Abstract

Institute of subjects abdullah faqih (INKAFA) is private universities located in kabupaten gresik .As since 2013 until 2015 , this institute increased the number of registered as a candidate new students , so with the this services were to be raised .Therefore , management inkafa issued a policy to do migration from manual processes be process that computerized.Seeing the opportunity that is , the management inkafa requires an analysis and design the system for receiving new students that went into reference in making an application as on inkafa .Therefore , to research is made a analysis and design that can help the entire range of the process of admission to new students.The results of the analysis and design this system produced a document containing analysis problems, operational analysis, analysis of the needs on data, analysis the availability of, analysis capacity, analysis performance, the best thing of analysis, and analysis security, and design system which includes system flow, diagram context, diagram level, data flow diagram level 0 and 1.Design data, ui design, design security and a system design.From the analysis and the design portray a the things needed in building the system for receiving students the necessary new inkafa.Keywords : analysis , design system , the new students

Abstract

88 hotel is part of the Waringin Hospitality based in Jakarta. 88 hotel has a website located at www.hotel88.co.id ranked website which is still under the hotel ranking competitors. The Hotel's 88 therefore to improve the quality of existing website so that visitors are getting satisfied and many who make a reservation through the website. But so far the Hotel 88 not yet knowing the flaws the website so that the Hotel 88 requires the evaluation of materials so that the quality and the satisfaction of users of the website is increased. Based on these problems then the author makes a research with the aim to analyse the influence of the quality of the website user satisfaction against 88 Hotel website based on the method of webqual 4.0. This research using a sample of as many as 100 people. Menggunakafn questionnaire data collection techniques are disseminated online or paper questionnaires to hotel guests who make a reservation through the Hotel website is 88. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The quality of the website consists of a user's quality, quality of information, and the quality of the interaction. Results showed that (1) use of the influential quality significantly to 88 Hotel website user satisfaction, (2) quality of information user satisfaction significantly to influential website Hotel 88, and (3) the quality of the interaction effect significantly to 88 Hotel website user satisfaction. So Hotels should improve the quality of the use of the 88, the quality of information and the quality of interaction in order to increase the satisfaction of website users.

Abstract

Abstract: PDAM Surabaya is a company engaged in the field of public service. The company has a Kelola SDM, one of the tasks is to manage human resources and organizational development, especially the development of the organization, which will be carried out by a performance assessment to determine the level of productivity of an employee each year. In order to assess the performance of employees, Organization and Human Resources Development Section felt that such valuation is way less optimal and objective because of the persistence of assessor subjectivity in assessing employee performance. The current performance of appraisal process there is a problem of how to assess employee performance in accordance with objective reality. To assess the performance objectively, PDAM Surabaya need a performance appraisal system that can reduce the number of assessor subjectivity by using 360 Degree and using the competency reference as a guideline for the assessment. Application of performance assessment on PDAM Surabaya employees that have been made will be expected to reduce the subjectivity of the assessor in assessing the employee performance. The report can be taken into consideration and as an input for organizational and human resource development manager in reward for employees which have excellent performance.

Abstract

PT Bina Megah Indowood private companies that moves in wood manufacture with the main product wood flooring and wood decking .Maximum firm production capacity when is 700 container per year but in 2015 total firm production of 600 container with the number of refusal order of about 20 container this was caused because methods used by companies are not yet optimal .The company uses the least work remaining ( lwr ) with priority given in the work have the number of processing left still needed to be done at least .This study attempts to help select company of a method of the best in make the production by comparing five method .Fifth this method is fcfs , edd , spt , lpt and lsf .The result of research this is the report scheduling production permesin and reports scheduling production permesin by the application of bebbasis desktop .The results of the tryouts application obtained value of 93 % and hasi.

Abstract

Basketball game in this StiFest activity has many fans who sign up and is steadily increasing. The game system is used based on the number of teams that register. Scheduling basketball game on StiFest use system Knock Out game (autumn) and a half of competition / group. Scheduling current game, done manually at random by the committee.
