Abstract

Abstrak: Sikap profesional yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa Tata Rias salah satunya adalah menunjukan etika berpenampilan diri yang baik, dimulai dengan menjaga dan merawat kulit wajah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan perawatan kulit wajah diantaranya adalah sikap dan gaya hidup dari konsumen.  Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah  “Adakah pengaruh sikap dan gaya hidup terhadap pemilihan produk perawatan kulit wajah tidak bermasalah pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan Tata Rias di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa perempuan jurusan pendidikan Tata Rias angkatan 2012-2014  berjumlah 160 mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling Insidental berjumlah 125 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar pertanyaan pilihan ganda dan angket sikap, gaya hidup, dan pemilihan produk perawatan kulit. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji secara simultan atau bersama-sama menunjukan bahwa sikap dan gaya hidup secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan pada pemilihan produk perawatan kulit wajah tidak bermasalah yang dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi berganda sebesar 0,307 yang berarti 30,7% dari perubahan nilai variabel pemilihan kosmetik perawatan kulit wajah tidak bermasalah dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan gaya hidup. Kata Kunci: Sikap, Gaya Hidup, Pemilihan Produk Kosmetik Perawtan Kulit Wajah Tidak Bermasalah.       Abstract: The one of professional attitude which owned by Beauty and Health college student is to show a good personal appearance attitude, started from care and treatment the face skin. Among of factors influences the selections of face skin treatment are attitude and life style of the consumers. The problem formulations in this research: ” are there any influence of attitude and life style toward selection of normal face skin treatment on college student of Health and Beauty Department in State University of Surabaya.”The purpose of this research is to figure out how the influence of attitude and life style toward selection of normal face skin treatment on college student of Health and Beauty Department in State University of Surabaya Population of this research are women college student of Health and Beauty Education Department academic year 2012-2014 as many 160 students. The sample using the method of sampling incidental for 125 students. Data collections are primary and secondary. Data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression.Based on analysis results of trials simulaneously show that the attitude and lifestyle simulaneously have a significiant effect can be seen from the value of the 0,000 < 0,05 with the value of coefficient of determination and through augmented by 0,307 wich means 30,7% of the changes in variables the selection of normal face skin treatment affect by the attitude and lifestyle. Abstract

Abstrak: Klinik kecantikan merupakan sebuah lembaga kesehatan yang khusus menangani masalah kecantikan dan ditangani langsung oleh para ahli atau dokter. Kecantikan dapat bergantung pada mesin-mesin berteknologi tinggi yang ada di klinik kecantikan Dura Skin U.S.A. Salah satu jenis perawatan oksigen yang diberikan di klinik Duraskin adalah Facial Oxyflash (FO). Faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi minat konsumen Terdapat dua faktor dasar yaitu faktor eksternal dan faktor internal. Faktor-faktor yang termasuk ke dalam faktor internal adalah motivasi, persepsi, belajar, kepribadian, gaya hidup, dan sikap. Faktor eksternal merupakan faktor yang meliputi pengaruh kebudayaan, kelas sosial, keluarga, dan kelompok referensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat konsumen memilih perawatan wajah (facial) oxyflash di klinik Duraskin Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk deskriptif kuantitatif, obyek penelitian 35 konsumen di klinik Duraskin. metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket atau kuesioner serta dokumentasi kemudian hasil penelitian diuji dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang mencakup motivasi 54% kuat, persepsi 57% kuat, belajar 80% kuat dan, kepribadian 54% sangat kuat, gaya hidup 63% sangat kuat, sikap 46% sangat kuat. Faktor eksternal adalah kebudayaan 63% kuat, kelas sosial 69% kuat, keluarga 37% kuat, kelompok referensi 37% kuat. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi minat konsumen adalah faktor belajar dan faktor persepsi dikarenakan setelah melakukan perawatan oxyflash responden lebih percaya diri melihat hasilnya cepat memperbaiki kulit yang bermasalah serta merasa puas dan reputasi klinik Duraskin terkenal baik, pelayanan yang diberikan memuaskan dan biaya perawatan oxyflash  terjangkau. Kata kunci: Faktor  internal, Faktor eksternal, Facial, Oxyflash.   Abstract: Beauty Clinic is a health institution that specifically handles beauty and handled by beauty experts or doctors directly. Beauty can be relied on high technology beauty machine such as Facial Oxyflash (FO) machine for oxygen skin treatment at Duraskin U.S.A. There are two basic factors affecting consumer’s interest on beauty treatment. They are external and internal factors. Motivation, perception, knowledge, personality, lifestyle, and attitude are included in internal factors. While external factors are culture impact, social status, family, and references.The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting consumer’s choice on Facial Oxyflash (FO) as their face treatment in Duraskin Beauty clinic Surabaya. The type of this study is Quantitative descriptive research, with 35 consumers of  Duraskin beauty clinic as research objects. The data obtained using questionnaire and documentation were tested using lickert scale.The results of this study indicate that: Internal factors that are included are motivation which the percentage of motivation factor obtained was 54% and states as strong, the percentage of perception factor 57% stated as strong, the percentage of knowledge factor obtained was 80% stated as strong, the percentage of personality factor obtained was  54% stated as strong, the percentage of lifestyle factor obtained was 63% stated as strong, the percentage of attitude factor obtained was 46% stated as strong. The percentage of external factor that are included were culture impact with percentage score obtained 63% stated as strong, the percentage of social status factor obtained was 69% stated as strong. The percentage of family factor obtained was 37% stated as strong, the percentage of  references factor obtained was 37% stated as strong.The most affected factors affecting consumer’s interest were knowledge and perception factors. Because after receiving Oxyflash treatment consumers feel more confident. The Oxyflash treatment quickly improved consumer’s troubled skin and statesfied with the service and good reputation of Duraskin beauty clinics. Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan merias wajah panggung straight make up bagi guru ekstrakurikuler di SMA Kristen di Surabaya dilaksanakan selama 2 hari dan dilaksanakan dengan metode demonstrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) keterlaksanaan pelatihan merias wajah panggung straight make up, 2) aktivitas peserta pelatihan, 3) hasil merias wajah panggung straight make up yang dilakukan peserta, 4) respon peserta pada pelatihan merias wajah panggung straight make up. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre experimental design dengan rancangan one shoot case study. Subyek penelitian adalah guru ekstrakurikuler dari SMA Kristen sejumlah 20 orang. Data keterlaksanaan pelatihan dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi oleh 2 observer yang merupakan guru bidang tata rias. Data aktivitas peserta pelatihan dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi oleh 4 observer mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Tata Rias UNESA. Data hasil pelatihan dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi oleh pelatih. Data respon peserta pelatihan dikumpulkan dengan metode angket yang diisi oleh peserta pelatihan. Metode analisis data menggunakan nilai rata-rata untuk hasil keterlaksanaan dan hasil pelatihan, serta menggunakan persentase untuk hasil aktivitas dan respon peserta. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, keterlaksanaan pelatihan merias wajah panggung straight make up diperoleh nilai tertinggi 4 dengan kriteria sangat baik dan nilai terendah 3 dengan kriteria baik. Aktivitas peserta diperoleh persentase tertinggi 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan persentase terendah 90% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil pelatihan dengan standart KKM klasikal 75% diperoleh nilai 90% dengan kriteria berhasil. Respon peserta terhadap pelatihan merias wajah panggung straight make up menunjukkan persentase 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Merias Wajah Panggung Straight Make Up    Abstract Straight stage make up training for extracurricular teacher of Christian Senior High School in Surabaya held for 2 days and implemented by demonstration method. This research aims to know about : 1) The straight stage make up implementation, 2) The activity of teachers as trainee, 3) The result of straight stage make up practiced by teachers as trainee and 4) The respons of teachers as trainee towards the straight stage make up training. This research type is belong to pre-experimental research with one- shoot case study design. Subjects were 20 extracurricular teacher of Christian high school. Collecting data method of training implementation using observations by two observers who are cosmetology teachers. Collecting data method of teachers activity using observation by 4 student from S1 Pendidikan Tata Rias UNESA. The data of straight stage make up practised by teachers as trainee were collected by observation method by trainer. The data responses were collected from questionnaire filled out by of teachers as trainee. Methods of data analysis using the average value for training implementation results and the practised results, also using percentages for results of the activities and responses of teachers as trainee. Based on the results of data analysis, straight stage makeup training implementation obtained the highest score of 4 with the criteria very well and the lowest value of 3 with good criteria. Activities teachers as trainee obtained the highest percentage of 100 % with very well criteria and the lowest percentage of 90 % with very well criteria. Training results with standard classical KKM 75 % obtained a score of 90 % with success criteria . The response of participants to the training stage makeup makeup straight shows the percentage of 100 % with very well criteria. Keywords : Training, Straight Stage Make Up
