Abstract

Dragonwong.com is one of many website online store that sells the card game 'Yugi-Oh'. System users have difficulties in monitoring and controlling the performance of sales on the website in order to achieve the sales target. The existing system has not been able to provide visualization information of product sales performance that are going on along with the changes that occur in real time to provide awareness of the things that need to be responded quickly.Based on description above, then built product sales performance dashboard for dragonwong.com. Product sales performance dashboard is categorized into three according to the business activities are supported (strategic, tactical, and operational).Once the system is completed designed, built, and tested, product sales performance dashboards can display a visualization information about the condition of product sales performance. Visualization of the information can be used as  materials to monitor and control the sales performance of products on the site dragonwong.com.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Tunggal Djaja Indah (PT. TDI) is a leading paint manufacturer in Indonesia. ISO 9001 which has obtained by PT. TDI  is a proof of the seriousness of the company. To support that business, the company requires recruitment and selection processes which aim to get a competent human resources. Based on observations and interviews, the company has difficulties to selecting applicants although they has structured competency standards. The company spend a lot costs that used for  recruitment process and they needs a long time to execute multiple processes in accordance with company SOPs. To overcome these problems, PT. TDI needs an application of recruitment and selection based on competency. This application can produce the form of interviews based on competency, reduce cost of telephone and streamline the recruitment and selection processes. Thus, it is expected that the outcome of the application can provide list of candidates who are competent to HRD Manager.

Abstract

PT. Supramedika Prima Cabang Surabaya is the sole distributor of selling health equipment and drugs reagent in eastern indonesia based in jakarta. The sales activity on PT. Supramedika Prima currenty includes approval reservation, procedures of payment (for cash or credit), delivery order, to the procedure billing if payment made on credit. As an evaluation on company requires information of sales made each month. Incomplete information owned currently can obstruct activities evaluation selling by sales manager especially ifthe transaction data being tucked or not copied. The solution to take over those problems were made a sistem which can be used to save and manage sales data, and  generate information which is needed as evaluation. That solution is an sales information system. Information system which has been made was adapted by company requirement. Sales data which has been saved and proceed by a system was used to generate company requirement report. The conclusion of test result, this sales information system can generate nine (9) reports which can be used by manager as an evaluation. This information system has a billing remainder system that can be showed when sales staf did login, this system can be used as a tools which can help bill collector staf to remain bill schedule for customer.Keywords: Application, Information Systems, Sales, Health Equipment, Reagent, Evaluation

Abstract

At this time, High school 12 Surabaya is one of the favorite High School in West Surabaya area with a level of accreditation with the value of accreditation is 87. With the value of accreditation 87, is still not considered to be maximum by the principal of High school 12 Surabaya because the value of accreditation is still not safe for value accreditation in High school, High school school 12 Surabaya determined to improve the value of academic performance to fit the 8 components of accreditation.To support the plan, needed a system that can give information about the condition of academic performance that occurs this time appropriate with the supporting component in the accreditation assessment. One alternative to solve this problem is build a system that can give the right information in the academic performance to fit 8 components of accreditation. The information displayed in the form of the dashboard, with a variety of formats such as graphs, gauges, charts and indicators which can allow a user to analyze important information

Abstract

Abstract: Telkom IS SSM (Service Support Management Information System) is a unit of PT Telekomunkasi Indonesian supporters for performing maintenance of telecommunication equipment infrastructure. IS SSM units do not have a standards regarding problem management process, making it less valid in determining the identification of a problem. Managers will cancel if the problem solver does not have a solution. As a result, the problem can not be resolved immediately disrupt the operations of the company. Due to the lack of specific parties to accept and perform filtering problem, the process of identifying the problem has not gone well. The solution of the above constraints make the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) problem management process by following the ITIL V3 framework. Made through the four phases, the first to conduct stakeholder interviews to determine the processes that occur and the policy implemented. Second make the mapping process management problems. Third create a document that will generate SOPs, Work Instructions (IK), Records Work (RK), and the fourth stage of the planning document checks evaluate IT problem management with stakeholders in the IS unit SSM. The results of a study of IT problem management planning document it produces 12 Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), Work Instructions 22 (IK), and 61 Recording Work (RK), as well as recommendations to the IS SSM unit to form service desk and implement a written policy Keywords: IT Planning, Problem Management, Standart Operation Procedure (SOP)
