Abstract

The method used in this research was system development method. To collect data, interview and literature study was conducted. The software used to build the system was Visual Basic 6.0 and the results obtained were able to provide quick and accurate output. The results of this research was Decision Support System for Employees Recruitment. The system consist of five criteria, namely input for applicants, input for data criteria of administrative completeness, input for criteria of computer practice examination, input for written test criteria, input for weighting criteria, and data input for determining Final Calculation Value of Simple Additive Weight. There were also two reports, namely individual reports and rank reports. From the results of research, it can be concluded that the Decision Support System for Employees Recruitment at PT. Nusantara Sakti Ciptadana (NSC) Finance Kota Bengkulu Using SAW Method, were more efficient, complete and accurate.Keyword : Decision Support System, Simple Additive Weighting, SAW

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build the application of Expert System of gynecology diseases based on web mobile that can facilitate user in diagnose gynecological disease. This research uses Forward Chaining method. The results displayed are user conditions associated with gynecological diseases. Results are also equipped with illness and treatment solutions displayed in the form of website and mobile application using PHP programming with MySQL database. The conclusion in this research is to use Forward Chaining method on Expert System diagnose gynecological disease is very helpful in research and development process Expert System conducted. Expert system diagnosis of gynecological diseases built can make a diagnosis of gynecological diseases based on user-perceived symptoms, then the system will show the diagnosis and provide treatment solutionsKeyword : Expert System, gynecology, Forward Chaining, PHP MySQL

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Performance of TCP, UDP and SCTP Protocol on Multimedia Traffic. The TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) protocol, UDP (User Datagram Protocol) and SCTP (Stream Control Transmission Protocol) reside on the same layer in the OSI-Layer at the Transport layer that controls the flow of data, data packets and so on. This research uses windows operating system and Softperfect Network Protocol Analyzer software. Where network analysis software has a complete feature such as can filter almost all the protocol on the OSI-Layer, has a report of easy to read results and so forth. From the test results conducted for three days by analyzing the online and offline way obtained SCTP protocol results both for Multimedia activities but can not be used simultaneously with other activities (such as video conversations). for everyday activities should use TCP and UDP protocol because it tends to be stable.Keyword : TCP, UDP, SCTP

Abstract

This research aims to make the system making demand administration and shipping of medical equipment to the PT. Samudra Farma Bengkulu. With this program are expected to help in providing the data update demands and shipping medical equipment. The method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SDLC it serves to illustrate the main stages and steps of each stage are broadly divided into three (3) activities of the analysis, design and implementation, while the proposed methods of data collection are observation, interviews, and literature.The results of this research is a medical equipment data reports, the data demands, acceptance and shipping medical equipment report. Abstract

This research aims to create a program to help facilitate the school in determining the students who are eligible for a scholarship. SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bengkulu serve as research place. The selection process of scholarship recipients in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bengkulu is equipped with various criteria, such as family economy, family dependent, child status, School Achievement, out-of-school education and discipline. It should be noted in the assessment of the criteria and must be relevant because it will basically affect the outcome. In making this Program we use Visual Basic 6.0 software and apply SMARTER Inference Forward Chaining method. The results obtained from this study, have met the criteria desired by the SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Bengkulu and the use of this method is considered effective to be used to anticipate the similarity of the ranking. So that the selection process of scholarship recipients in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu City on target.Keyword : Decision support system, Simple Multi-Atribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER), Forward Chaining
