Abstract

In this paper, we design a test apparatus Transistor Specification. Specification is atype of transistor is a transistor and common emitter current reinforcement value ( βDC ). The system will provide information in the form of an LED display emits greenlight when the tested types of NPN transistor and the second LED emits blue lightwhen the tested types of PNP transistors.To test the value of β, whose value is proportional to the display used by the collectorcurrent Ic.

Abstract

Person's medical record information is one factor that determines the quality ofservice provided by central health care services to patients and, therefore, thismedical record information should always be there when needed. Confidentiality ofmedical record information is essential arena this information to explain the specialrelationship between patient and physician, who must be protected from leakage inaccordance with the code of medical ethics and the applicable legislation.This research aims to design a medical record system in accordance with theprovisions of Indonesia's medical records, ensure data security, portability by theowner, maximize health services for the emergency condition, and accelerate andimprove health service outpatient at a hospital or reference between hospitals. Toachieve these objectives, the authors will study the government regulations regardingmedical records, medical records system to know some using existing smartcardcountryof other countries to obtain medical smartcard system is the safest amongthese systems.

Abstract

Although the technology used to implement a digital system has fundamentally changed, but the basic principles of logic design has not changed. Truth table and table statement is still used to determine t he behavior of logic networks. Therefore, this paper aims to prove that in one or several logic circuit that is felt in the operating logic and the use or functionality of the operating principles of digital logic (binary) and apply Boolean algebra equatio ns. At this writing, proof of correct operation of digital logic and boolean algebra implementation proved by simulation of a series of switches and lights. And simulated with electrical nerve 1:01 freeware applications. so that can know the truth value of  simulation testing in accordance with the existing theoretical basis.

Abstract

This tool can work well when the Tran smitter and Receiver distance not exceeding three meters and without hindrance, if any obstruction depends also from the thickness and size of obstacles. The bigger and thicker main obstacle so that the distance sensor is also limited, can not be too far a way.
