Abstract - In the world of computer technology education can be used as a tool for supporting the learning program to solve a problem in the delivery of learning materials. The computer is quite effective and efficient way to explain something, because it can be presented through the images or sound. Making learning aid program aims to facilitate the students in learning mathematics class II. so that the resulting program is usually aids can help the role of teachers and parents to provide direction to the child in improving the learning process. Methods of data collection are include documentation and literature. The method selected was the development of methods development SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). That's because the SDLC steps in accordance with the method of system development. CV. Cipta Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi Atap Baja Ringan,perusahaan ini beralamat di Jl.Jupiter II no 11 Jangli Permai Semarang. Dalam menjalankan usahanya CV. Cipta Mandiri mengalami kesulitan dalam memonitor pelangganya karena belum ada kantor cabang di luar kota maupun laporan proyek yang belum terpusat.Dalam pembuatan sistem informasi pengendalian dan monitoring pelanggan CV. Cipta Mandiri, penulis menggunakan software Dreamweaver, Xampp, UML dan untuk menampilkan web tersebut, penulis menggunakan Mozilla firefox. Dengan adanya web pengendalian dan monitoring pelanggan ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam memonitor pelanggan yang berada di luar maupun didalam kota serta membantu pelanggan memantau proyek kerjasama yang sedang berlangsung dan memperluas pemasaran. Information technology is evolving rapidly today, has prompted the acceleration in various fields. This also led to the emergence of advances in software and are offset by technological advancement and sophistication along with its hardware. Directly or indirectly, information technology has become an important part of many areas of life. SMS is one medium that is widely used by people today, because SMS has a very cheap rate. The need for faster information technology encourage accurate and actual. School information system via sms gateway school information display that can be accessed via phone, SMS to a predetermined format. This application uses the methodology of system development life cycle has five stages perancanaan, analysis, design, implementation and evaluation. The programming language used is PHP, using a MySQL database storage and SMS gateway using Gammu Engine. Thereby, overall system function to help smooth running education systems, by making use of information and communication technology as a media liaison between parents and the school, which will help keep the students in order to remain always guided toward positive activities and away from things that damage as well as directing them to become Human Resource potential for the development of the nation. Financial Information Systems at UPTD Gelanggang Pemuda dan Olahraga Dinas Sosial, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Semarang is the financial information system that works on computer network with client server based. UPTD Gelanggang Pemuda dan Olahraga is a Technical Implementation Unit under Dinas Sosial Pemuda dan Olahraga, which is engaged in the provision of sports infrastructure and youth facilities, such as: swimming pool, conference hall, youth hotels, tennis courts, badminton courts, football fields, athletic fields, office buildings and storefronts. UPTD Gelanggang Pemuda dan Olahraga are periodically required to report income earned and incurred operating expenses from funds of APBD Tk. II to the Dinas Sosial, Pemuda, dan Olahraga, Dinas Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah, serta Inspektorat Wilayah Kota Semarang. The need for fast presentation of financial information, timely, relevant and trustworthy is certainly needed to support performance UPTD Gelanggang Pemuda dan Olahraga in particular in the determination of target measures of income and other policy decisions. PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan produk jamu kesehatan. Penjualan produk jamu PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang terdapat banyak kendala antara lain sulitnya mempromosikan produk PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang ke banyak pelanggan. Karena selama ini penawaran dan transaksi dilakukan secara manual yaitu hanya mengandalkan pembelian secara langsung yaitu pembeli datang langsung atau melalui telepon ke PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang. Untuk mengatasi hal itu dapat dibuat E_commerce yang dapat menampilkan produk – produk jamu serta dapat memberikan fungsi transaksi penjualan barang oleh pelanggan dengan cepat dan mudah. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terdiri dari permulaan sistem, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem dan implementasi sistem. Perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD Levelled yang terdiri dari diagram konteks dan DFD Level 0, ERD dan kamus data. Pembuatan website dengan menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL.
