Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Modal Kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PD. BPR Rokan Hulu yang beralamat di Jl.Tuanku Tambusai kompleks pasar modern kampung padang, Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu-Riau. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier sederhana dengan persamaan Y= 0,23 + 0,006X. Serta analisis korelasi hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terhadap pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X likuiditas dan variabel Y modal kerja. Besar pengaruh tersebut ditunjukkan oleh nilai korelasi r sebesar 89% (0,89). Hubungan bersifat positif, yang artinya terjadi hubungan yang searah antara variabel X dan Y. Koefisien determinasi untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh variabel X terhadap Y sebesar 0,79, dan melalui uji parsial (uji t) untuk menetapkan pengaruh variable hasilnya thitung   ttabel  .Kesimpulan dari penelitian: (1) likuiditas dan modal kerja terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, besar pengaruh r sebesar 0,89 dan r2 0,79 hubungan bersifat positif, (2) berdasarkan uji T didapat thitung   ttabel  3,35  3,182, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara likuiditas dengan modal kerja, (3) Rasio BR dan CR pada tahun 2010-2014 berada diatas standar artinya rasio tergolong baik dan patut dipertahankan.

Abstract

This research aims to see money ratio effect in parcial although coincide to profit development PD. BPR Rokan Hulu. The main purpose of company is to maximize profit. In company profit very necessary because have benefit for company dinectness because have benefit for company dinectness. One of theparameter company performance is profit. Profit which has from result profit company every year so could influence investation decision of investor. Profit development is increase although decrease of profit in every year, money ratio which used in thisresearch is cash ratio, primery ratio, gross profit margin. Technique analisys which used in this research is analysis multiple linier regression. The consclusion in this research show in parcial, cash ratio, primary ratio, gross profit margin doesn’t have significant influence toward profit development with significant value every money ratio is cash ratio 0,755, primary ratio 0,979, and gross profit margin 0,655. In coincide or simultaneous, cash ratio, primary ratio, gross profit margin also doesn’t have significant influence toward profit development with significant value 0,878.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the implementation of education and training, employee performance and the impact of training on employee performance in BPR Rokan Hulu. The research sample using sampling techniques saturated (census), with a total of 32 people. Analysis of data using simple linear regression obtained yield was 0.712, indicating a strong relationship between education and training (education and training) with employee performance, as well as a positive effect. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 39.6%, which means that the training (education and training) affect the work performance of 39.6%, while the remaining 60.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the calculation results of hypothesis testing showed t_hitung greater than T_ (table) that T_ (count) 4.438> 1.697 so the hypothesis that there is a significant impact training (education and training) on employee performance is acceptable.

Abstract

This study aims to know the brand image, purchase decisions and brand image influences on purchase decisions Mobile Samsung (Study on Mobile Subscribers BEDEPE Pasir Pengaraian). The study population is all consumer and samples taken 30 respondents and methods of sampling with accidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement and testing using simple linear regression. Based on the research results show the value of R2 = 0.923 indicates that the variation of brand image to purchasing decisions amounted to 92.30% and the remaining 7.7% is influenced by other factors not examined, such as price, product quality, promotional mix and judgments on. For the consideration for the company are Mobile Bedepe Pasir Pengaraian to notice the factors that can influence consumer decisions in the purchase of mobile phones outside of the factors in this study. Furthermore, for the company to maintain relations and cooperation built up well to every customer, especially with potential customers.
