Abstract

PT Bukit Baja Anugrah is a company in the manufacturing of pipes.As long as companies are experiencing delays in the fulfillment of customer orders. This is because in determining the order fulfillment time is still based on estimates and orders directly from the manager in the purchase of raw material requirements, so there is no recording in detail the structure of the product requirements and checking of raw materials is not done on a regular basis also resulted in a shortage or excess raw materials. Based on these problems, then made the information system planning raw material requirements by using Lot For Lot. In the raw material requirements planning system there are some processes, namely the process of receiving data MPS where the information obtained in the form of raw material needs and schedule pre-defined messages, the process of recording the initial raw material inventory and process MRP (Material Requirement Planning). In the process there is a process that MRP Netting, Lot Sizing, Offsetting and Exploding. Based on the information system created by the testing that has been done, then this information system can meet the needs of raw materials needed for the production process, especially in producing a raw material requirements planning as any raw materials that must be ordered, how much, and when the raw materials have to be ordered. And information systems have resulted in reports of raw material requirements planning, inventory status reports and reports planned purchase of raw materials.

Abstract

PT. Bahtera Global Solutions is a company engaged in the provision of services and sales of IT products. IT products in the form of audio-visual products, computer, network solutions, security products, software telecommunications products and other office supplies. Marketing is one of the main factors that could affect the interests of the customer. Good marketing system and on target, may increase the purchasing power of customers and customer loyalty to the company. Thus it can increase profits for the company. Currently, the company still has obstacles in the marketing process is the lack of information regarding the products of the company making the customer trouble knowing what products are sold by the company. The company also difficult to know what products are needed promotions regularly, goods and services are most desirable, what are the needs of each customer, and promotions such as what is required of each customer. Of the above problems, the company wants to increase its marketing system. Marketing information system based 4p ie, place, price, promotion, and product marketing are needed to address the problems that occur in the company. The early stages of the design of information systems in the form of information system design can be used as a cornerstone in building a marketing information system.

Abstract

PT. Indo Bismar Komputer is a distributor company of computer devices which sells and services computer spareparts. On service section especially on service administration section have some problems in receiving service device record that wrote directly into paper manually which caused data redundancy. Other problem is service administration did confirm to customer about customer's device status only based on service administration's memory that cause customer's device overstacked on service section, slower service response, unsatisfied customer, lack of customer trust, services income isn't optimal, inaccurate reports from not fixed service fee.Based on problems that faced on administration service staff, a solution for those problems is making an application for PT. Indo Bismar Komputer which used for computer spareparts sales, measures and monitoring how much technician’s income from services.Main purpose of this research application is generating an output into services income tech report which used to measure how much tech income, overall services income report, services transaction report and spare parts selling report with income target within periods which have decided by the owner of PT. Abstract

School Operational Assistance/Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) is a further development of the Social Safety Net (SSN) in Education, BOS is intended as a subsidy School Operational Cost to all learners of compulsory education. The Activity Budget Plan of School (RKAS) and quarterly fund usage report is needed to deliver the fund of BOS to school. When the school is late in delivering RKAS and fund usage report to the East Java Provincial Education Office, the BOS fund delivery and supervision of the BOS fund usage will not run smoothly.Based on these problems, The BOS Information Systems Based On Web is create. In this system there is an input form of RKAS reporting and input form quarterly reporting, and also the pages that provide information about the BOS fund for the school, and reminders for collecting the reports. If the school did not do the reporting, the system will send a warning messages to the school-related accounts.Conclusion of the trials that have been conducted, The BOS Information Systems able to produce three (3) reports which is RKAS reports, quarterly report and summary report that can be used by the head of BOS team of evaluation and supervision on the usage of the BOS fund.Key Words: Information System, BOS Funds, RKAS, Evaluation

Abstract

PT Goldfindo Intikayu Pratama is a company engaged in the production of furniture, such as furniture for household and office supplies. The company's main processes namely, marketing and sales, purchasing, and production. Problems faced by the company is the systems and information technology (SIT) that failed to implement because it can not help in running the business processes of the company, so it can not align business processes with existing SIT. The failure in the implementation of the SIT cause the company suffered losses in developing SIT. Efforts are needed to improve the situation is to make strategic planning SIT, it aims to be able to align the company's business processes with SIT. Therefore, this study uses the stage Anita Cassidy and using analytical methods such as value chain analysis, SWOT, Five Forces Model, Portfolio McFarlan, Owners Estimate that can help identify and analyze SIT that is consistent with the company's business. The results of this study in the strategic planning documents STI which includes 12 SIT projects, the total estimated cost of Rp 192 900 061 SIT, SIT portfolio, there are directives SIT developments and there is a SIT roadmap for the next 3 years starting from 2017 to 2019.

Abstract

PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo is a trading company that sells an assortment of biscuits and snacks . The Company is conducting the sale in the form of consignment sales . Consignment sales done entrust the goods to the buyer / outlet which acts as a sales agent . The company currently experiencing problems when consignment sales .To overcome the problems faced by PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo then made design registration applications consignment sales .With this application, recording consignment sales at PT. Semesta Nustra Distrindo can simplify and solve the problems in the process of consignment sales at PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo. With this application can help companies in consignment sales and consignment sales can generate reports , billing statements , payment reports , and sales schedules based on time and location specified.

Abstract

The library is a vital part of an educational institution like university, especially for the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya. The availability of the final task collection became the main reason users to use library facilities. But handling in the search collections not implement the concept of Information Retrieval yet. Information retrieval used to produce information or documents which relevant to keyword from source by the amount that are numerous and is not structured as a collection of final task literatures .To solve these problems, the necessary repairs final task search facility by implementing the concept of Information Retrieval. The application of Information Retrieval on an abstract document is expected to produce a collection of  final task literatures which is relevant to the search. From the testing, the application capable of producing the collection of final tasks more than by search through query when given keywords with combination affix (prefix and  suffix).

Abstract

PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut – SIER (Persero) are state-owned enterprise who work on planning, developing and managing industry district of SIER, PIER and Berbek. Any data about kavling are critical and important that is used as main transaction for marketing, which means up to date data are necessary. However, there is a management process problem for matching data takes up to 48 hours and this resulted as delayed transactions, starting from 12 hours up to 48 hours of delays transactions progress. Moreover, the lack of maintenance schedule causing data far from up to date as needed. Based upon the problem PT. SIER currently faced, kavling data management information system are necessarily required. This information system capable processing data management, data maintenance, data inquiry, maintenance schedule and occupation rate calculation. This kavling data management information system can produce kavling digital map by utilizing Googlemap API, kavling track record report, investor track record report, maintenance schedule report and kavling occupation rate report.Keyword: Information System, Management, Kavling

Abstract

                 Rajawali Reload is one of the suppliers of telephone vouchers are electrically in the Mojokerto and Lamongan. Rajawali Reload parties have difficulty in monitoring the sales target has been set. At this time monitoring of sales achievement has no warning when a sale happens very low, which is now the information is disseminated orally by accounting. Accounting also has a duty to report the achievement of customer sales to the owner, which the report was still in the form of data tables, and should be done first recap thus requiring additional time.               Based on the above, it was built dashboards that can display a visualization of the sales voucher electrical pulses. Views are presented in the form of a voucher provider by categori sales, sales voucher which contribute in demand, sales by customer, sales based cluster, target of achieving sales and the target deposit.               Results of the system making this dashboard can display information related to the voucher sales target in the form of electrical pulses to the visualization of information and can help owners Rajawali Reload in monitoring the performance of the sales voucher electrical pulses based on the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by Rajawali Reload            Keywords: Visualization of Information, Dashboard, Sales Monitoring

Abstract

The process of recording the sale of spare parts and services, the service motor that includes the company's interaction to the customer and internal interactions between parts of the PT. As Motor not computerized. The problem that exists is in the process of identifying damage to vehicle in which the mechanics are not doing service in accordance with the standard operating procedure as well as the mechanics are working on improvements often work vehicle repair other customers and service advisors are not directly know the stock of spare parts that exist when the sales of spare parts, the impact is disturbing the development and progress of the workshop.The solution to solve the problem is an application that can automate customer interactions to the company and the interaction between the internal parts is to design and build applications recording sales of spare parts and services, the service -based motor desktop. These applications generate sales reports information in the form of spare parts, spare parts sales reports per period, circulation reports sales of spare parts, service revenue reports per mechanics, spare parts inventory reports, and reports the purchase of spare parts. Keywords: Spare Parts, Service Fees, Sales, Desktop Based Application.
