Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Reserve Requirement Ratio (RRR), Bank Capital Ratio (EQRAT), Earning Volatility (EARNVOL), Credit Risk, and Size toward Liquidity Creation ten largest Conventional Banks in Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique with the criteria of ten largest conventional Banks who publish annual financial reports periodically during 2010-2014. The data used in this study was obtained from annual financial reports on the website of conventional Banks with a sample of ten largest conventional Banks in Indonesia. Methods of data analysis in this study with Multiple Regression Analysis, which previously performed classical assumption test. Hypothesis testing using F-statistic test, t-statistical test and the determination of coefficients Adjusted  with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study are the independent variables simultaneously (F test) effect on Liquidity Creation with a significance level of 0.000. While partially (t test) showed that the variable RRR, EARNVOL, and Size has no significant effect on Liquidity Creation. Variable EQRAT has significant negative effect on Liquidity Creation. Variable Credit Risk has significant positive effect on Liquidity Creation. Adjusted  is 0.477 which means that the ability of the four independent variables and one control variable can explain Liquidity Creation amounted to 47.7%, while the rest is explained by other factors.

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether the perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment access, security and trust to intention to use internet banking, this research aims to analyze the factors most dominant influence on Intention to Use Internet Banking.            The population used in this study is a customer who had used internet banking facilities. The sample in this study of 400 respondents and the techniques used are non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling approach (sampling by customer who had used internet banking facilities more than doubled to conduct online transactions). The analytical method used was quantitative analysis is multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes: validity and reliability, classic asumtion test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing via test t and test f, the coefficient of determination (R2) and test intervening.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to give empirical evidence whether Brand Image and Product Quality influence on Brand Preference and Loyalty Intention of Consumer.            The sample of this study are 400 people in Kudus that use Glade Fragrances. Method of analysis data use quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis.            The results of this study shows that the Brand Image and Product Quality give positive effect on Brand Preference with the regression coefficient  Y1 = 0.405 X1 + 0.329 X2. While Brand Image, Product Quality and Brand Preference give positive effect on Loyalty Intention of Consumer with regression coefficient Y2 =  0,658 X1 + 0,083 X2 + 0,206 Y1.

Abstract

Problems that occur in hospitals Tugurejo Semarang is employee performance of nursing less than the maximum. It is shown from the number of complaints from customers who go into the hospital management Tugurejo Semarang where most complaints are directed at the nursing Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. Less than the maximum employee performance is thought to be caused due to several factors namely participative leadership style, work environment, compensation and organizational culture. This study aimed to analyze the influence of participative leadership style, work environment, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance of nursing Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. The population used in this study were employees Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. Criteria samples taken were employees Tugurejo Semarang Hospital nursing sections totaling 73 nurses. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires and interviews. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on this research, work environment, compensation and organizational culture influence on employee performance of nursing Tugurejo Hospital Semarang, whereas participative leadership style has no effect on employee performance of nursing Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. Employee performance is able to be explained by the independent variable is the participative leadership style, work environment, compensation, and organizational culture at 86.5%.

Abstract

Firm value is a depiction of how success is a firm in running their business. Therefore, this research is conducted to analyze the effect given by some factors such as Profitability (ROE), Leverage (DAR), and Firm Size (Size), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to Firm Value (PBV) on the company that registered in the LQ-45 index between 2011-2014 period.The sample in this research are 22 companies that always exists on the LQ-45 index between 2011-2014 period.  The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data in this research obtained from the companies’ annual report. Data analysis in this research done with multiple linear regression method.The result from this research showed that Profitability, Firm Size, and  Price Earning Ratio have positive significant effect to Firm Value; while Leverage has a negative significant effect to Firm Value. The adjusted R2 score of 0,907 showed that ROE, DAR, Size, and PER have 90,7% to PBV, while the other 9,3% are determined by another variable.

Abstract

Employees play important role in running the company; almost all of the companies deem their respective employees as a part of competitive advantage. A company would highly expect to have employees with best behaviour as well as the ability to finish the entrusted tasks in excess of what is actually required. To put it simply, they are the employees who display extra-role behaviors which is often called as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Without the existence of OCB, the company would be brittle and thus is in high risk to lose in the tight competition. This research is aimed to determine the direct, indirect, and total effects of organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in a sample drawn from 71 employees of PT PLN Persero Distribusi Jawa Tengah dan DIY by spreading the questionnaires. The analytical method used on this research is path analysis with SPSS. Data analysis technique used consist of the value of index, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing by the determinant coefficient, F-test and T-test. The result of this research shows that organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have significant and positive effect on OCB, partially and simultaneously. Organizational Commitment has the biggest direct effects. The coefficient of determination shows that OCB of the employees in PT PLN Persero Distribusi Jawa Tengah dan DIY is 67,01% affected by organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The other 32,99% is determined by other variables and error. Based on path analysis it is found out that job satisfaction and organizational commitment both hold a good role and significant as a mediator of organizational justice on OCB.

Abstract

This research examines two independent variables that is Building Service Partnership--of which the dependent variable of Customer Loyalty can be influenced--and Customer Satisfaction as the interverning variable. The direct coefficient determination (R2) test results 22,7%, meanwhile a 30,0% derived from the indirect coefficient determination (R2) test. In the other hand, testing hypotheses concerning partial correlation confirms that (i) Building Service Partnership indicates a positive and significant relationship towards Customer Satisfaction; (ii) Total Quality Management indicates a positive and significant relationship towards Customer Satisfaction; (iii) Building Service Partnership indicates a positive and significant relationship towards Customer Loyalty; (iv) Total Quality Management indicates a positive and significant relationship towards Customer Loyalty; and (v) Customer Satisfaction indicates a positive and significant relationship towards Customer Loyalty. From the significant hypothesis test (F-test), it can be derived that there is positive and significant influence between Building Service Partnership and Total Quality Management towards Customers Loyalty, with Customer Satisfaction as its interverning variable.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects from advertising towards brand awareness and corporate image, also services quality towards customer’s satisfaction and its influence on customer’s loyalty from Telkom phone’s customers. The variables used in this study are advertising and services quality as independent variables, then the brand awareness, corporate image, customer’s satisfaction as intervening variables and customer’s loyalty as the dependent variable.            This sample in this study was 200 respondents of Telkom phone’s customers in Semarang. The method used is Accidental Sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. In this study developed a theoretical model to propose seven hypotheses to be tested using analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM0 which is operated through a program AMOS 20.0            Based on research of data processing SEM for full model has met the criteria of goodness of fit as follows: the value of chi-square = 152,754; probability = 0,059; RMSEA = 0,035; CMIN/DF = 1,203; GFI = 0,902; AGFI = 0,868; TLI = 0,977; CFI = 0,981. Within the result, it can be said that this model is feasible to be used. The result showed that the customer’s loyalty can be improved by increasing services quality affect the customer’s satisfaction as a determinant of success increase customer’s loyalty.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the performance level ofemployees at gombel golf semarang which has not optimal. Based on the results of pre – survey,  decrease employee performance problem that occurs is indicated by the leadership, motivation, and work discipline in supporting the process of employee performance.This studyaims to examineandanalyze the effect ofleadership, motivation work, and discipline work on the performance ofemployees of Gombel GolfSemarang.This study uses three independent variables are leadership, motivation, and discipline of working with one dependent variable is the performance of employees. Using the formula slovin, obtained a sample of 52 employees. And the data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire distributed to a sample that has been determined.The data analysis methodusedin this study includevalidity,reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, andthe coefficient of determination. Based on the results of t - test and multiple linear analysis showed that all hypothesis is accepted. Which mean  leadership, work motivation, and work discipline have apositive effect and significant on employee performance.
