Abstract

To solve the problems listed above made ​​an application that is able to provide the certainty of an empty parking lot, parking information looking for how many locations are available and time is not run out useless because of looking for parking locations and thus can save the use of fuel other than that with a system that this made ​​will reduce the level of customer disappointed for not getting the location of parking.

Abstract

The expansion of marketing areas is the mission that needs to be done by all companies, including by PT. DAPI (DuPont Products Agriculturan Indonesia). One cause of the difficulty of PT DAPI to expand the marketing area is the lack of information on potential land in Indonesia. Not to mention the vast area of Indonesia with a few islands and some areas are still a wilderness that is difficult to reach. DuPont currently do not have a system that can analyze potentially useful area to be a reference to conduct target marketing area expansion. Potential area is the area of the earth´s surface that has the potential to grow something crops. The condition can be a potential area of forest and fallow areas by plants. Image Processing is the process of processing data in the form of images, where the process will process map which is also an image. Image processing method used to determine potential areas for planting a crop with the selection of a particular color on the surface of the earth. The results of the surface of the earth will diggabungan with the results of analysis of the potential growth of plants by altitude. According to climate Junghuhn associated with plants that grow and produce in accordance with the temperature optimum habitat. Conclusions drawn from the manufacture of this system is Geographic Information Systems Land Potential Determination Using Image Processing has been successfully designed, is built and implemented so as to produce the analysis of potential areas located in Indonesia by applying image processing to analyze the height map and map the Earth´s surface. Results of analysis of Geographic Information Systems can also be used by other GIS applications for Geographic Information System is dead save into a format commonly used by GIS applications. Results of analysis of Geographic Information Systems can be used as a reference PT DAPI to help determine the areas of marketing expansion.

ABC is one of the methods used by project management information system to calculate the cost of the project. This system was built to help the project costing information system. Abstract

Lembaga Manajemen Infaq dan shadaqah (LMZIS) is an institution which is engaged in social and propagation, such as collecting Zakat, Sadaqah infaq and Muslims in the ITS, alumni and the surrounding communities. In the implementation LMZIS notimplement a system of financial accounting information is good, one of which was not reported for managerial accountability to the public. In addition the management has not been able to evaluate the performance of the activity in each month. Given the existing problems in LMZIS, it is necessary to the existence of a financialaccounting information systems that produce financial information that is derived fromactivity data per period and the data resulting in donor funds that are transparentmanagerial reports such as financial reports, evaluation reports and other reports. It can facilitate the directors, muzzaki and donors to get clear information. Based on the results of experiments performed can be concluded that, the system of financial accounting information on LMZIS can help existing business processes incurrent LMZIS start of the process of recording transactions, financial reporting, andevaluation. Abstract

Infectious diseases are diseases that are harmful to infants because it can spread rapidly. Delay in treatment of diseases can cause more severe disease and difficult to cure. Cost to consult the experts are not cheap. Therefore parents need a system that has the ability as an expert for diagnosis of disease. Expert system diagnosis of infectious diseases in infants was built for the diagnosis of tropical diseases attributable to virus infection, fungus and bacteria. With this system parents can get answers to infectious diseases suffered by their toddlers. The system provides information on diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The system uses a forward chaining method. This method of tracking each patient´s symptoms, mencokkannya with existing rules, and produces a diagnosis based on the knowledge base. The test result with expert knowledge system diagnosis indicates that the system is capable of detecting the disease and provide treatment based on symptoms that have been experienced by users. Abstract

As one of the institutions in education, STIKOM Surabaya also had evaluation of learning outcomes that is Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) and Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS). One of the purpose is to evaluate student learning outcomes of a course for one semester. For students, the results of UTS and the UAS is also one determinant of whether they graduated or not from the course they follow. For teachers, student test results can also be a reference for monitoring the level of student material understanding. From the results of evaluation classes, professors or teachers can monitor the success of the delivery of material in class. In addition, lecturers can also compare the results of his/her class with another parallel class. However, at present, there is no application or system that aims to compare the results of examinations per subject material between parallel classes. This application or system was built to analyze the results of class evaluations to determine the level of success topics material. The application also produces comparisons of evaluation results between parallel classes with the Kruskal-Wallis test. From the implementation and evaluation that has been done, the application can display the score comparison per topic material. By using the Kruskal-Wallis test, this application can display comparison information about mastery of the material between parallel classes. From the results of Kruskal-Wallis test we know whether there are significant differences in the mastery of the material between parallel classes, so the successful delivery of material between parallel classes as possible can be controlled. Abstract

Congestion that occurred in Indonesia, especially the metropolitan cities like Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya became the main things that become problems in large cities. This resulted in losses for many of the users of transport such as time, cost, health, and environment. CCTV cameras already spread by the transport department and police, but CCTV is recording and the staff determines that whether the CCTV cameras mounted road occurs road conditions experienced congestion or an accident. This is have weakness, officers should standby at any time to view the situation of the road. From the facts that occurred, the use of decision support systems are important in determining the condition of roads that have been installed CCTV cameras. Utilization of the support system can give way to overcome problems of congestion, it allows officers in responding to traffic conditions and the impact of congestion. Abstract

The desire of every person to have a sense of security against the property owned is one purpose built monitoring systems. Many systems that have been applied for monitoring in specific areas such example is CCTV. However, the existing security system can not be monitored by the owner / user, so sometimes having trouble to check. The growth of telecommunications and information technology provides several advantages. Mobile phones are one of telecommunication products. Nowadays mobile phones can not only be used to conduct the telephone, but also for the use of communication technologies by utilizing the Internet as supporters. The use of Internet technology is also impacting on the development of software and hardware as well as open up opportunities for us to develop applications and systems to facilitate various activities. the variety of information we were able to use the software and hardware that we make for specific purposes, including CCTV building applications using J2ME technology on mobile devices.     Keyword : Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), J2ME, Webservice.

Abstract

Asthma and respiratory disorders one type of disease affecting humans. Based on interviews with the doctors at the lungs poly Dr. Soetomo public hospital, a variety of asthma and respiratory disorders have many symptoms that are similar and some have only differentiated by only one symptom. Required accuracy and sharp analysis for a doctor to reveal a type of asthma in order to give appropriate treatment to the patient. One way to overcome the problems above is by designing a rule-based system for the problems of asthma and respiratory disorders. By using the facts provided by the user the system can produce a conclusion which is representation of forward chaining method to begin tracking the data or facts that exist towards a conclusion. Based on the findings of the obtained results, the expert system for diagnosis of asthma and respiratory disorders may help doctors in lungs poly Dr. Soetomo public hospital. Abstract

Livestock is one of the aspects that play a role in increasing state revenues. One of the animals are very much in breeding cows are animals. Because the cow has the benefit that pretty much started from the skin, meat and milk. In maintaining the cattle, the disease is one of the risks that must be faced. Just as a cow is suffering from certain diseases that can damage the quality of cow milk production. There is also a disease that can lead to miscarriage and even death in cattle, especially infectious disease. Cow disease was not a little, there is caused by bacteria, parasites and fungi. Of course this can not be allowed because it can be very detrimental to cattle owners. For it is necessary to act quickly and appropriately to the sick cow. Solutions to overcome the above problems is to use an expert system application in determining the type of the disease in cattle. By using the expert system application we can know the type of the disease quickly through existing symptoms in cattle and provide appropriate measures to mitigate them.
