Abstract

The research was conducted on Modern Market Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu. This research aims to determined how the effects of job involvement and job satisfaction on turnover intention in Modern Market Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu. A population of 68 people. The number of samples in this research were 40 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research by random sampling. Collecting data using questioner. Once the data is collected and entered into the table, calculated the percentage of respondents to see the highest and lowest response, then analyzed using SPSS version 18.00. Based on the testing that was done, regression test simultaneously (F) showed that the independent variables studied (work engagement and job satisfaction) together (Simultaneous) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Turnover Intention). Results of the testing that has been done, partial regression test (t) indicates that each of the independent variables studied (work engagement and job satisfaction) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Turnover Intention). Furthermore, based on the above calculation that value obtained by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.207. This shows that the work engagement and job satisfaction impact of 20.7% on turnover intention in Modern Market Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

The researchers' goal is to do research, 1.mengetahui impact of service quality on the performance board Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Sari Village Farms New Town Rokan Hulu, 2. Determine the influence of service quality on board performance Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Sari Village Farms New Town Rokan Hulu. Subjects in this study is a member of the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Sari Village Farms New Town Rokan Hulu for 87 orang.Teknis collecting data in this study using the method of data collection methods of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis technique consists of quantitative analysis and descriptive analysis. This research was done by testing a few instruments such as Test Validity and reliability test. Results of testing the hypothesis with the t test obtained significant value that the value of Sig. <0.05, which means a significant difference between the quality of service to performance management Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Sari Village Farms New Town Rokan Hulu, 2. The amount of influence the quality performance management service to the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Sari Village Farms New Town Rokan Hulu, can be seen in the value of 88.7% keofisien determination that could be construed that the variable Kualita Services (X) has the effect of a contribution of 88.7% to performance variable (Y) and the remaining 11.3% is influenced by other variables outside of the variable X or studied. The researchers suggest cooperative management of Sari village farms need to improve service and performance in order to maintain royalitas and satisfaction of the members of the cooperative and the need to evaluate an organization can go forward in the future

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Passenger Satisfaction In Using PO Transport This study aimed to analyze the Passenger Satisfaction In Using PO Transport Services. The population in this study is that consumers never use PO Transport Services. Kencana Sari and used a sample of 87 consumers. Sampling research was done by calculating the formula Slovin and respondents were selected at random. Technical analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis is to describe a glimpse of the results of survey respondents, the average value (mean) of each item and the total items and questions used to determine achievement of the respondents to the spread of the respondents' answers. Results of the study by counting the TCR showed that indicators of physical evidence (tangible) had a total value of 77.6 TCR categorized quite satisfied. Indicators of empathy (empathy) have a total value of 83.3 TCR categorized satisfied. Indicators of reliability (reliability) have a total value of 77.13 TCR quite satisfied. Indicator responsiveness (responsiveness) had a total value of 79.8 TCR categorized quite satisfied. And indicators assurance (assurance) have a total value of TCR 78 categorized quite satisfied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on the brand image in the consumer's decision to buy furniture in Raffa Meubel Sand Pengaraian. The study population is the entire consumer Raffa Furniture totaling 213 people and to determine the magnitude of the sample using the formula Slovin the number sebayak 68 respondents and the sampling technique is random sampling. Analysis of the data using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement and testing using simple linear regression. Based on the test results show the value of R2 = 0.401 indicates that the influence of brand image on purchase decisions in at 40.10% and the remaining 59.90% influenced by other factors not examined, such as price, product quality and others. It was suggested to be a concern in improving the brand image, the variables that influence the perception of consumers to buy products. More and more consumers perceive positive increase sales. One way to improve the brand image in terms of indicators of this study need to improve consumer confidence in the brand

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. FIFGROUP Rokan Hulu with the aim of testing the research to determine (1) the effect of transformational leadership style at PT. Sand FIFGROUP Pengaraian (2) Determine the influence of transformational leadership style variable to variable performance. This study uses a method of use of a questionnaire (Questionnaire), intended to obtain primary data from respondents as a research subject of the variables to be measured, namely PT. FIFGROUP with saturated sampling technique with a sample of 28 employees. This study uses a model of TCR (Achievement Level Respondents). Results showed that: (1) The effect of transformational leadership has a significant influence on employee performance. (2) The equation of the results of simple linear regression is Y = 42 039 + 0,081X + e, which means regression coefficient variable Transformational Leadership Style has a positive value This suggests that the increase in variable Transformational Leadership Style positive influence on employee performance. Variables with a performance coefficient of 0.081 directional coefficient is positive towards Transformational Leadership Style.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil hitung pada variabel Motivasi dimana nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 6,975 > 2,145, maka variabel Motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Guru. Nilai R Square atau koefisien determinasi (KD) yang menunjukkan model regresi yang dibentuk oleh interaksi variabel Motivasi terhadap variabel Kinerja Guru sebesar 0,777 % yang ditafsirkan bahwa variabel bebas yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 77,70 %, sisa sebesar 22,30 % dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar dari variabel bebas penelitian ini. Uji t ditunjukan dari nilai sig. variabel Motivasi sebesar nilai Thitung 6,975 > Ttabel 2,145 yang dapat diinterpertasikan bahwa variabel Motivasi terdapat hubungan yang sig. dengan variabel Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) To determine the attitudes of teachers towards training in junior high school N 2 Rambah Hilir.2) To determine the attitudes of teachers towards improvement of job performance of teachers in junior high school N 2 Rambah downstream. 3) To determine the effect of training on the performance of junior civil servant teachers N 2 Rambah downstream. The training was held at JSS N 2 Rambah Downstream is still based on an invitation from the Department of Education. Of positive responses junior civil servant teachers N 2 Rambah Downstream ie 50.00% answered Strongly Agree Agree and 50.00% said, it can be concluded that the training is dibutuhkan.Koesioner Job performance generated answers most of the respondents gave a positive answer to strongly agree 46, 67% and 45.93% disagree. The remaining 7.41% answered Neutral. They consider job performance can be improved either by training baik.Persamaan regression obtained as follows: Y = 14 816 + 0.552 X. This value indicates that the X or Y or training effect on Job Performance of 0.552 or 55.2% and Calculation obtained t count is 2,941 bigger than t table is 1.771. So that there is a positive effect of training on the achievements of junior civil servant teachers N 2 Rambah Hilir.Selanjutnya based on the calculation results obtained significance figure of 0,011. Figures 0.011 <0.05 then H rejected and H accepted. It means that there is a significant effect of training on the performance of junior civil servant teachers N 2 Rambah downstream. Therefore, there is the influence of variable X to variable Y.

Coach 2Welven Aida, S.Pd., M.Pd.This study aims to identify and analyze morale in the village Apparatus on DesaRambah Tengah Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Population and samples takenwere 31 people of the total number of village officials Rambah Tengah UtaraKabupaten Rokan Hulu. This study population using census method that is theamount of the overall population used as a sample. From the research that moraleat the village officials Desa Rambah Tengah Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu seen ofcooperation are in the category quite well with the percentage of 73%, andDiscipline are in the unfavorable category with a percentage of 53%, whileattendance in the unfavorable category with a percentage of 53% andresponsibilities are in the category quite well with the percentage of 73%. Fromthe conclusions that have been raised, it can search its results mean that morale inthe village of Desa Rambah Tengah Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu are in theunfavorable category with a percentage of 63%.Keywords: Morale

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai inspektorat kabupaten rokan hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pelatihan sebagai variabel independen dan prestasi kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Indikator pelatihan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis pelatihan, materi pelatihan, waktu pelatihan. Indikator prestasi kerja yang digunakan adalah hasil kerja, pengetahuan pekerjaan, inisiatif, kecekatan mental, sikap, disiplin waktu dan absensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, sampel yang digunakan adalah Pegawai Inspektorat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dimana jumlah sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 35 responden dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji t, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan Koefisien determinan (R2). Data –data yang telah diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21 menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y = 11,621 + 1,332X. Hasil uji t diperoleh Thitung sebesar 15,354> Ttabel sebesar 1,69. Berdasarkan hasil uji t yang dilakukan bahwa ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara pelatihan dengan prestasi kerja.Saran untuk Inspektorat Kabupaten Rokan Hulu adalah perlu mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk menunjang pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang baik terhadap tugas atau pekerjaan yang diemban oleh auditor, agar pelatihan tersebut benar-benar dapat membantu meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai (auditor) dalam penyelesaian tugas dan pekerjaannya.
