Abstract

Technical Implementation Unit of Vocational Training Centers Departement of Social Services Manpower and Transmigration in Kudus Regency in encouraging the creation of qualified manpower is needed to help the government reduce unemployment. Trained workforce is needed, especially in the era of technology. In order to improve the quality of the labor force Technical Implementation Unit of Vocational Training Centers Departement shall provide training to the youth. So that these objectives can be achieved the required performance quality organization. The phenomenon happens on the field is the quality of graduates Technical Implementation Unit of Vocational Training Centers Departement is not in accordance with the labor market. This is evidenced by the number of trainees who have not been trained to work though. Therefore, the need for assessment to assess the performance of employee Technical Implementation Unit of Vocational Training Centers Departement of Social Services Manpower and Transmigration in Kudus Regency and the factors that support performance. The purpose of this study is basically knowing Performance of Employee Analysis of Technical Implementation Unit of Vocational Training Centers Departement of Social Services Manpower and Transmigration in Kudus Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The data in this study were obtained from interviews with informants, observation and documents. The results of this study indicate that the performance of employee of Technical Implementation Unit of Vocational Training Centers Departement of Social Services Manpower and Transmigration in Kudus Regency existence of various types of programs that meet the needs of trainees, the development of both the instructor and the development of a network, related to surveillance has been good apart supervised by the organization above Technical Implementation Unit of Vocational Training Centers Departement of Social Services Manpower and Transmigration in Kudus Regency also conduct internal monitoring technological developments. Nevertheless, Technical Implementation Unit of Vocational Training Centers Departement of Social Services Manpower and Transmigration in Kudus Regency is still constrained by the limitations of employees in terms of quantity, limited budgets and a more adequate infrastructure to support the performance and accuracy of timing was good because of the activities to be delayed due to lack of participants.

Abstract

Nowadays, quality of service become issues that keep occur in some publik services. We can see as there are complaints from people in mass media that they dont get an optimal service, it lead to emerge of bad image for the aparatus. Goal of this reasearch is to know and analyze whether the qualty of service in imigration first class semarang already surpass the expectation. Research use three components morgan and murgatroyd’s theory that is, “the triangel of balance in service quality” which are interpersonal component, procedure environment or process component, and technical or profesional component to make a better service. In practice, we can categorize is with dimensions in quality of services, tangibel, reliability, responsiviness, assurance, empathy. Reasearch use qualitative method. Reasearch try to understand public services management and effect from analyzing quality of service in process of making passport at imigration in semarang. The result indicates that the employees showed good attitude and friendly to customer, friendly attitude and smiles from the employees made the process is not awkward and better in service. The result shows that the customer felt comforable for the waiting room. However, the parking lot at the imigration class I in semarang is not big enough to contain all the customer. Based on the research about quality of service in process of making passport at immigration class I in semarang. Researcher concludes that there’s some room to improve in the passport service done by imigration first class in semarang.

Abstract

However, Public Open Green Space in Semarang City iss only 7.5% the law stipulates that Act every city must have a minimum 20% Open Green Space. This study describe about how the regulation of Open Green Space Planning in Semarang City is, Number 7 Year 2010 about Open Green Space Planning. The purpose of this study is to see how the Implementation of Open Green Space Planning in West Tlogosari is and What are the factors that influence the implementation of open green space of public in Semarang city. This Research is Qualitative Descriptive. Based on the result of the study shows that the implementation of open green space planning in Semarang City consist of planning, utilizing and controling. There are founded the obstacle factor of open green space planning in West Tlogosari, that are not achieving the 20% of Public Green Space, the high price of land, the competence of human resources, uneficient communication interagency, and awarness of society about the needs of public open green space. Semarang Municipal Goverment is suggested to achieve ‘short-term- target of 20% public Open Green Space area, negotiate the price of land with societies, provide training about the implementation of Open Green Space Planning, make the flexible coordination rules, and give information about the Open Green Space to the societies and create an activities to get participation of societies in Implementing of Open Green Space Planning in West Tlogosari, Distric Pedurungan, Semarang City.

Abstract

Waste handling is one of Semarang Local Governance ways to do the waste management of Semarang. This policy’s implementor is Hygine and Gardens Landscape Agency of Semarang. The purpose of this reasearch is to describe and analyze how the Local Governance of Semarang done the implementation of waste handling at Final Processing Place Jatibarang (TPA Jatibarang) depend on Local Regulation Number 6 in 2012. This research is using a qualitative approache with descriptive type. The Analysis techniques to acquire data through observation, interviews and documentation. This research is looking at five phenomena on this implementations, there are waste sorting, collecting, transporting, processing, and final processing. Waste sorting is the responsibility of household to care and to aware of organic and anorganic waste. Waste Collecting is managed by each district. Waste transporting until Final processing is the responsibility of Hygine and Gardens Landscape Agency of Semarang based on the procedure and the completeness of waste transporting equiments to Final Processing Place Jatibarang by the waste trucks until waste final process to be a methan gas and organic fertilize. Depend on the George C. Edwards III, the driving factor of this implementation are communication, disposition, and bureaucratic structure, meanwhile the inhibiting factor is resources. Local Government of Semarang has been done well based on Local Regulation Number 6 in 2012, even though not optimal yet because both the equipments and the finance resources are limit. So of that, embrace human resources, manage finance for waste handling equipments, also support and teamwork of Government, privat, and people are needed.

Abstract

Success Evaluation Program for Water Supply and Sanitation is a community based program to meet the needs of local communities in need of clean water and sanitation are maintained and made independently from both government and the public and private sectors. The purpose of this study to analyze the PAMSIMAS program evaluation in the implementation and improvement effort against obstacles PAMSIMAS program through performance indicator targets of the program. This program evaluation factors concerning the implementing organizations, programs, and beneficiaries while efforts to improve the program's success factors regarding the organization's decision-making process, the requirements of the task and authority, the competence of the executive staff, the expression of the demands. The results of the study Evaluation of Success Program for Water Supply and Sanitation Community Based in Tegal regency, there are still constraints on some aspects like implementing organizations with the beneficiaries, should their relationships and communications between managers of both government and society to better public awareness for clean water still less.
