This research aims to determine the outcome of capital, asset, management, earnings, liquidity, and sensitivity to market risk on Return on Assets in the foreign exchange national private commercial bank from 2017 to 2020. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data types obtained from the bank's annual report. This study uses purposes sampling techniques to get samples. The samples are 23 foreign exchange national private commercial banks. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24 software. The results show only earnings proxied by BOPO influence Return on assets with adverse decisions because of low-interest income while operating costs are high. Capital does not affect ROA because some of the banking capital is used to overcome the failure of banking operations. The banking sector is not optimal in utilizing capital in services. The asset has no effect because of the high capital value to cover the risk of a non-performing loan. Management does not affect ROA because there is an adjustment process due to the increased interest rates in the previous year. Liquidity does not affect ROA because the lending value doesn't match the loan's quality. Sensitivity to market risk has no influence on Return on Asset because the difference in foreign exchange rates doesn't work correctly. Managers should use the annual report as an evaluation material and a basis for policymaking in the next period and multiply information to form the right strategy in maximizing company value in the eyes of stakeholders through profitability.

This study aims to see the effect of leadership, motivation, and work discipline independently and simultaneously on the performance of the Regional Representative Assembly secretariat. The population used in this study were employees, totalling 50 employees. This study has three independent variables (leadership), motivation, and work discipline; the dependent variable is employee performance. The data is collected using a questionnaire. Then the data were analysed using multiple linear regression. This regression analysis indicates a significant influence between the independent variables. This study demonstrates that leadership, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and meaningful relationship with employee performance. Simultaneously, it is also known that there is a positive relationship between leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. This research is expected to have implications for considering the Regional Representative Assembly secretariat in improving employee performance. It implies that leaders consider decision-making to enhance employee performance. Improved employee performance in an agency can assist in assessing the overall performance of employees.

This study investigates the financial satisfaction of fintech lending users. It also considers income, debt, financial strain, financial attitude, and financial literacy on financial management behaviour as a mediator. This study is a sort of conclusive causal research that uses quantitative research data. The techniques used in this study are purposive sampling. Data is collected through online questionnaires. The samples size for this study was 230 respondents that fit the criteria. The Structural Equation Model technique with AMOS tools was used to analyse the data in this study. This study shows that financial satisfaction is unaffected by income because the increase in revenue will increase lifestyle and financial responsibilities. Financial satisfaction is unaffected by debt because most respondents feel that they can fulfil their needs and lifestyle by debt. Financial satisfaction is unaffected by financial strain because most respondents are between 15-24, so they did not feel how financial stress is. Financial satisfaction is unaffected by financial attitude because most respondents cannot manage their finances. Financial literacy and financial management behaviour affect financial satisfaction. Financial management behaviour is unaffected by financial attitude because most respondents put their needs and lifestyle first. Financial literacy affects financial management behaviour. Financial management behaviour does not mediate financial attitude towards financial satisfaction. Financial management behaviour mediates financial literacy towards financial satisfaction. This research contributes to the thoughts of fintech lending users to understand financial concepts and avoid financial dissatisfaction.

One of the fundamental things in human life as an economic creature is to fulfil their needs. Humans are also equipped with the knowledge and high self-control about their lifestyle, or else they can trigger a consumptive attitude. The research objective is to analyze the influence of financial literacy, electronic money, demographics, lifestyle, and self-control on consumptive behaviour. This research investigates the millennials in Surabaya and data collection techniques using purposive and snowballs sampling. Around 284 millennial generations in Surabaya have chosen to be the respondents in this research. They fill out an online questionnaire using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with AMOS software version 24. The study proves that financial literacy, electronic money, demographics, lifestyle, and self-control significantly affect consumption. This research expects to awaken various parties, especially about the importance of knowledge in financial management, to form high self-control to decide a rational consumption activity for the millennial generation.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the entertainment industry to suffer from delays in activities, including concerts and album releases. One of the entertainment industries that can survive is the K-Pop industry. Entertainment agencies in South Korea are experiencing intense competition in releasing new albums due to concert delays. The album sales in 2020 increased by 64% compared to the previous year. This K-Pop trend makes fans seek pleasure by spending their money buying albums from idol groups they admire. The research aims to analyze the effect of the Korean Wave and hedonic lifestyle on purchase decisions for BTS official albums on ARMY Indonesia. This study uses a sample of 200 respondents, namely ARMY Indonesia, who had purchased BTS official albums with an age range of 16 to 35 years. The sampling method is judgmental sampling with a Likert scale as a measuring instrument. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression equation models. The result showed that Korean Wave and hedonic lifestyle variables positively and significantly affected purchasing decisions. This research is expected to be used by Big Hit Entertainment to redesign their companies' marketing strategies by paying attention to the Korean Wave and hedonistic lifestyle.

This study discusses the analysis of the influence of organizational support and employee engagement on civil servant performance at a regional civil service agency. This study uses a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to all civil servants of a regional civil service agency as many as 59 employees using a Likert scale from numbers one to five. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with data quality testing carried out through validity and reliability tests using SPSS version 20. This study shows that organizational support has a significant effect on the positive and significant impact on employee performance, which means that the higher the support provided, the higher the performance of an employee. The study results also show that employee engagement positively and significantly affects employee performance. The higher the employee's sense of attachment to his work, the higher the quality of his performance at work. Furthermore, the test results also prove that organizational support and employee engagement positively influence civil servant performance at a regional civil service agency. This research is expected to be used by the regional civil service agency to increase organizational support, such as giving awards in verbal praise as an appreciation of employee achievements at work so that later they can improve performance to achieve organizational goals.

Seeing the phenomenon of the last few years, several Otobus Companies in Indonesia are now providing premium class bus services. This method is taken to face competition with other modes of transportation, both trains and planes. This study aims to analyse the influence of service quality and customer experience on First Class Double Decker customer loyalty. This study used a sample of 200 respondents who had travelled by First Class Double Decker Rosalia Indah bus with an age range of 16 to 55 years. The sampling method is judgmental sampling with a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the service quality and customer experience variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The research implies that bus service providers must maintain or increase customer loyalty by considering service quality and customer experience.

This study aims to analyse the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction through job involvement. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method. The respondents were 40 employees of a state-owned company engaged in water transportation services. Statistical analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software as a data processing tool. The results showed that self-efficacy had no effect on job satisfaction but positively and significantly affected job involvement. Self-efficacy does not significantly affect job satisfaction through work engagement as an intervening variable. Companies should consider improving the management of existing human resources so that employees feel comfortable and more motivated at work, such as providing facilities to strengthen relationships between employees and their health. Then, the company can enforce a promotion system arrangement based on competence or achievement that has met the service requirements. It will encourage employees to excel and feel satisfied with their work.

Organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) is an essential thing that employees must own to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of company performance. Several factors that can influence OCB are job satisfaction and organisational commitment. This study aims to explain the effect of job satisfaction and organisational commitment on retail companies. This research is quantitative, and the analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26. The sampling technique used is the saturation sample technique and used 58 employees as a sample. The result shows that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB and organisational commitment has a positive and insignificant impact on OCB. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and organisational commitment positively and significantly affect OCB. These results indicate that the company should pay attention to the job satisfaction of employees to improve OCB, which has a significant influence on achieving company goals. However, organisational commitment also needs to be considered by the company because it will impact other variables such as company performance or employee turnover.

The study aims to determine the effect of job demands and job resources on work engagement in educational institutions. This study sample used 51 employees. Data collection is obtained through a survey. The data analysis used in this study is a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results showed that job demands, and job resources simultaneously significantly affected work engagement. Partially, job demands have a negative and significant effect on work engagement. Job resources have a positive and significant impact on work engagement. Companies should consider providing mentoring when there is additional work, job changes or job rotation for employees to reduce workload due to lack of understanding of the job. Superiors or colleagues can do mentoring by the field of work. Work can be more efficient, and job resources can also be maintained and improved. When employees have achieved high work involvement, it will positively impact work and the organization in improving performance to achieve organizational goals.
