Abstract

Stikom Surabaya has several websites and one of them is a Website Perwalian. Website Perwalian is used by faculty and students to plan a schedule each semester. Website Perwalian as a media source of information about class,schedule,courses deemed to meet the information needs of students and guardian lecturers. This study was conducted to evaluate website quality of its website based on the end user satisfaction with the website’s services that is measured using Webqual 4.0 and identify important factors of performance which should be improved to meet the satisfaction of end user of Website Perwalian. Based on a sample calculation of this study and the obtained sample result is 94 respondents that will be distributed questionnaires. Multiple linear regression is used to examine the association of each dimension of Webqual 4.0 with user satisfaction. The most significant impact is on the quality of interaction for satisfaction that is equal to 28 %. This shows that the user satisfied if design Website Perwalian in accordance with the need of users. Lowest influence is on variable Usability Quality for User Satisfaction that is equal to 24.7%. It means that the web developer should pay a great attention and improvement especially in the use of navigation on Website Perwalian.Keyword: Webqual, User Satisfaction, Usability Quality, Linear Regression, Webqual

Abstract

This research aims to design and build academic administration information system web based at Ta'miriyah senior high school in Surabaya. On this research analysis and design of the system using the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall. This methodology includes a number of phases, namely the stage of system analysis, system design and implementation of the system. The data used in this architecture is data grade X period 2015-2016, an active teacher data, and the data subjects that have been designated by the Administration. The results of this final project is design and build academic administration information system web based that can be used by parents to monitor their children activities in relation to the information school administration. For further development may be suggested to make android-based system as well as the added summary and download report Administration information.

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center is a laboratorium company in  Dharmawangsa number 66 and 70 Surabaya. Parahita has applied infromation technology which integrated and centralized to increase the customer satisfaction and service quality that is called Parahita Information Systems (PARIS). However, the problem in the application of PARIS is no transaction data saving overall and some time difference result between the output and input in the application. So far, the root of the problem is unrecognized.                Information System Audit which refers to COBIT 4.1 audit standard is applied to overcome the problem. COBIT 4.1 audit applies ISACA audit steps. The steps are preparation, planning, implementation and report. The types of audit are financial and customer perspectives. The financial perspective consist of two aims of business, eight aims of TI and twenty processes of TI. The customer perspective consists of four aims of business, thirteen aims of TI and twenty three processes of TI.                The result of information system audit application has 3,63 in financial perspective. It can be called as Defined which means information system activities in the company as standard work procedures and communicate through formal activities. In addition, it is found the invention and reccomandation for improvement and development system.

Abstract

Job fair is central to places job offer. Job fair is important in providing job vacancy for alumnus. But there are the problem in STIKES foundation hospital Dr. Soetomo surabaya, the alumnus cannot know information job opportunities right away and detail, The number of a letter vacancy who come on UKSPBK&A is different than administration general and UKSPBK&A cannot be knowing the number and anyone who applied and received work in every vacancy, and agencies could not know whether a vacancy they send was approved for received or not. To solve that problems, STIKES need made application job fair. Application is capable of accessed by UKSPBK&A, alumnus and agencies through facilities web. So that can reach all users and processing job fair which more easily and fast. Making this applications using methods sdlc waterfall. The results of the tryouts this application is system  can organize job vacancy. Help to provide a realtime vacancy work and providing function applied job vacancy. And can produce report applicants , the reports of alumni who applied and received on each vacancy.

Abstract

UD. Tirta Samudra merupakan distributor penjualan air mineral dalam kemasan yang berada di kota Lamongan. Kegiatan perusahaan tersebut saat ini meliputi penjualan, pembelian, retur penjualan, dan retur pembelian. Setiap kegiatan perusahaan terdapat proses penambahan stok maupun pengurangan stok barang. Akibat dari tingginya kegiatan yang terdapat pada perusahaan, stok barang pada gudang sering terjadi kehabisan stok. Stok barang yang habis pada gudang dapat mengganggu jalannya kegiatan perusahaan.Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dibuat sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan dan mengolah data penjualan dan pembelian perusahaan. Solusi tersebut berupa aplikasi penjualan dan pembelian. aplikasi yang dibuat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Data penjualan dan pembelian yang disimpan dan diproses oleh sistem untuk menghasilkan laporan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.Kesimpulan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan, aplikasi penjualan dan pembelian ini dapat menghasilkan lima (5) laporan yang dapat digunakan pimpinan untuk sebagai evaluasi. Pada aplikasi ini terdapat pengingat stok barang yang akan habis ketika terjadi transaksi penjualan pada barang yang memiliki stok kritis.

Abstract

Puskesmas (Community Health Center) is a healthcare organization established by the government to reach the rural population in order to get health so that people can work without any illnesses. Health Center Dr. Soetomo has 3 poly namely general clinic, dental poly and poly child's mother. Within the general clinic there is a buildup solving patients in the waiting room, thereby reducing health center services to patients. In solving the above problems, the authors conducted several analytical processes such as modeling and testing of probability distributions, generating random numbers and perform process simulation, keluara of the simulation process is the number of patients served, waiting time between a patient and utilization of patient care for 30 days. The simulation results are given to the head of the health center Dr. Soetomo as information.

Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is one of most important business unit in Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya (Stikom Surabaya). PPTI take care all of the data and information that got in Stikom Surabaya, and given to the civitas using IT Services. In order to give services, there are several things that may occured and will disturb the IT Services. PPTI doesn’t have any tactic and strategy to take care of IT Services. So, PPTI need to formulation about strategy and tactic in order to know more about the IT Services. Using the Strategy Management of IT Services of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), PPTI could formulate anything about IT Services that they are need to give to the civitas and PPTI could know how to offer the IT Services to give satisfying results. This research will produce a document that consist of IT Services policy, Strategy to support IT Services, and IT Services that are given to the civitas.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Persero) or called PTPN XII is government enterprise that focused on agri-bussines and agri-industy sector. PTPN XII have 34 garden in East Java, 3 regional office and 5 subsidiary enterprise. Employees who will visit regional office, garden or subsidiary enterprise have to do a official travel. Based on currently business process of official travel, there are a few problem such as misuse official travel for personal interest, tardiness of getting business document, miscalculation official travel fee, and there are no report to reviewing the use of cost. Build a official travel information system is need to resolve currently problem. This system can generate employee official travel history, sorting by priority to create official travel document, give a reminder for create document official travel, automation calculation official travel fee, integrated with budget and create the use of cost official travel report. After testing and evaluatin of system, all function of system is working properly. So official travel information system can resolve the existing problem with all function which it have.

Abstract

Investments in shares offering high profits, but also risky. Ciputra Property Company is one of The property company that has been listed in the Stock Exchange (Indonesia Stock Exchange) with code CTRP.JK. Value stock price is always changing according to the world economic conditions. To complement with the rapid changes in order to avoid losses, this research propose a method capable to forecast stock price shares in the future. One of the forecasting method appropriate for forecasting is ARIMA. ARIMA has several models and the best model is the model which produces the smallest error rate. this research shows that ARIMA (0,1,1) is the best forecasting model with the smallest error rate of 2.64% to forecast Ciputra Property's stock price.

Abstract

PT. Gery Anugerah Tours & Travel is a travel agency company located in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. PT. Gery Anugerah Tours & Travel is here to serve the needs of customers for services ticketing domestic and international flights. The management of the company is promoting superior service to customers. In 2013 and 2014 the company experienced a very rapid increase in the sale of airline tickets, with increasing sales then give a positive impact to the company so that the company provides to the customer convenience in transaction using cash or credit. Given the ease of appearing an obstacle in the form of ticket sales related record keeping became sloppy in filing into sales reporting. Ticket sales transaction records that are not neatly arranged this represented a loss of 12% of the records of the sales and the loss of customers who have previously made booking tickets. Any problems that occur, it will be created an information system that will govern the sale of tickets as well as ticket sales reporting company, in order to eliminate the losses incurred earlier. The information system that will be created is the application of transaction records in ticket sales.Keywords: Information System, Sales, ticketing
