Abstract

This research background by the complaints from managers and employees CV. Fan Jaya Logam. In the perceived grievances, there are problems associated with corporate leaders, working conditions, compensation and employee performance. By looking at existing problems, this research is directed to investigate and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment, and motivation on employee performance CV. Fan Jaya Logam.In this study, researchers used census method, with a total respondents of 80 person. To facilitate troubleshooting, research was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.0.The results of this study are : leadership has a positive influence on the performance of the employee, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive influence on employee performance. Suggestions for further research, you should consider other variables that are still closely related to the variables in this study.

Abstract

This Research aims to analyze the influence of bank ownership, ownership concentration, operating cost to operating income ratio (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), bank size, and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to credit risk that measured by NPL. Case Study on conventional commercial banks in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2009-2013.Research population used is conventional commercial banks in Indonesia in period 2009-2013. Taken samples of the all-purpose 24 banks by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this study were obtained from the Banking Annual Report 2009-2013. Analysis technique used is Ordinary Least Square Regression (OLS), statistical t-test and classic assumption test that includes a test of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedastisitas test, autocorrelation test.The result  shows that bank ownership has significant positive association with NPL, concentration ownership has insignificant negative association with NPL, and Loan to Deposit Ratio has insignificant positive association with NPL. Operating cost to operating income ratio, bank size, and Capital Adequacy Ratio have significant negative association with NPL. The results of regression estimation show the ability of model prediction is 21,6% while the remaining 78,4% influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Implementation of mass transportation is good and decent for the community to deal with theproblem of urban transportation is by giving good service as the service more secure, convenient reliable, fast, and efficient. This study aimed to analyze whether the service quality and perceived value effect on passenger satisfaction BRT Trans Semarang.The sample in this study were 122 respondents had used BRT Trans Semarang service more than twice. The analytical method used is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).The results of SEM analysis showed that the service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on perceived value, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Service quality and perceived value need to be improved to increase passenger satisfactionBRT Trans Semarang.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the efficient inventory level in this case is whole milk using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity).The object of this research is Restaurant Soto Sedeep that is located in Banyumanik-Semarang. Data obtained based on records maintained by the Soto Sedeep during the period of January to December2014. The data used in this study are: whole milk purchased during 2014, data on whole milk during 2014, ordering cost data, the data storage costs, and also the frequency of purchase. Analyses were performed using the EOQ formula, safety stock, reorder point and maximum inventory in one year.Result of this study indicate thatpolicy of whole milk asone of the raw materials at Soto Sedeep is considered less eficient.Based on EOQ calculation in this study, it is found that as much as 4,074,7 liters whole milk should be ordered in order to have efficient optimum inventor. By applying EOQ, the Soto Sedeep could save about Rp. 10.712,100 of inventory cost over a year period.

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyzethe influence of leadership style and Motivation toward performance of employee in PT Warna Alam Indonesia. Data collected through distribution of question naires and it is implemented to PT Warna Alam Indonesia 60 employee.Analysis Of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 16.Analysis technique use dismultiple regression by the least squares equations and hypothesist estingusing the-statistic for testing the partial Regression coefficients with the level  of  significance  of  5%.    It  also  tested  validity  test, regression  analysis,  and  the classical assumptions that included normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test.Based on the results of the study found no variables that deviate from the classical assumptions, this suggests that the available data has been qualified to Use the model of multiple linear regression equation. From the results showed that the variable leadership style and motivation is partially positive significantly. The predictive capability of  the two variables on  performance employee of 39,7%.

Abstract

Intense competition has made oil Fastron who is originally Indonesia’s Lubricants has percentage decreasing of Top Brand Index (TBI) for last three years and always be in the last rank for the Top Five Lubricants in Indonesia defeated by products from abroad. Top Brand Index (TBI) which has three main indicators, which is top of mind awareness, last used, and future intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of variables Country Of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality, Consumer Perception as Independent Variabel and Brand Image as Intervening Variable on Purchase Intention as Dependent Variable expected later can increase the percentage of TBI with a focus indicator future intention.  This research using Structural Equation Modeling as analyzing tool and AMOS 20.0 version software has used to measure the impact of those variables. Number of samples is 100 by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents in Semarang City . The results showed that an independent third variable has a positive influence on Brand Image; and Brand Image has a positive influence on Purchase Intention. However, for the direct effect of the three independent variables on the dependent variable only Perceived Quality which has a positive influence on Purchase Intention. Country Of Origin Perception and Consumer Perception has a negative influence on Pruchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect last yield sukuk. This study uses three independent  variables,  namely sukuk value, sukuk rating, and risk of sukuk. with the dependent variable is the last yield of sukuk.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria (1) The Company listed its sukuk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) the company has sufficient data to do research. The data sample obtained was 19 companies. The analytical method used is a multivariate regression. The assumption of classical test and hypothesis test using t-statistic, testing the coefficient of determination  (R2),  and  the  F-statistic  to  test  the  effect  of  model  variables  together  with  a significance   level   of  5%.  This  study   also  includes   the  classic   assumption   normality   test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test.Based  on  the  data  normality  test  results,  the  study  shows  that  the  data  are  normally distributed. Based on the test results with the classical assumption of multicollinearity test, autocorrelation  and heteroscedasticity  test did not find any data that deviate from the classical assumption. It shows that the data used in this study are qualified to use a multivariate regression model. From the analysis in this study shows sukuk value has a negative correlation coefficient and no significant effect on last yield sukuk, sukuk rating has a positive correlation coefficient and no significant effect on the last yield sukuk, and risk of sukuk has a negative correlation coefficient and significant effect on the last yield sukuk.

Abstract

This study is conducted to examine the determinants of conventional commercial banks profitability in Indonesia for the period 2009 to 2013. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of market share, competition, diversification, capitalization (equity to total asset ratio), credit risk (non performing loans), and size toward Return on Asset (ROA) as a measure of bank profitability. The analysis technique used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method of multiple linear regression. The results are (1) market share on deposits has positive significant effect on ROA. (2) lerner index has positive significant effect ROA (3) HHI diversification has positive significant effect on ROA. (4) capitalization has positive significant effect on ROA.(5) credit risk has negative significant effect on ROA. (6) size has positive significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

A good marketing performance showed a high level of sales, increasing the number of  sales  both  in  units  of  the  product  or  in  monetary  units.  The improved marketing performance  marked also with good sales growth from year to year and higher growth than similar competitors and has a broad customer compared to previous years. This study aimed to analyze the influence  of strategy and service outlets and outlet connection with the performance of selling-in and impact on the performance of marketingThis study uses multiple linear  regression  analysis using SPSS. The population used is the customer's customer Buana Gemilang Creatindo Semarang in January-August 2014. The samples used were 100 people with sample selection techniques using non- probability sampling accidental samplingThe results  show that  the strategy of influence  on the performance  and service outlets selling-in, relationships affect the performance of outlets selling-in, service strategy affect the performance of marketing outlets, outlets Relations affect the performance of selling-in, Performance selling-in effect on the performance of marketing, strategy service outlets and  outlet connection directly influence the performance of  marketing through selling-in performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine financial ratios commercial Bank Go Public to profitability with control variables of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).   Financial ratios are proxied by CAR, NPL, LDR, NIM, and BOPO, and Profitability is proxied by ROA as a measure of the amount of profit generated. while GCG control variable is proxied by the audit committee, independent directors, institutional ownership and managerial ownership.The sample in this study is a commercial were bank go public listed in Stock Exchange (the Indonesia Stock Exchange) in the 2009-2013 period. The number used were 12 banks were taken by purposive sampling. The methods of analysis of this research using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20 Program.The results of this research show that CAR had positive but not significant effect to ROA, NPL and LDR had negative and insignificant effect to ROA, NIM had positive and significant effect to ROA, BOPO had significant negative effect to ROA, while the audit committee, independent directors, institutional ownership and ownership managerial had no effect to ROA.
