Abstract

The advent of internet technology makes trading activities had been developed. Many businesses are using the nternet to conduct commerce, the new emerging business is an electronic commerce (e-commerce). One of the e-commerce that are emerging today is a consumer-to-consumer e-commerce, businesses create a new c2c e-commerce company based called the shopping website. With the shopping website, consumers no longer need to come to a conventional store to get the products they want. The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of the ease of use, shopping enjoyment, purchase experience and consumer trust towards consumer purchase intention on the Bukalapak.com shopping website.The sample in this research were internet users in Indonesia with a minimum age of 17 years who already shop one time on the Bukalapak.com shopping website or other sites, have a device with internet connectivity and bank account to make payments. The samples were 100 people selected using purposive sampling through an online questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and goodness of fit test.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis is, Y = 0,282 X1 + X2 + 0.098 0.292 + 0.270 X3 X4. The most influential independent variable towards the dependent variable is shopping enjoyment (0.292), followed by ease of use (0,282), consumer trust (0,270) and the last one is purchase experience (0.098). T test results showed that the ease of use, shopping enjoyment, purchase experience, and consumer trust variables have a positive and significant influence towards purchase intention, while the purchase experience variable have a positive and not significant influence towards purchase intention. The coefficient of determination obtained from the independent variable in this research is 63.8%, while the remaining 36,2% is influenced by other variables outside the model of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors - factors that influence purchasing decisions Asus laptop in Semarang. These data were collected from 100 consumers or users Asus laptop.The samples in this study using simple random sampling. The analysis used in this study include the validity and reliability testing and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).The results of the analysis using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine the level of consumer expectation gap between the amount of product performance. Based on data analysis of each - each purchase decision factors experienced negative gap (-), where the factor of product quality experience gap -0.65. Factor Price happen gap -0.55. Promotion factor -0.86. and the after-sales service factor -0.77. Where the expectation is greater than the performance of the products that can be used as a reference diharapkan.Hal to improve product performance

Abstract

Funding decisions a company to fund its operations, must be in accordance with the main objectives of the company. The funding decision was able to minimize the risks and costs that the company's main goal is reached. To achieve the goal, the company must have an optimal capital structure. The many factors affecting capital structure or debt policy, the study aims to analyze the factors that influence the policy of the company's debts. The independent variable of this study consisted of liquidity (CR), sales growth (SG), company size (SIZE), profitability (ROA), institutional ownership (INST), and managerial ownership (MOWN). Meanwhile, the dependent variable is the Debt to Equity Ratio or DER.Object of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009 until 2013. The sample used in this study were 8 manufacturing company. The sampling method is done by using purposive sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis, which is preceded by the classical assumption, consisting of normality test, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing is done by using the F test and t-test.The results of this study indicate that liquidity, sales growth, firm size, profitability, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership together influence the company’s debt policy. While, in partial, liquidity (CR),  profitability (ROA), and managerial ownership (MOWN) significant negative effect on the DER. Variable institutional ownership (INST) did not significant negative effect on the DER. While, firm size (SIZE) and sales growth (SG) had no significant positive effect on the DER. The degree of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0,457. This means that the independent variable (CR, ROA, SIZE, Sales Growth, INST, and MOWN) can explain the dependent variable (DER) by 45.7%. While, the remaining 54.3% is explained by other variables outside the model study.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  determine  how  much  influence  the  product,  price,  location,  andpromotion to the buying decision that can build customer satisfaction in stores Essy's Brownies Semarang. This study uses four independent variables are product, price, location, and promotion, customer satisfaction as the dependent variable and the purchase decision as an intervening variable. The population used in this study is that consumers who had visited the shop Essy's Brownies Semarang. This research method using a non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling method. Used as a sample of 160 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaires were then processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis and analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) through the AMOS program. The results showed that the product has a positive influence on purchasing decisions; price has a positive influence on purchasing decisions; location  has a positive  influence on purchasing decision; promotion has a positive influence on purchasing decisions; and purchasing decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

As a publishing and printing company, the main raw material of CV Aneka Ilmu is the paper that used to print and to be made into a book or other products. In carrying out inventories of raw materials, the challenges faced by CV Aneka Ilmu is the storage of inventory control that the raw materials are not stored too big, that can caused the risks to damaged, obsolescences, and the loss of raw materials, as well as maintenance costs become higher and needs to be handle more. This study examines the raw material inventory control in the company, by comparing the two systems inventory. The purpose of this study was to compare the inventory system that has been carried out by CV Aneka Ilmu Semarang with two other inventory systems. The systems to be compared is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and  Just in Time (JIT), by comparing total inventory costs of each system to determine which of the systems that has the most efficient cost. The results indicate the best possibility for decision making in inventory system to CV Aneka Ilmu Semarang. The conclusion from this study that EOQ and JIT systems both more efficient in inventory cost compared to the company inventory sistem. But JIT system has cost efficiency level higher than EOQ system. In the inventory demand level of 1.550.530 rim, the company inventory sistem generates inventory cost by Rp 27.588.181,- compared to JIT that only has inventory cost by Rp 4.362.074.42,-, and can save costs about Rp 23.226.106,58,- or 84,19%. In this study also assumed there is tolerance (for damage, defect, and loss ) equal to 4% of the demand level was for 1.550.530 rim, become 1.612.551,2 rim. On the inventory demand level of 1.612.551,2 rim, both EOQ and JIT systems also more efficient in inventory cost compared to the company inventory system, but JIT system also more efficient compared to EOQ system. JIT system produce inventory cost amount Rp 4.471.288,079,- compared to company’s which is Rp 28.278.908,81,-. And with this JIT system can save up to Rp 23.807.620,73,- or 84,19% more efficient than company’s inventory cost.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables of work family conflict, role ambiguity, job stress and performance of employee on PT Nyonya Meneer Semarang. Data used in this study were collected through questionnaires and implemented to 72 female employees of PT Nyonya Meneer that work at production, who has married and have a family or a service life of more than one year based on purposive sampling method, based on the criteria specified by the researcher where samples were selected by using certain considerations. The techniques of data analysis in this research include test reliability, test validity, the classical assumptions, Path Analysis, and Sobel test to test the effect of mediation.            The results of this study indicate that work family conflict has positive and significant effect on job stress, role ambiguity has no signifikan effect on job stress, work stress has negative and significant effect on the performance of employees, work family conflict has negative and significant effect on the performance of employees, role ambiguity has positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, job stress has negative effect in mediating the relationship between work family conflict and performance of employees and job stress has no effect in mediating the relationship between role ambiguity and performance of employees.

Abstract

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect employee performance. The purpose of this research is to explain how the variable of job satisfaction and organizational commitment influence to BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Surakarta employee performance. In addition to recognize which variable influences dominantly to the employee performance.The data of this research were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 65 employees of BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Surakarta. Mechanical testing of the data  used  in  this  research  include  the  instrument  test  (validity  and  reliability  test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicoloniarity, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using SPSS application.The  result  of  this  research  shows  that  job  satisfaction  and  organizational commitment influence positively and significantly to theemployee performance. Variable used   in   this   research   give   positive   response,   meaning   the   job   satisfaction   and organizational commitment improving the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Utama Surakarta employee. Value of determination coefficient or R2 is 0,364, which means employee performance is affected by job satisfaction and organizational commitment amounted to 36,4%

Abstract

Purchase decision is the selection of two or more alternative choice of consumers in the purchase. Every day consumers make decisions about every aspect of daily life. If consumers have a choice between making a purchase and do not make a purchase or option to use the time, then the consumer is in a position to take a decision. Consumer decisions can be influenced by several variables, in this study were analyzed through product differentiation, perception of price and location. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product differentiation, perception of price and location on purchase decision.Population in this study is that consumers who buy car accessories at Ocean Auto Wheels, Ruko Puri Anjasmoro block EE 1/10, Semarang. Sample in this study was 100 consumers. Sampling technique in this study conducted by purposive sampling technique. Type is primary data. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. Analysis technique used is multiple regression with previously tested with test instruments and classical assumption. Analyss results using multiple regression showed that : product differentiation proved influence on purchase decisions. Perception of price proved influence on purchase decisions. Location proved influence on purchase decisions

Abstract

This research was made based on a decrease in sales of Mie nges-nges in the period 2013 to 2014. The decline in sales can be formulated how consumers behave in a purchase decision amid the many culinary options in the area of Banyumanik Semarang. This study aimed to examine the effect of product quality, price, and location towards the purchase decisions of the product of Mie nges-nges.This research used accidental sampling with sample of 100 people from the consumer population of Mie nges-nges. The analytical method that had been used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that the following regression equation:Y = 0321 0352 X1 + X2 + X3 0349This result indicates that all the independent variables tested are positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction through the F test and t test. The most influential variable is the variable price 0.352 and the variable that has the smallest influence is the product quality 0.321.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of internet shopping value is utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value to intent to online repurchase with using perceived value as mediator variable study case on product fashion consumer of Faculty of Econimics and Business, Diponegoro University. Utilitarian shopping value based on critical thinking. Hedonic shopping value based pleasure. Perceived value is difference between the benefits received by consumer with all costs or a particular offer. Intent to online repurchase is an interest in re-purchase showing the desire to online re-purchase.            This study used non-probability sampling is used for judgmental sampling. Data were collected from 115 respondents selected using criteria that should have made a online purchase of fashion products at least twice. The method analysis used in this research was Maximum Likelihood test using the program of AMOS version 20.0.            The results show that the utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value has positive influence on perceived value but did not positive influence on intent to online repurchase. Then, perceived value has positive influence on intent to online repurchase on product fashion consumer of Faculty of Econimics and Business, Diponegoro University.
