needs.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of CSR of field economic, social and environmental of the corporate image toward Nasmoco. The population in this research is community of Semarang City whose feel the impact of CSR Nasmoco activities. Sampling is taken by proportional sampling technique. The sample size in this research were 160 respondents and only 100 respondents are qualified. Data analysis is performed by correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis, coefficients test of determination (R2), while hypothesis is tested by using the t test and f test. The results of this research indicate that the CSR field of economic, social and environmental dimension affected the corporate image of Nasmoco. From three variables which is studied, the CSR field of economic has greater influence on the corporate image of Nasmoco compared to the CSR field of social and environment.
