Abstract

Brillian is application hybrid learning in Stikom Surabaya who web-based from google apps. Brillian having some function, namely function download lecture learning, collection duty, learning online media, assessment, and measuring the degree in common duty. Brillian can be a excellence compete for Stikom Surabaya. To know factors anything that affects the Brillian to university students Stikom Surabaya on this research use the model the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). In this study technique data collection to analyze method utaut uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Processing and reliability the validity and descriptive use application spss .The sampling done with the Stratified Random Sampling (SRS) the students Stikom Surabaya the 2011- 2015 of all the program study. In the research indicated that of factors affect the brilliant is performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, but more affect the brilliant is the variable social influence. On the analysis result of this explains that all variable influence in the Brillian the students Stikom Surabaya.A factor that is affecting is variable the social experience of moderation 18,129 and facilitatng conditions with moderation experience of 22,092.

Abstract

Institute for Business and Information Technology, hereinafter referred Stikom Surabaya is one of the private universities. To support the Tri Dharma College Stikom Surabaya has a Research and Community Service (PPM). Constraints existing at the time of submission of the proposal that still use hardcopy, so it takes at the time of assessment because the operator must distribute the proposal which led to the reviewer can not immediately make an assessment. Announcement of the results of the assessment and the schedule operator exposure is done through email one by one from the registration file for support, so the announcement process takes time. Making the report was done by looking at the file registration and assessment unprocessed. Those problems can be solved by the creation of applications that can simplify the submission of proposals to the final report, as well as help improve service to the proposer, reviewer and leadership in conducting administrative activities PPM management. After testing it can be concluded that the applications made to assist and accelerate the process of administrative activities PPM. In addition computerized registration is done so as to reduce the use of paper (paperless) and pelayanaan registration and assessment can be accessed anywhere and anytime. This application provides information about the activity of the faculty in conducting research and community service.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) Shoes and slippers Suroso are owned by individuals and companies engaged in manufacturing producing shoes and sandals in accordance with customer orders ( job order ). During this time, companies often have the delay time of fulfillment of customer orders. This is because in determining the time of the fulfillment of the order is still based on an estimate of the operational part, there’s no checking  the detail about the structure of the product and checking raw materials is not done on a regular basis so it can also lead to a deficiency or excess of raw materials.Based on these problems, was made of information system planning raw material requirement by using the method of Lot For Lot. In the system there are have a few process which is process of receive the ordered, preparation of BOM (Bill Of Material), preparation of BOO ( Bill Of Operation), the initial raw material supplies, create MPS (Master Production Schedule), and the process of MRP (Material Requirement Palnning). In the process of MRP there is namely the process Netting, Lotsizing, Offsetting dan Exploding. In the system have few process namely process of receive the order, preparation of BOM (Bill Of Material), preparation of BOO ( Bill Of Operation), record the initial raw material supplies, create MPS (Master Production Schedule), and the process of MRP (Material Requirement Palnning). In the process of MRP namely the process Netting, Lotsizing, Offsetting dan Exploding.The system information made to produce the report of raw material requirement plan, report of the plan production and report of raw material purchase plan. In addition the system also generate report of orders per period, customer report most often conduct transactions and report the most product ordered. Based on the information system is created and a series of trials that have been conducted , the company can find information needed especially concerning raw material such as what are the raw materials must be reserved , how many and when raw materials must be ordered.

Abstract

A Library is considered as a place for education, research, preservation, information, and recreation in order to improve intelligence and empowerment of the nation. Currently there are some core processes at SMK Negeri 1 Cerme library, namely: books inventory records, books loan and return, records of infringement, books procurement process and the books destruction records. The absence of catalog in the library becomes major problem since people may spare a lot time to search books. In the book return process, lack of reminder of the due date causes the book borrower sometimes forget to return the books on time. In addition to that, manual record can lead to unsyncronized data beetween the currently existing stock and the reports such as, destruction report and book inventory. In this study, we develope a computerized library application at SMK Negeri 1 Cerme Library that is expected to be able assist the registration, loan and returns transactions. A reminder in added utilizing the SMS Gateway to remind the borrowers. The catalog can also help the students to reduce the time for books searching. Finally, automatic reports would make it easier to be distributeed to the head of library.

Abstract

School of Economics PERBANAS Surabaya (STIE PERBANAS) is an Educational Institution in the field of Business and Banking. To support its development, use of information technology such as the Website is needed aimed at information and communication media. However, there are websites that haven’t be able to improve the ranking based on the number of visitors. Based on data from a website that presents the rank of the number of visitors, until the month of November 2015 global ranking of the website to be at 640 097 in the rankings while Indonesia is at 16,082. This study was to look into the matter by analyzing the relationship between the quality of the website and user satisfaction (students). From questionnaires conducted obtained a sample of 75 respondents. Data from the questionnaire testing the variables with the validity and reliability. The next test and test data normality assumption as a condition for the implementation of the next step, regression linear analysis. Based the test results it was concluded that the variable quality of use is not positive and significant impact. While the information of quality and the quality of the interaction of positive and significant impact on user satisfaction (students).

Abstract

Chrismalis PT Artha is a company engaged in the credit card collection services provider. Field collection subdivision has responsibility to performing the field collection process to credit card customer. Based on observations and interviews, the main problem of field collection subdivision is field collectors doesn’t achieving the performance targets because of monitoring delays, evaluation errors and decision-making mistake.To solve these problems then be made of information systems solutions that can do the performance monitoring and evaluating process of field collector using web-based to reduce errors in the evaluation, optimize  customer handling and field collectors can achieving the target. Based on the results of the field collector performance monitoring and evaluation information system then the conclusion is the application indicate conformity with the expectation and feasible for use

Abstract

Abstract: Masjid Tanwir merupakan salah satu pusat ibadah umat islam di Surabaya, yang memiliki beberapa kegiatan rutin, yaitu meliputi sholat, pengajian dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh pengurus Masjid Tanwir saat ini adalah dalam proses pencatatan keuangan, pencatatan kehadiran jamaah dalam setiap kegiatan, dan pemberian informasi jadwal kegiatan kepada seluruh jamaah dan pengisi kegiatan masih dilakukan secara manual. Kendala yang dialami tersebut berdampak dalam pengelolaan kegiatan masjid yang kurang maksimal dan pengurus mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan evaluasi. Aplikasi Informasi Kegiatan Masjid Berbasis Web sangat diperlukan pengurus masjid agar pengurus masjid dapat mengatasi kendala dalam mengelola kegiatan masjid tersebut sehingga dalam mengelola kegiatan Masjid Tanwir Surabaya akan lebih maksimal, karena pengelolaan kegiatan masjid harus dilakukan secara cepat dan tepat sebagai salah satu faktor keberhasilan manajemen masjid yang baik. Aplikasi informasi kegiatan masjid yang telah dibuat dapat memberikan informasi kegiatan secara tepat kepada jamaah dan pengisi kegiatan dengan menggunakan sms gateway, serta dapat menghasilkan laporan kehadiran peserta dalam setiap kegiatan dan laporan keuangan masjid sehingga dapat membantu pengurus Masjid Tanwir dalam mengevaluasi tingkat kehadiran dalam setiap kegiatan, dan laporan keuangan masjid secara berkala.  Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Informasi, Kegiatan, Sms Gateway

Abstract

New Cahaya Hotel is a company engaged in the field of tourism as an hotel in Sidoarjo. New Cahaya Hotel still using manual methods for daily administration, such as reservation, check in, check out, in house services, and making reports. This recording methods for a company that engaged in services can be not efficient, for example taking too much time to handling check in registration. It can be risky too for saving valueable informations. To overcome the problems above, researcher is designing and implementing an hotel administration information system. The result from this hotel administration system is hotel administration reporting. So, this system can overcome the company’s administration problem and give efficient and effective information.Keywords: information system, hotel administration system reporting

Abstract

The recording of receipts and expenditures rice not in orderly and daily process proceeds or spending rice to the next part of public services will be made a report to be submitted to Kasubdivre, but in reality the process of submitting a report conducted by the warehouse to the public service is not be done directly because the distance between the warehouse with a separate main office so that the reporting process becomes obstructed. The process of collecting the data in hardcopy may caused the data to be lost or damaged and the time data management processes often occur one to write the value so that when confirmed to parts of the public service should seek or revise error, recording error occurs when the revenue and expenditure of rice on the report, it will be very difficult to search and sort the data if all are still done manually in the form of archives. It also takes quite a lot of time. With the problems it required application to recording of receipts and spending of rice that are designed to help the warehouse in terms of doing rice recording entry and exit as well as part of the public service in terms of reporting and as a reference for the procurement of rice, find a report  the number of entry and exit rice, origin and destination of rice, and the number of stocks in each warehouse. Keywords : the recording of goods, revenue and expenditure , warehouse.

Abstract

Abstract: Department of Transportation is implementing elements of regional autonomy, which hold the majority of regional government affairs, the field of Communications., The Department of Transportation to apply timeliness in doing recording, reporting Letters, Department of Transportation often have inaccuracies in the distribution of letter, it made the performance becomes late addition to distribution, There are difficulties experienced by secretary part, these difficulties such as the mail storage (archiving). During the archiving process is done well. However, for the maintenance of the archives of the letter can be accomplished and is still experiencing some difficulties, difficulty finding process letter, affect the shrinkage process should be done by letter secretary section.Through the analysis, to overcome the experiences to which there is by utilizing information technology based on the concept of mail management to support the process receiving, data collection, distribution, archiving, anddeliveryofletters.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the web-based management application letter can provide ease of Acceptance of incoming mail from internal and external, to record, archive and distribute up to send mail out.
