Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on the profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The dependent variable in this study is ROA, while the independent variables are CAR, NPF, FDR, and BOPO; and SIZE as a control variable. The population of this study is PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The samples taken are quarterly financial statements of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk for 7 periods, namely the period 2010 - 2017. Data collected was analyzed by descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 computer program. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that: CAR has no significant positive effect on the profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. NPF and BOPO have a negative and significant effect on the profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. While FDR has a positive and not significant effect on the profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of variable of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR),sales growth and firm size on capital structure with tangibility asset and firm age as controlvariable.The population in this study were retail trade sub-sector companies that were listed on theIndonesian Stock Exchange in 2013 – 2017. The sample technique used was purposive sampling.So that a sample of 12 companies was obtained, thus obtained 60 research data. The analysistechnique used is multiple linear regression using the classical assumption test and regressionanalysis with a significance level of 5%.Based on the results of research that simultaneously uses the F test variable profitability,liquidity, sales growth, firm size, tangibility asset and firm age as control variable significantlyinfluence the capital structure. The result of partial testing using the T test show that profitability,liquidity, firm size, tangibility asset and firm age have a negative and significant effect on capitalstructure. While sales growth has a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure and theresult of control variables there are tangibility asset and firm age are -3,223 with the significantcy0,001 and -3,915 with the significantcy 0,003 so tangibility asset and firm age has a negative andsignificant effect on DER. Determination of coefficient R2 of 0,471 shows that 47,1% of thevariation of the DER is explained by the independent variables in the study while the remaining52,9% is explained by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

Customers repurchase intention is a crucial factor and determines how an e-commerce maintaining the customer in the middle of the e-commerce competition, so the company must be able to maintain and improve the factors that affect customers repurchase intention to gain the interest of customers in the middle of the e-commerce competition in IndonesiaThis research used an e-commerce startup Elevenia as the research object. The purpose of this research is to examine how the website and information quality, online trust and sales promotion influence repurchase intention by using the online customer experience as an intervening variable. The samples was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who has an online purchasing experience at Elevenia and resided in the city of Semarangwhich were then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with the tests carried out, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination test, F test, test T, and the sobel test to find out the mediating effect.The results of this research showed that the website and information quality have a positive and significant effect on online customer experience), then online trust and sales promotion have a significant and positive influence on repurchase intention, and the results of the test of sobel showed, the online customer experience worthy to be used as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The aim of this study was conducted to test whether trading volume, market value, bid-ask spread, turnover and book to market of having an influence on the speed of adjustment in stock prices. The population in this study were 45 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the year 2031 to 2017. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling method with criteria: 1) the company has been listed on the Stock Exchange as of 1 January 2013 until December 31, 2017, 2) the company's data did not have time to 'sleep' more than 15 days. Data obtained from the data which is provided by bloomberg. Multiple regression technique are chosen for this research statistic analysis. The results showed that the model was feasible based on the classical assumption. Technique of multiple linear regression analysis indicating that all independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable with a confidence level of 5 percent, except for the variable bid – ask spread and book to market that does not qualify as a variable that significantly influence the speed of stock price adjustments due to have a significance value above 5 percent.

Abstract

Human resources play a very important role in a company because humans are thedeterminant of the running of the company. One of the company's successes is measuredthrough employee performance. The higher the employee's performance, the higher thesuccess achieved by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect ofcompensation and work motivation on employee loyalty and its impact on employeeperformance.The population in this study were employees of CV Al-Achwan. This research wasconducted by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 130 employees using simplerandom sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis.The data testing techniques used in this study include path analysis test, and sobel test totest the mediation effect.The results showed that giving compensation has a positive effect on employeeloyalty, work motivation has a positive effect on employee loyalty, compensation has apositive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect onemployee performance, employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance.
