Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital management (Cash Convertion Cycle (CCC), Average Collection Period (ACP), Inventory Collection Period (ICP) Average Payment Period (APP) and Current Ratio (CR) to profitability of Go Public consumer goods company. Profitability is proxied by ROA as a measure of the size of profit that produced.The sample in this study is a sector of consumer goods company that listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) during the period 2013-2017. The number of samples were 35 company taken by purposive sampling method. The analytical method of this study uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS 25 program which has previously passed the classic assumption test.The results of this study indicate that Cash Convertion Cycle (CCC), Average Collection Period (ACP) and Inventory Collection Period (ICP) had negative and significant effect on ROA. Current Ratio (CR) has positive and significant effect on ROA. While the Average Payment Period (APP) has an insignificant positive effect on ROA.

Abstract

The measure of success of a field of staffing is performance. This is because the field itself and employees need feedback on their efforts, so the performance of each employee needs to be assessed. Many factors can influence employee performance, such as financial compensation, leadership style and motivation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial compensation and leadership style on work motivation, the effect of work motivation on employee performance and the influence of leadership style on employee performance.The study population was employees of Bank Jatim, Bojonegoro Branch, Jl. Mastrip No. 70, Bojonegoro, East Java, totaling 129 employees. Samples taken 100 employees. The type of data used is primary data. Methods for collecting data are questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis, with previously tested by instrument test and classic assumption test.The results showed that: Financial compensation has a significant effect on work motivation. Leadership style has a significant effect on work motivation. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the effect of liquidity risk, capital buffer and BOPO on banks risk-taking in Indonesia. This study used loan to deposit ratio, non-performing loan, liquidity gap, capital buffer and BOPO as independent variable and banks risk-taking proxied by Z-Score as dependent variable.This study used secondary data retrieved from banking companies’ annual reports listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Index (IDX) in 2013-2017. Sample used in this study were 110 samples consist of 22 Indonesian banks taken using purposive sampling method. This study used multiple linear regression as analysis method.The results of this study indicate that non-performing loan and BOPO have a positive and significant effect on banks risk-taking. Capital buffer has a negative and significant effect on bank risk-taking, while loan to deposit ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on banks risk-taking and liquidity gap has a negative and insignificant effect on banks risk-taking.

Abstract

Lately, coffee drinks have been favored by many in the community, which has led to a high competition for coffee shops, one of which is in Temanggung Regency. Companies must be able to compete and create new marketing strategies to survive and be able to reach a larger market share. This study aims to explain the effect of product quality, service quality and customer value in influencing purchasing decisions at KopiKitaKami coffee shops in Temanggung Regency.The sampling technique is done by accidental sampling. The number of samples as many as 130 respondents who live in Temanggung Regency and are customers who visit the KopiKitaKami coffee shop with at least one time bought at KopiKitaKami. The analytical tool used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 24.0 program.The results of this study indicate that product quality and service quality have a positive effect on customer value. As well as product quality, service quality, and customer value have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.
