Abstract

PT. KAI (Persero) has a website that addresses the www.kereta-api.co.id as part of its work in providing various facilities that can be used by customers. Facilities or services contained on this website include a company profile, product services of passengers and goods, news and press releases, company performance reports, awards, procurement, recruitment, and online reservation service. In this study, analysis activities about influence of the website quality of PT. KAI (Persero) to the user's satisfaction as perceived by end users and site visitors by using WebQual 4.0. The data collection is done by providing online and offline questionnaires to determine what services will be analyzed based on the indicators of WebQual. The results of the questionnaire data and then tested the validity, reliability, test assumptions Linear Regression testing requirements. Based on this study resulted in a conclusion that the quality of use (usability), the quality of information (information quality), and the quality of interaction (interaction quality) positive and significant impact on user satisfaction (user satisfaction) with the effect of 66.7%, the rest (100- 66.7%) = 33.3% influenced by other variables not examined. Keywords: Website Quality, User Satisfaction, Linear Regression.

Abstract

Availabilty for materials and agricultural tools for the treatment of the commodity at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Surabaya must be maintened because it’s affect the quality of agricultural commodities and production. However, the availability for materials and agricultural tools still not maintened. This problem occurs because PTPN XII didn’t know details of use materials in each garden. Because the material and availability of agricultural equipment is not maintained, then the garden will always did request the purchase of material, whereas there is a material that has accumulated on other plantations. In addition, the PTPN XII did not have a material usage indicator so it does not know the requirement of minimum material in any garden. Application materials inventory monitoring and recording of agriculture tools built to overcome the problems that exist in PTPN XII. Application materials inventory monitoring and recording of farm tools built on the theory of inventory, monitoring and evaluation, and its indicators. The indicators for this application uses material usage indicators for fertilization and pest / disease. Application monitoring supplies and agricultural tools have passed the test and has been running well. So the application monitoring and recording material inventory agriculture tools will help resolve any problems.

Abstract

E-Commerce is often called an online trading is the process of deployment, purchasing, sales, marketing goods and services via the Internet between the consumer to consumer (C2C), or an agency to consumers (B2C). E-commerce increasingly widespread popular Indonesian society, a variety of emerging e-commerce led to competition between e-commerce becomes very tight. For an e-commerce website can survive in the competition, or in order to become a popular e-commerce websites, each e-commerce website should be able to have a quality website. Quality website will result in the increase of sales transactions of the e-commerce. This research was conducted to determine an e-commerce website that is qualified with the goal to analyze the influencerof thesquality of service and quality of website information on the quality of e-commerce websites. This study uses data collection techniques such as questionnaires and had obtained a sampled of 110 respondents. The process of analysisx usedt in this study is the beginning of the validity and reliability, followed by a multiplez regressiont analysish. The resultsk of thishstudy indicatemthat thed variable Service Quality does not affect the variable Website Quality whereas Information Quality significant and positive impact on the e-commerce Website Quality.

Abstract

In technological progress, information technology needed a company to support the company performance , no exception the website. Pt Badak NGL is the first company formed to be one of a network in the center by the chain business lng . Now , PT. Badak LNG having a website www.badaklng.co.id .So far , after services website PT. Badak LNG mplemented has never done judgment on its quality perceived the ultimate user or visitors website , so that management website could not receive feedback on the website .There was going to an evaluation of the quality of website PT. Badak LNG . The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of the website satisfaction users. Hal-hal done in this research among others , makes and spreading the questionnaire to respondents of 86 sample .The results will be processed on the ibm spss version 20 .While the analysis of data in relation done include the validation and reabilitas , the assumption , the test regression together and partial . The Results of research quality website on PT. Badak LNG indicates that dimensions of webqual is variable te usability quality, information quality, and iteraction quality to having influence a positive and significant impact on satisfaction users at the website PT. Badak LNG.

Abstract

CV Lintas Nusa Surabaya is an offset printing that produces brochures, labels, hang tags, etc. The company carries out production according by customer orders (make to order). So far, the company often experience shortages of raw materials when production, so it resulting in time delays when it meets the customer orders. This is due to lack of control on inventory in the warehouse and not careful to prepare the raw material requirement before the production process.Based on these problems, the company need an application to forecast the raw material inventory  using Single Exponential Smoothing method. In that system, there are several process, is selecting previous periods of customer demand, selecting the finished goods, calculating the raw material requirement by demands, and forecasting the raw material requirement for three periods ahead.That application produce the forecasting results report and raw material requirements report. Based on the applications made and some of trials that have been done, the company be able to know the information needed, especially about the meet raw material requirements such as what raw materials should be prepared before the production process. Keywords : Forecasting, Raw Material Inventory, Single Exponential Smoothing

Abstract

CV. LanggengJaya is a commercial enterprise engaged in the sale of bottled cooking oil with the brand "Iga Mas". The process of recording the price and the item code is manual. Such actions require recording process repeated thus inhibiting in the sales process receivable collection procedures. CV. Langgeng Jaya is a commercial enterprise engaged in the sale of bottled cooking oil with the brand "Iga Mas". The process of recording the price and the item code is manual. Such actions require recording process repeated thus inhibiting in the sales process receivable collection procedures. CV Langgeng Jaya also has disadvantages in terms of doing the collection of accounts receivable is due. Often there is a delay in collecting receivables to customers who have matured because of the difficulty in finding the data customer receivables. Based on these problems, it is built Design Edible Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya. This application consists of sales, accounts receivable reporting, sales reporting, calculating the cost of goods sold. The results showed that the Design Build Oil Sales Application at CV. Langgeng Jaya can be used to record, merekap sales data and generates nine major reports and the manager can use three invoices printed by part of the sales staff. There is a collection of accounts receivable reminder function that can be used by part of the sales staff to help deal with collection of accounts receivable. Lasting Jaya also has disadvantages in terms of doing the collection of accounts receivable is due. Abstract

Based on the problems that occur for example at SMAN 2 CITY MOJOKERTO, where many cases of both the part of teachers, students and outsiders who struggle to get vital information from SMAN 2 CITY MOJOKERTO. Because of this, they invented www.sman2mojokerto.com website, where students as consumers can get the information that is accessible online anytime and anywhere. Then made a website as a means of delivering information that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. But the website has been built yet meet the needs of visitors. Based on data collection on the number of total required number of visits, the website is not in accordance with the amount included in the visit. In this case the user factors play an important role over the use and utilization of information technology. To determine the level of success of a technology implementation, the extent to which users can accept and understand that technology is an important thing to be able to assess the success of the implementation. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the www.sman2mojokerto.com website to find out the cause of the lack of interest of Internet users to the website www.sman2mojokerto.com the user satisfaction, the writer used WebQual 4.0 to test it.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara is government enterprise that entirely owned by republic of Indonesia. Employee data registration process need employee curriculum vitae and wages classification of each employee to complete the process. The problem that occurs because of rank difference between the director offices, regional offices and gardens. For example, employee a working in gardens and their rank is IIIB/2, then the director office promote the employee into IIIB/3 rank. The promotion approval will be send to the gardens employee a currently working, however the approval still yet to arrive, this causing the employee data obsolete. The director office will only pay the salaries according to the employee data, however because of obsolete data, the director office pay the wrong amount of salaries for employee A. This also cause gardens side and regional office side didn`t know the number of employee that entering their retirement age and the number of retired employee. Based upon the problem PTPN XII currently faced, application that capable to manage employee data in real time and integrated are greatly needed. This application can produce information that ease regional office and gardens to know the number of employee that entering their retirement age and retired employee.
