Abstract

Organizational performance is good if the performance of the employees is also good. Good or bad employee performance can be influenced by various factors. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out how big the influence of job stress, compensation, and employee engagement on the employee performance at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Semarang based on organizational performance data for 2 consecutive years.This research used quantitative approach with the population of employee PDAM Tirta  Moedal  Kota  Semarang  amounting  to  479  people  with  sample  of  the  research counted 100 people using purposive sampling technique. The processed of data by using the help of SPSS 23.0 version, and the method used in analyzing data in this research is linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, it was found that: (1) work stress had a negative and significant effect on employee performance; (2) compensation has a positive and unsignificant  effect  on  employee  performance;  and  (3)  employee  engagement  has  a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

              This study aims to identify the understanding and implementation of Good Corporate Governance in employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency, Fairness).               In this research, the method used is qualitative method. This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Regional VI, Central Java-Jogjakarta. The research subjects are employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Regional VI, Central Java-Jogjakarta who occupy managerial positions and have worked in a period of more than 10 years as the main focus. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation.            The results showed that (1) Employees understanding of GCG conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Regional VI, Central Java-Jogjakarta has been very good. (2) GCG implementation conducted by employees of PT.Pos Indonesia Regional VI Central Java DIY has been applied optimally in accordance with rules and guidelines.

Abstract

The  purpose  of this  study is to explain the effect of product quality, service quality and restaurant  atmosphere  to influence  purchase  decisions,  where    restaurant  image  is used as  an intervening variable to the purchase decision at Pondok Ijo Weleri Kendal Restaurant.This  research  is  done  by  taking  sample  using  purposive  sampling  technique,  that  is consumers  who have visited and bought some food in Pondok Ijo Restaurant at least once with average  of age  14 years old up to 40 years and above. Data collection was obtained from 100 consumers  of  Pondok  Ijo  Restaurant  by giving questionnaires  which consist  of open questions which  is  analyzed  qualitatively,  and  the  answer  of  the  closed  questions  were  analyzed  using Multiple  Linear regression method using SPSS 22 program.The results of the analysis show that product quality, service quality and store atmosphere have  a  positive  and significant  influence  on the  restaurant  image, then restaurant  image  has  a positive and significant  influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, Price and Product Trust on purchasing decisions on  Berrybenka.com e-commerce platform. These days, E-Commerce has became common thing in community, technological developments and facilities advances make this platform has growing demand in all market segments. From the start of its ease to the speed of E-commerce services into the spotlight of consumers. Quality of Service, Brand Image, Price and Products Trust are widely used as reference consumers in determines purchasing decisions, especially in the city of Semarang that is high sensitivity to a product. So in this study, want to discover how or what matters affect the Purchase Decision from consumers in the world of E-Commerce. In this study data were collected from 140 selected respondents who had made purchases on Berrybenka.com E-commerce platform. Analysis method with  AMOS program.  The results show that  Quality of Service,  Brand Image, Price has a positive and significant effect on Product Trust. Then, Product Confidence has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence between organizational climate, organizational communication and organizational commitment to work discipline. In this study, researchers studied the work discipline of the Operational Division of PT. Plasa Simpanglima Semarang by using independent variable that is organization climate, organizational communication and organizational commitment, and dependent variable that is work discipline.This study was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to employees by using the census method as much as 110 people. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the test data used include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination ( and multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the research results shows that organizational climate have positive and significant effect to work discipline. Organizational communication has a positive andsignificant impact on work discipline. Finally, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on work discipline. Coefficient of determination indicates that work discipline is influenced by organizational climate, organizational communication and organizational commitment equal to 68,9% while the rest of 31,1% influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects arising from the service quality ,perceived value,and brand image on satisfaction, , its influence on loyalty from PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero). The variables used in this study is service quality ,perceived value, brand image  as an independent variable, then the satisfaction as an intervening variable lastly, the Loyalty as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were 170 respondents from the consumer of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero)The method used is non- probability purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents (customer). In this study developed a theoretical model to propose six hypotheses to be tested using analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through a program AMOS 22.0. Based on the research of data processing SEM for full model has met the criteria of goodness of fit as follows, the value of chi-square = 132.455; probability = 0,071; RMSEA = 0,035; CMIN/DF = 1,204; GFI = 0,920; TLI = 0,982; CFI = 0,985; and a marginal criteria which is AGFI = 0,889. With the result, it can be said that this model is feasible to be used. The results showed that the service quality, perceived value, brand image can be improved by increasing customer satisfaction that affect the satisfaction  as a determinant of success to increase customer loyalty

Abstract

In any company, human resources (HR) has a very important function and role because it is one of the most influential contributors in the success of a company. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of supervision, work motivation, and interpersonal communication on employee performance and organizational commitment as intervening.The study was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Branch Ungaran. The data collected in this research is by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are employees of Ungaran Post Office and the sample used in this study is simple random sampling, with the number of samples of 50 respondents. Variables of supervision, work motivation, and interpersonal communication as independent variable, employee performance variable as dependent variable, and variable of organizational commitment as intervening variable. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Data analysis techniques use reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test, determinant coefficient test, F test, t test, and sobel test to test the mediation effect.The results of the analysis of this study indicate that supervision has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, work motivation has positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, interpersonal communication has positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, organizational commitment have positive and significant influence on employee performance, supervision have positive and significant effect to employee's performance, work motivation does not have positive and significant effect to employee performance, and interpersonal communication have positive and significant influence to employee performance.
