Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of personal knowledge, job procedures and technology to employee's performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jawa Tengah and DIY.The population in this study were employees of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jawa Tengah regional offices and branch offices Semarang 1 which consisted 64 people. The data were obtained by using the "saturation sampling/census" technique, in which all employees were the target of the sampling. The data that analyzed comes from distributing questionnaires to employees, then analyzed using multiple linear regression method with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 16 program.The   analysis’   result   showed   that   the   variables:   personal   knowledge,   job procedures, technology positively influence on employee's performance. It means the better personal knowledge, job procedures, technology will improve the employee's performance. These variables contribute 49.4%. While the rest of 50.6% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This Study  aims to examine the effect of trust, commitment, satisfaction, loyalty, reliability salesperson to the quality of relationships at PT Gunung Agung Branch of Citra  Land mall, Simpang Lima, Semarang. This study uses a trust, commitment, satisfaction, loyalty, reliability salespeople as independent variables and quality of relationships as the dependent variable. This study uses qualitative data analysis with data collection methods using interviews and quantitative is questionnaires. Abstract

The aim of this resesearch is to identify and analyze the determinant of Profitability in sharia banking of Indonesia in the period of 2011-2015. Profitability is dependent variabel in this research. There are three independent variables that used, wich are Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Financing, and an intervening variabel which is Financing.Sampling technique used is pruposive sampling, obtained by amount 5 sharia banking for sample from 11 syariah banking in Indonesia period 2011-2015. The data analyzed with path analysis using SPSS program.            The result of this research show that Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has negative influance significant to financing, Third Party Funds have positive influance and not significant to financing. Third Party Funds and Financing has positive influance significant to Profitability, Non Performing Financing (NPF) have negative influance significant to profitability, and then Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have negative influance not significant to Profitability. But, Financing can not mediate influance beetwen variable independent Third Party Financing, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non Performing Financing (NPF) to Profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of bank rating in rural banking of Indonesia periods 2012 - 2013. There are four independents variable that used, which are Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Asset (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operating Expense and Operating Income (BOPO), and the dependent variable is bank rating.             Sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which criteria as rural bank in Indonesia who provide annual reports periods 2012 - 2013, listed on Info Bank rating, and has assets 100 – 500 billion. Samples obtained a number of 85 rural banks. The data was analyzed with regression technique. Before being tested using regression analysis, the data must first pass the test of classic assumption there are normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test.            The result of this study showing that NPL has negative relationship and significant toward bank rating. ROA has positive relationship and significant toward bank rating. LDR has positive relationship and insignificant toward bank rating. The last, BOPO has insignificant positive relationship toward bank rating. This research also obtained that adjusted R2 16,10%. This means that 16.10% variation of bank rating can be explained by the five independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to ward employees turnover intention in PT. Hillconjaya Sakti, Cakung, East Jakarta. This study utilized data analysis method by using SmartPLS software. The sample used in this study are 98 respondents. Data was collected by questionnaires, surveys, interviews, and literature review. The results reveals that: 1) job satisfactions significantly and negatively affect on the organizational commitment, 2) the organizational commitment significantly and negatively affects on  thr turnover intention, 3) job satisfactions significantly and negatively affect on the turnover intention. Implications for managerial practice were discussed

Abstract

Every investor who want to invest in stock market, they need some information from related firm, both of the Financial reports and information about their activities which are going on and also recent price of stock. Thefore the investor can  determine which firm’s stock is worthy to purchase in order be able to create better profit for that investor in the future. The research aimed to analyze the influence Dividend Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, and Total Asset Turnover. The population used in the study is all companies engaged in chemical and basic industry sectors in 2010-2014. Therefore total population obtained is 65 companies. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling which resulted in a sample into 26 companies chemical and basic industry sectors. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis and using classical assumption test. Based on the research results, the result that dividend payout ratio (DPR), debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity  (ROE)  and  total  asset  turnover  (TATO)  on  stock  price  with  the  regression coefficient is lgY = 2.933 + 0,266 DPR - 0,105 DER + 0,035 ROE - 0,282 TATO.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence related to the effect of firm size (SIZE), leverage (LEV), cash flow (CF), net working capital (NWC), and Dividend Payment (DPR) to cash holding (CHD) manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 – 2014. This research uses secondary data collected from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used in the form of financial statement data manufacture company from 2010 – 2014. Of the 144 manufacture company, acquired 83 companies sampled in this study. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing through the F test, indicating that the variable SIZE, LEV, CF, NWC, and DPR simultaneous effect on CHD. Then through the t test showed that the SIZE, CF, and DPR variable have significant positive effect on CHD. LEV variable have significant negative effect on CHD. NWC variable has negative but not significant effect on CHD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect of debt level including short-term debt, long-term debt, and total debt on firm’s performance which using ROA and ROE as a profitability measurements ratio.This study using multiple regression analysis in estimating the relationship between the debt level and firm’s performance. Object in this study are a listed company in the LQ-45  index  on  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  (IDX)  and  always  published  the  financial statements and annual report for the period 2011-2014. Purposive sampling method was using to select the sample and obtained 72 samples. Data used is secondary data such as financial statements and annual reports. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics, the classic assumption test, and regression analysis.Based from classic assumption test, there is no found any data storage so that data has been qualified. From the regression analysis test showed that short-term debt (STD) has  a  significantly  positive  relationship  with  ROA,  long-term  debt  (LTD)  has  asignificantly negative relationship with ROA, while total debt (TTD) has no significant on ROA. On the other hand, short-term debt (STD) and total debt (TTD) has a positively significant among ROE, while long-term debt (LTD) is negatively significant with ROE.

Abstract

The  values  of  Return  on  Equity,  Firm  Size,  Free  Cash  Flow,  Investment Opportunity Set, and Debt Ratio in manufacturing companies fluctuate annually during the research period. The fluctuation is the opposite of the increase on Dividend Payout Ratio during the year of 2011 to 2014. Due to the said phenomena gap, this research aims to test the effect of ROE, firm size, free cash flow, investment opportunity set, and debt ratio of dividend payout ratio of Manufacturing Companies listed on IDX during the period of 2011-2014.The sample employed  in  this  research selected  by purposive sampling  method which contains of 22 companies fitting the criteria set during the period of 2011-2014. The data is obtained based on the published annual report and financial report. The method of analysis employed is regression with least squares equation and the hypothesis is tested by using t-statistic to reveal partial regression coefficient as well as F-statistic to test the simultaneous effect with confidence level at 5%.The result reveals partial result that free cash flow affect DPR positively and significantly. ROE, firm size, and investment opportunity set affect positively but non- significantly on DPR. Meanwhile, Debt Ratio affect negatively and non-significantly on DPR. Simultaneously, ROE, firm size, free cash flow, investment opportunity set, and debt ratio affect DPR significantly. The result of regression estimation reveals the prediction competence from the 5 independent variable on DPR is at 11.9% meanwhile the other 88.1% is affected by other factors which are not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of CAR, NPL, LDR to NIM with ROA as Intervening variabel, the influence of BOPO and ROA to NIM, and the influence of NPL to NIM with CAR and ROA as Intervening Variable.The analysis method of this research is Path Analysis and Sobel Test. Total sample of this research is 23 commercial banks, which is obtain through purposive sampling. The data obtained from the official website of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.The result of this research shows: NPL has negatif and not significant effect on CAR and  has negatif and significant effect on ROA, however has negatif and significant effect on NIM. ROA significantly mediatin NPL to NIM. CAR has positive and not significant effect on ROA, and has positive and significant effect on NIM. LDR has positive and not significant effect on ROA, and positive and significant effect on NIM. ROA significantly mediating LDR to NIM. BOPO and ROA has positive and significant effect on NIM.
