Abstract

Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has always been a benchmark for investors to make investment decisions. Rise and fall of JCI influenced by several factors occurring in a country. This study aimed to examine the effect of inflation, BI rate, the rupiah exchange rate against the U.S dollar, and the growth of gross domestic product (GDP) of the composite stock price index consumer sector. The population in this study are the stock price index consumer sector for the period 2012-2014. The sample in this study is the entire population in the study. The sampling technique using saturated sample / census. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of this study show the BI rate has negative effect to the stock price index consumer sector, the rupiah exchange rate has negative effect but not significant, and the inflation as well as the growth in gross domestic product (GDP) does not affect to the stock price index consumer sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sigifikansi pengaruh intensitas promosi, saluran distribusi, kesesuaian harga terhadap keputusan pembelian rokok sampoerna mild di Kecamatan Manguharjo Kota Madiun. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel promosi tidak berpengaruh ke arah positif terhadap keputusan pembelian rokok Sampoerna Mild di Kecamatan Manguharjo Kota Madiun dengan nilai (thitung 0,241). Variabel distribusi dan variabel harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian rokok Sampoerna Mild di Kecamatan Manguharjo Kota Madiun dengan nilai (thitung 2,442) dan (thitung 4,675). Mengingat pangsa pasar yang ada, maka perusahaan sebaiknya meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dengan memperhatikan dan menarik minat konsumen dalam pembelian produk melalui promosi yang menarik.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of direct and indirect adversity quotient on teacher performance SMK PGRI Madiun Wonoasri through motivation to work as a variable pemediasi. Samples from this study are all teachers of SMK PGRI Madiun Wonoasri. Instrument data collection using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using regression analysis and path analysis. The analysis showed that the adversity quotient significant positive effect on work motivation, adversity quotient significant positive effect on Kinerrja, and motivation significant positive effect on the performance of teachers. Work motivation has partial mediation role in the influence of adversity quotient on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically that the number of board of directors, the proportion of independent board, debt to equity, institutional ownership, and firm size affect the performance of companies in the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 195 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17. The results of this study prove that a variable institutional ownership and firm size has positive eeffect on the company performance. The results of this study also prove that the proportion of independent board variables negative effect on the company performance. While variable number of the board of directors and the debt to equity has no effect on the company performance.
