Abstract

Organization need resources to achieve their purpose. Human resources is one of important component in organization. How the human resources work will determine how the organization can achieve their purpose and how the organization's activities are carried out. The problem in this research is how the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance in Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Jepara. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the motivation and organizational culture on employee performance.This research is a quantitative research and the respondents are employees of Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Jepara. Data collection methods use questionnaires. Data analysis techniques that used to answer the research objectives is Kendall Tau.Based on this research, it is known that employee performance and organizational culture in category “baik”. While the motivation in the category “cukup baik”. Correlation test showed that motivation does not have a relationship and does not affect employee performance, organizational culture has a relationship and affect employee performance, while simultaneously motivation and organizational culture have a positive and significant relationship and effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The quality of services is one of a measure to judge public services. Bus Rapid transit (BRT) is one basic needs of the community of semarang in the field of public transportation. However, service BRT Trans Semarang Corridor II is not in accordance with the desire of the community. Now many damaged bus shelter and some shelters are not strategic. The purpose ofthis research is to analyze and describe service BRT Trans Semarang Corridor II by using ten indicators the quality of services is city transportation security, the accuracy of, regularity, comfort, the speed, pleasure, satisfaction, affordability, transparency, and the strategy and service system.Researchers used statistical data analysis techniques to analyze data with an average descriptive mean that the results are classified into four that is very good, good, bad, and very bad. There are six sub indicators are classified as bad among others is cleanliness in shelters , the bus stops, facilities in shelters, lighting in shelters, ease reporting missing goods, affordability of the shelters, discriminatory and services. To the highest average price affordability is on the sub indicators 3,19 worth.While for the lowest average that is lighting in shelters with value is 2,09.The results of this research as a whole that is the quality of transportation services BRT Trans Semarang Corridor II had been good but not optimal because there are several sub indicators bad. Need of an improvement on the shelters and affordability of the shelter .

Abstract

RTH has provide benefits on the quality of an urban environment so as to need an attempt to maintain and improve the quality of the environment through the provision of green open space (RTH) adequate. To support the arrangement of green space (RTH) in Kota Semarang then formed perda kota semarang No. 7 tahun 2010 tentang penataan RTH. Although the implementation of this regulation has created a new green space area and there have been a reduction in activity development as the impact of the output of perda Kota Semarang No. 7 tahun 2010 tentang penataan RTH, but not equal in every region in the Kota Semarang. So the purpose the arrangement related to the fulfillment of green space area achievement of green open space by up to 30 % yet could be met. The study is done in kecamatan Mijen as one of the areas with the highest green space area in kota Semarang whose aim is to give clear evidence about the impact of Perda Kota Semarang No. 7 tahun 2010 tentang penataan RTH in Kota Semarang on the community in Kecamatan Mijen. Research shows that the implementation of Perda Kota Semarang No. 7 tahun 2010 tentang penataan RTH in kota Semarang no major impact on the social life of the community in Kecamatan Mijen .

Abstract

Various problems such as lack of public awareness of the Semarang District particular demographic data ownership birth certificate into the background of this research. This study aims to determine how the implementation of Semarang District Regulation No.7 of 2009 on Population Administration in Semarang district and identify factors driving and inhibiting in the implementation of the registration and recording of population. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study consists of six (6) key informants.The results showed that the implementation of Semarang District Regulation No.7 of 2009 on Population Administration shows that walking good implementation. But Less Her amount of resources to be a problem that must be faced by the Department of Population and Civil Registration Semarang district in providing services to the public, as well as the transitional administration system administration manual to computer systems that have not been synchronized, causing inaccuracies in the data has. And the lack of public awareness that has been aged for ownership of population data to itself.Based on these conclusions, the researchers recommend to the executive population registration and civil registration in order to encourage dissemination to the public to register themselves in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Semarang district and implementing e-government in the implementation of the settlement administration.

Abstract

Quality of serviceis one measure to assess the public service. One service that is held by public organizations, pubblic health centers Gayamsari Semarang is a public organization of primary health care providers. To determine the quality of public services in public health centers Gayamsari can be seen through the quality of service the level of performance andexpectations based on the relationship between the components of the triangle of balance and dimensions of service quality.The results of this study indicate that the provision of services at public health centers Gayamsari Semarang overall at the level of performance and interest in the category satisfying and important, with an overall average of 2.83 as the level of service performance thresholds are considered satisfactory and the level of interest of the service implementation 3,19 as the limit values that are considered important. The overall average becomes the reference axis of importance and analysis matrix or cartesian diagram.The results of the overall study shows the elements that need to be improved in order to improve the quality of public services in health centers Gayamsari Semarang is clarity care workers, courtesy and friendliness of the clerk and the speed of serviceas a top priority included in quadrant A cartesian diagram and improvements based on a single data element with a view on performance service are still low but is considered important by the community.
