Abstract

Abstract – The use of smartphones at the moment have a very flourishing among the community. However, due to the very high mobility that people are reluctant to go to the technician just to find information about the damage on the computer. The goal which is to make apikasi detect damage computer hardware in order to facilitate the public to know about the damage to the hardware directly. This application can be used anywhere and anytime because it can be run through the android smartphone and light on the run since the application is offline (without internet connection). Namun karena mobilitas yang sangat tinggi itulah masyarakat enggan pergi ke teknisi hanya untuk mencari informasi mengenai kerusakan tentang komputer. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu adalah membuat apikasi mendeteksi kerusakan hardware komputer agar memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengetahui kerusakan tentang hardware secara langsung. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan dimanapun dan kapanpun karena bisa di jalankan melalui android smartphone serta ringan di jalankan karena aplikasi di jalankan secara offline (tanpa koneksi internet). Abstract

Therefore, with the advancement of computer technology has given its own influence to the development of Etawa goats. The influence that can be seen is in the form of equipment or systems. One is the Artificial Intelligence or commonly referred to as artificial intelligence. System development method used in this study is an expert system that consists of the identification, conceptualization, formalization, implementation and evaluation. Levelled system design using DFD diagram consisting of context and Level 0 DFD and ERD. Making a website using PHP and MySQL database. The end result of this research is the goat disease management expert system Etawa using forward chaining method can be used to solve the problem of handling Etawa goat disease because it can provide the diagnosis of any type of disease. Abstract

ABTRAKSI Lambatnya mengetahui jenis gejala serta tidak mengetahui cara pencegahannya mengakibatkan manusia tidak mengetahui penyakit yang di derita akibat infeksi virus. Oleh karena itu dengan kemajuan teknologi komputer telah banyak memberi pengaruh tersendiri bagi perkembangan bidang kesehatan . Pengaruh yang dapat dilihat adalah dalam bentuk peralatan maupun sistem. Salah satunya adalah Artificial Intelegence atau biasa disebut dengan kecerdasan buatan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem pakar yang terdiri dari identifikasi, konseptualisasi, formalisasi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Perancangan sistem menggunakan DFD Levelled yang terdiri dari diagram konteks dan DFD Level 0 dan ERD. Pembuatan website dengan menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit infeksi virus   menggunakan metode forward chaining dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah penyakit infeksi virus karena dapat memberikan hasil diagnosis dari setiap jenis gejala. Abstract

Abstract Website E-Commerce sales of souvenirs is a system that can be used to provide product sales services to its customers and can extend the range of the promotion. To implement the system, first analyzed sales systems that exist today. From this analysis, it is known that the system is needed is a system that can make sales online, manage product data and customer data ever transaction. The system was designed and built using PHP, Apache as the web server, and bootstrap as a framework web interface. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa sistem yang dibutuhkan adalah sistem yang dapat melakukan penjualan secara online, mengelola data produk dan data konsumen yang pernah melakukan transaksi.   Abstract- The booking system is running at Gombel Golf Semarang still use the phone. Booking and scheduling system that is currently running on Gombel Golf Semarang still using Microsoft Excel so reservations are not even seem less effective, both in terms of time, as well as the processing and management of data. In this study, the authors will implement reservation and scheduling applications web-based mobile golf cart at Gombel Golf Semarang. System development method used in this study is a prototype that consists of a collection of needs, build prototyping, evaluation, prototyping, coding systems, test systems, evaluation systems, using the system. System design using OOD which consists of the use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. Program development using PHP, Java and MySQL. Abstract

Abstract –This study is focused on uniform color used during the election campaign of 2014. Searches color difference under certain conditions using Artificial Neural Network algorithm and backpropagation method. Computational methods based Neural Network algorithm is hoped able to identify clashes in a uniform color in the campaign object image and analyzing and comparing the success rate of the algorithm. Of object images used in this study are a variety of objects moving or static color taken in the form of a video that ultimately framing and finishing into a moving image to the next sampled include the election campaign participants crowd situation in Semarang on 2014. From the results of all the obtained yield 89.3% accuracy rate. Artificial Neural Networks is one of the information or data processing system that is designed to mimic the way the human brain works in solving the problem by changing the weights sinapsision.   Abstrak–Penelitian ini dipusatkan perhatian pada warna seragam yang dipakai saat kampanye pemilu 2014. Pencarian perbedaan warna dalam kondisi tertentu ini menggunakan algoritma Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dan metode Backpropagation. Metode komputasi berbasis algoritma Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi bentrokan pada warna seragam kampanye didalam objek image dan menganalisis dan membandingkan tingkat keberhasilan algoritma tersebut. Dari hasil semua yang diperoleh menghasilkan nilai akurasi 89.3%. Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan merupakan salah satu sistem pemrosesan informasi atau data yang didesain untuk menirukan cara kerja otak manusia dalam menyelesaikan masalah melalui perubahan bobot sinapsisnya.

Abstract

Abstrak Era perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat sangat berperan besar dalam mendapatkan suatu informasi. Salah satu sumber informasi terdapat di dalam citra, dimana  pemrosesan citra atau Image Processing adalah suatu jenis teknologi yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah mengenai pengolahan gambar sehingga gambar tersebut lebih mudah untuk dilakukan pemrosesan. Salah satu pemrosesan citra yang digunakan adalah dengan segmentasi citra. Segmentasi citra bertujuan memisahkan wilayah (region) obyek dengan wilayah latar belakang agar obyek didalam citra mudah dianalisis dalam rangka mengenali obyek atau identifikasi. Segmentasi citra secara otomatis merupakan area riset yang telah menghasilkan beberapa metode. Salah satunya adalah thresholding, dimana thresholding merupakan proses mengubah citra berderajat keabuan menjadi citra biner atau hitam putih sehingga dapat diketahui daerah mana yang termasuk obyek dan background dari citra secara jelas. Proses segmentasi citra dimulai dengan menginputkan citra berwarna, selanjutnya dikonversi ke citra grayscale. Kemudian dilakukan proses thresholding dengan menggunakan thresholding lokal dan thresholding global. Hasil segmentasi dengan metode Thresholding lokal bisa untuk fitur bantu mengidentifikasi terhadap citra berwarna dalam mode hitam-putih. Adapun yang mempengaruhi hasil pengaturan thresholding lokal yaitu tingkat kecerahan citra, dan resolusi citra.   Kata kunci : Segmentasi Citra, Thresholding Lokal, Thresholding Global, Grayscale.
