Abstract

CV. Zaneti 9 is a construction company specialized in services of asphalting, street casting and making drains water. Management of document requests to add raw materials on the CV. Zanetti 9 still using paper documents. Based on the current administrative conditions, time required to recap of data requests takes 1-2 days. The Administration Also has long-time constraints on the approval of the addition of raw materials.Based on this problem , then made application management of document requests  the addition of raw materials by applying administrative workflow system. This application applies the theory of Administrative workflow system to make sure process flow can be run well.It was concluded that this application has been able to accelerate the process of request for the addition of raw materials and also improves the performance of the process of creating the document recaps the addition of raw materials. This is seen in the time it takes to request additions raw materials to finished and also the time required to make the document recaps the addition of raw materials. At first it requires total time 36 hours to 26 minutes after use the application.

Abstract

Some IT policies does not fully implemented yet in the entire department at RSI Jemursari regarding the application of Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit for it business purposes. As a result, the data in each department are not in sync and irrelevant with the IT policies. The problems still remain at RSI Jemursari likewise the unclear cause to date. RSI Jemursari used COBIT 4.1 standard and under the scope of Internal Business Processes perspective according to the Balance Scorecard when performing information system audit to resolve the problems. ISACA stage is chosen in performing information system audit consists of four phases which are planning, preparing, performing, and audit reporting. The management information system audit result reach 3.51 ending level value reach which included in defined category that also means the procedure have been standardized and documented, be communicated through adequate training and obligated to implement the standard and deviation. Some procedures are well-executed but it just a matter of formalization for the daily tasks. The entire IT procedures and policies are still lacking or undocumented yet. This research delivers the improvements for the hospital management information system process.

Abstract

PT. Diana Abadi Santosa is a company that one of their business is in motion provide service. PT. Diana Santosa Abadi is constrained in the decision to choose K9 dog that used to resolve something case. In addition the company has not apply a computerized system and is still doing manually. This condition causes the company can not take good decisions in choosing and deciding K9 dog that according to the case or the existing problems. Based on the description above, needed a decision support system in the company. The system consists of the K9 dog needs, and recommend the selection of K9 dog that suits as required. From the test results of decision support systems in PT. Diana Abadi Santosa is concluded that the information system created to help in selection process of K9 dog and recommend the selection of K9 dog as required.

Abstract

Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Mitra is a cooperative that located at Genteng, Banyuwangi. KSU Mitra have a loan services products to their member. KSU Mitra using the principles of 5C assessment to assess worthiness of the loan application. The existing conditions, the principle of 5C assessment not fully performed. This led to the credit risk on loans granted. This occurs because the assessment process is not recorded. And the recording of loan payments still recorded in simple manner. To resolve the issue then assessment worthiness of loan giving and loan payments recording is made. Applications are made to assess the worthiness of loan giving based on the principles of 5C and can handle the recording of loan payments. Based on trial results that have been done, can be concluded that this application complies with the expected goals. This application has been able to assess the worthiness of loan giving based on the principles of 5C assessment and recorded the loan payments on KSU Mitra.

Abstract

Production scheduling is one of the most important aspect that ensures the business process of a company running smoothly, as well as in CV Tidar Jaya. CV Tidar Jaya in its business has not utilized any production scheduling schemes, it can be seen from their frequent delay of the order completion. The Problem is mainly because they always prioritized special order without looking at which order came first. In addition to that, they only used rough estimation about the completion time without exact calculation. To improve their business processes, we build a production scheduling system using the Earliest Due Date (EDD) method which is able to calculate the date of order completion and to minimize delay. CV Tidar Jaya also uses non-technical factors that are used as reference for calculating the engine machine start up time schedule, machine rest time and production materials time readiness. By using the EDD method, job that has an earliest deadline will be prioritize. Using this scheduling system, CV Tidar Jaya is able to produce information of finishing order time and optimize production scheduling in such a way that the delay can be minimized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of convenience and perceived benefit associated with the use of PARIS (Parking Information System) by adopting a model TAM 1 (Technology Acceptance Model), which consists of several constructs that perceived ease of use (X1), perceived usefulness (Y1), attitude toward behavior (Y2), behavioral intention (Y3) and behavior (Y4). This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sampling as many as 95 respondents from all users PARIS (Parking Information System) in Stikom Surabaya. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis (path analysis). Results from the study showed 7 construct to produce a significant effect, namely in the variable perceived ease of use (X1) to perceived usefulness (Y1), perceived ease of use (X1) to attitude toward behavior (Y2), perceived usefulness (Y1) to attitude towards behavior (Y2), perceived usefulness (Y1) to behavioral intention (Y3), attitude toward behavior (Y2) to behavioral intention (Y3), perceived usefulness (Y1) to the actual use (Y4) and behavioral intention (Y3) to behavior (Y4).

Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is one part in the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya (Surabaya Stikom), PPTI an important role in ensuring the course of Systems and Information Technology (STI) for each civitas. Conditions in the PPTI currently do not have users demand patterns of IT services, so thats make PPTI can not understand and know the effect of user demand on services and availability of service capacity to meet that demand. Solutions to these problems, it needs to be planning IT services for needs of Demand Management for IT Services, this process has the objective to anticipate and influence the demand for IT services in PPTI. Plan of Demand Management for IT Service Management, we conducted research with reference to the standard Service Strategy in the framework of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library V.3 (ITIL), especially on Service Strategy which is used as a foundation to support the development process. outcome of the Demand Management for IT Service is create documents Patterns of Business Activity (PBA), User Profile (UP), standards and procedures, and policies Demand Management. The document can function in the process of sorting and managing user requests the service properly and according to the needs, service levels and asset services.

Abstract

Jemursari Islamic Hospital Surabaya is a company which focuses on medical service. This hospital uses Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) to undergo its business processes. There are obstacles during the implementation of HMIS including: frequent of information leak, the defect of information tools, and the low awareness of information security among the employees. It causes the emerge of some risk such as information misuses, privileges misuse by the unconcerned employees, failure in data processing, even cybercrime or data theft that causes data lost. To overcome those problems, Jemursari Islamic Hospital Surabaya performs information system security audit using ISO 27002:2005 as the best practice in information security. The steps are taken from ISACA steps. The scopes which are checked based on the problems are Human Resource Security, Physical and Environmental Security, Information System Access Control and Acquisition, Development and Maintenance. The management information system security audit produces maturity level 3,47 which is in defined category. It shows that most of information system security processes already have rules and routinely implemented. This research also produce a recommendation to improve the processes of HMIS in Jemursari Islamic Hospital Surabaya.

Abstract

Koperasi Sejahtera Tani Nusantara (KOSTIN) a savings and loan cooperative that aims to provide venture capital lending services for the city of Pekanbaru. Currently  realization of the loan assessment Koperasi Sejahtera Tani Nusantara still subjective and the manual is just to provide an assessment whether  a prospective customer is given a loan or not. Assessments are subjective and the manual, also influenced from the subjective to the trust factor against the prospective customer. This assessment resulted in some customers' arrears exceeded installment maturing resulting in  capital turnover noncurrent. To resolve the  problems above, so engineering designs of customer lending eligibility application is made using 7P method of assessing prospective customers from the side: personality, party, purpose, prospect, payment, profitabillity, protection. With this application is expected to co-operatives can determine the suitability of prospective customers in obtaining credit and are expected to reduce the number of customers in arrears at a later date. Based on the results of trials that have been done can be concluded that the application complies with the expected goals. Abstract

Al-Huda Medical Center is special unit of Al-Huda hospital which manages check-up service for Prospective Indonesian Migrant Worker (CTKI). Al-Huda Medical Center wants to improve the service process and medical record of CTKI using computer system. There are five main problems found in the field regarding this matter, they include (1) all data reports consisting of registration to medical record database is still in paper-based documents, (2) the registration number is processed manually, (3) there is no barcode in health certificate, (4) specimen is labelled using handwriting (5) registration report, medical record, form, and film paper is done manually in terms of calculation and writing. The solution offered for the aforementioned problems is developing a web-based application which is able to manage service process, medical record, and report. Furthermore, this application provides health certificate which fulfills the standardization of the destination country of CTKI. This application also offers the more accurate reports compared to paper-based documentation.
