The development of Genuk industrial area is the implementation of Semarang City policy aims to enhance the revenue of Semarang City. Genuk industrial area consists of three regions with 458 units companies. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the impact of industrial area development policy to the welfare of people at Genuk Subdistrict. This research use descriptive research design with qualitative approach. Primary data in this research is the result of interviews with Industry and Trade Department of Semarang, Social Department of Semarang, Environmental Agency of Semarang, Genuk Subdistrict Office, and peoples at Genuk Subdistrict. The evaluation was done by looking at the negative and positive impacts of the industrial area. To measure the people welfare, this research use the welfare dimensions such as income level, education level, and health level.The results of this research was every people in Genuk Subdistrict have not feeling the walfare after the industrial area development process, because the impact which more dominant is the negative impacts from the industrial area development policy. The income level of every people can be enhance with the wages according to the regional minimum wages. The industrial area managers dan Semarang City Government can mantain the health level of every people still good by conducting environmental and health remediation activities after the industrial development

Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kehidupan bangsa Indonesia. Pemerintah Kota Semarang mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah Kota Semarang nomor 4 Tahun 2008 Tentang Penanggulangan Kemiskinan di Kota Semarang yang salah satu program penanggulangan kemiskinan tersebut yaitu pelatihan keterampilan. Kelurahan Mangunharjo merupakan salah satu kelurahan sasaran program pelatihan keterampilan dengan jumlah warga miskin yang mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan program pelatihan keterampilan di Kelurahan Mangunharjo mengacu pada kriteria / indikator evaluasi kebijakan yaitu : 1) Efektivitas; 2) Kecukupan; 3) Pemerataan; 4) Responsivitas; 5) Ketepatan dan mengkaji faktor pendorong dan penghambat pelaksanaan program. Indikator efektivitas melihat ketercapaiaan tujuan dikatakan berhasil dan target sasaran sesuai dengan klasifikasi warga miskin dan database warga miskin. Dalam kriteria kecukupan perbaikan ekonomi masyarakat belum dirasakan tetapi perubahan sikap, perilaku, dan pola pikir ke arah positif. Dalam indikator pemerataan yang diperoleh pendistribusian dana yang merata dan fasilitas yang diberikan pada masyarakat sudah memadai. Dalam indikator responsivitas program pelatihan keterampilan sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat serta pada indikator ketepatan ditemukan dampak positif dan negatif pelaksanaan program. Faktor pendorong yang mempengaruhi program ini yaitu sosialisasi, partisipasi masyarakat, program pemerintah yang harus dilaksanakan, dan program sesuai dengan kapasitas masyarakat. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu modal, tidak dilaksanakan secara periodik, tidak berkelanjutan, dan peran pendamping masih lemah. Dengan begitu perlunya memaksimalkan monitoring dan evaluasi dari Pemerintah Kota Semarang.

remaja terlantar atau remaja putus sekolah di Negara ini. Kementerian Sosial membuat program yang bernama Panti Sosial Bina Remaja untuk menangani fenomena tersebut, program ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk memajukan kelangsungan hidup remaja terlantar atau putus sekolah agar dapat mandiri serta menjalani kehidupan sosialnya dengan normal. Permasalahan internal yang dihadapi yaitu konsistensi pemerintah itu sendiri seperti sumber daya manusia, non-manusia dan komunikasi. Salah satu Panti Sosial Bina Remaja yang langsung dinaungi oleh kementerian sosial yaitu ada di daerah Bambu Apus, Jakarta Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses implementasi program Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Bambu Apus, serta mencari tau apakah faktor sumber daya dan faktor komunikasi mempengaruhi proses implementasi tersebut. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 30 responden yang merupakan pegawai panti, yang sebelumnya kuesioner tersebut telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis Korelasi Kendal Tau (Ï„), Koefisian Konkordansi Kendall (W), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian yang dibantu program SPSS 16 for Windows menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Panti Sosial Bina Remaja (PSBR) Bambu Apus masuk ke dalam kategori baik kemudian terbukti adanya pengaruh sumber daya (X1) terhadap implementasi (Y) sebesar 43,1649%, pengaruh komunikasi (X2) terhadap implementasi (Y) sebesar 9,3636% dan kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel implementasi sebesar 13,5%.

Kualitas pelayanan merupakan salah satu ukuran untuk menilai pelayanan publik. Puskesmas Rowosari merupakan unit pelaksana tingkat pertama dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah kerjanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menilai sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesms Rowosari serta untuk mengidentifikasi dimensi yang menghambat dan mendukung kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Rowosari dengan menggunakan dimensi Tangibles, Reliability, Responsivess, Assurance dan Emphaty. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum Puskesmas Rowosari telah memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik kepada masyarakatnya, meskipun dalam memberikan pelayanan masih ada dimensi yang belum berjalan optimal, yaitu dimensi tangibles dan dimensi reliability.

This research while such the number of the HIV/AIDS in district Semarang are increasing. Lack of health facilities associated could have an impact on the to the reproductive age. The formulation problems this research include: how the implementation of those two years about 3 2010 HIV/AIDS in district Semarang? , what many factor are affecting the implementation of local regulations?. Research purposes to know the legislation number 3 years 2010 about HIV/AIDS in district Semarang. Research purposes to know the legislation number 3 years 2010 about HIV/AIDS in district Semarang. A literature study underlying this research using the theory George Edward III. The methodology used by the methodology qualitative .Analysis by using taxonomic analysis techniques and analysis of cultural theme . The result showed that the implementation of HIV/AIDS in district Semarang not optimally .This was apparent from the three phases which includes prevention , treatment , and rehabilitation. It is proven with increased rates of the HIV/AIDS , the number of health facilities inadequate to include the whole the district Semarang , and the availability of human resources not enough. Ineffective HIV/AIDS because the sectoral ego between government agencies and across the private sector , the stigma negative for the HIV/AIDS , and the culture permissiveness in society about. Based on the research done is recommended deprive sectoral ego happened , improve public education for HIV/AIDS , and improve health facilities and the quality of human resources.

Public service is the responsibility of the government and implemented by government agencies, be it in the central, local, and the environment of the State Owned Enterprises. One form of public service implemented by the government is fulfilling the needs of public health. Public Health Centre is one of the public organizations that provide health services to the people in the sub-district area. The existence of Public Health Centre because it is became the spearhead of the health services provided by local governments. This study aimed to describe the quality of services provided by 01 Public Health Centre Weleri to know what are the dimensions that hamper and support the service quality in 01 Weleri Public Health Centre. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive which look at the quality of service through the five dimensions of service that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results showed that the dimensions that support the services at the 01 Public Health Centre Weleri are responsiveness and assurance while the dimensions that hamper are tangible, reliability, and empathy. This is proved by the results of interviews and field observations of researcher who showed that patients of 01 Public Health Centre 2 Weleri satisfied with the responsiveness and assurance given but patients are assessing tangible, reliability, and empathy given are still not good.

This study aims to determine the quality of public services and restricted dimensions of Technical Implementation Unit Public Health Maintenance of Surakarta . This study uses five dimensions theory of Service Quality namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. This research method is a descriptive study with qualitative approach. The data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis of in this study uses three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study show that, quality of service rendered by the UPT PKMS to participants PKMS is not maximized, the views of the five dimensions of service quality, there are two dimensions that hamper the quality of service such as tangible dimension includingcomfort of waiting room and assurance dimension includingtime guarantee. The tangiable dimensions that hinder service quality includingcomfort of waiting room can be seen from the quality of the reception area that there is only a chair in the hallway of the road besides the absence of procurement tables and lack of air conditioning made the quality of services has not been maximized. Assurance dimensionincluding time guarantee given by UPT PKMS to the public is also not maximized, the views from the appropriate service process card five to seven working days, but in fact the process of card services in excess of the specified time.

Salah satu fungsi pengelolaan adalah fungsi actuating (penggerakan). Fungsi ini melibatkan kualitas, gaya, dan kekuasaan pemimpin serta kegiatan-kegiatan kepemimpinan seperti komunikasi, motivasi, dan disiplin. Fungsi actuating sering disebut dengan bermacam-macam nama, antara lain leading, directing, motivating, atau lainnya. Pertanian salak merupakan sumber mata pencaharian utama di Banjarnegara, namun hal ini belum ada strategi pengelolaan pertanian salak yang maksimal untuk menambah pendapatan masyarakat. Kurangnya pegawai penyuluh pertanian menjadikan kurang efektif pemerintah dalam melaksanakan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengolahan hasil pertanian yang ada, karena setiap penyuluh dapat membawahi lebih dari lima kelompok pertanian yang ada di Kecamatan Banjarnegara. Selain itu, kurangnya antusias masyarakat menjadi penghambat dalam pengelolaan pertanian salak di Kecamatan Banjarnegara, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Dengan adanya UU 23 Tahun 2014 yang mengharuskan bahwa setiap kelompok pertanian mempunyai badan hukum untuk mendapatkan bantuan dari pemerintah menjadikan suatu alasan bagi kelompok untuk tidak mau membuat badan hukum tersebut karena membutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar dan terkadang bantuan yang didapatkan tidak sebanding dengan apa yang ia keluarkan sehingga kelompok enggan untuk membuat badan hukum tersebut

This study attempts to analyze and describe the effectiveness of Social Services of Youth and Sports in the handling of street children in the City of Semarang. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. The focus of this study include productivity, adaptation, motivation and the factors that influence the effectiveness of Social Services of Youth and Sports in the managing of street children. The results show that Social Service of Youth and Sports of Semarang City has quite effective in terms of fulfilling the basic needs which is shelter to protect the street children from harmful things, clothing for the street children including uniform, daily wear, also nutrition for the street children in form of food support. Advice that provided is the effectiveness of managing the street children needs to be improved by improving the equalization of services for the street children, improving the ability of the employee, and improving the socialization for the community about the managing of street children.

Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of Customs Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang strive to continue to provide performance and good service in order to implement good governance. In addition to providing education and training, Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of Customs Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang also strives to motivate employees to improve its performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education and training as well as the motivation of the employee performance in Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of Customs Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang. Based on statistical analysis of test results Kendall concordance coefficient W there are significant and positive influence between education and training and motivation on employee performance, evidenced by the value of 0.445 (below 0.50), Which means there is a positive influence between education and training and motivation of the employee performance moves in the same direction. While the coefficient of determination test results indicate that the Education and Training and Motivation affects 19.8% of the performance of employees in the Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of Customs Madya Tanjung Emas Semarang.
