Abstract

Clinic Paradise Surabaya is a medical services have full facilities and experts in the form of general practitioner, beauty, dentist, pharmacy, laboratory, and beauty care services. Obstacles faced Clinic Paradise Surabaya is in the administration of patient services ranging from patient registration, queues, record-keeping, drug and redemption payments are still written or recorded on a sheet of paper. To overcome the above problems, it is made Design of Information System Administration Patient Services Web Based in Clinic Paradise Surabaya processing registration examination, the queue of patients, recording medical records, prescription drugs redemption, payment and reporting required owner. Web-based applications that can run on any operating system and can be accessed through many media such as computers, tablets, and smartphones. Conclusion of Information System Administration Patient Services Web Based is able to help the registration process checks for patients who are already registered, new patient registration, automatic numbering for each poly queues, record-keeping, drug redemption, and payment. Abstract

Abstrak: Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia atau yang disingkat KP-RI “Hidup” merupakan sebuah instansi badan usaha koperasi yang bergerak dalam bidang simpanan, pinjaman dan usaha jasa. Di dalam usaha simpan pinjam, KP-RI Hidup bergerak menghimpun dana simpanan dari setiap anggota dan menyalurkan kembali untuk anggota dalam bentuk bantuan pinjaman dana dengan beban angsuran yang mudah dan ringan. Pegawai negeri yang menjadi anggota KP-RI dapat mengajukan permohonan pinjaman melalui bendahara gajinya. Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu pegawai negeri sebagai anggota KP-RI hanya mengetahui pemotongan gaji untuk angsuran pinjamannya yang tercantum dalam slip gaji. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi untuk mengelola aktifitas transaksi pelayanan transaksi simpan pinjam di KP-RI. Aplikasi yang dibuat memiliki basis sistem desktop yang dapat dipergunakan oleh KP-RI untuk melaksanakan pelayanan yang lebih baik dalam transaksi simpan dan pinjam, lebih dari itu aplikasi didukung dengan sistem pemberitahuan atau notifikasi SMS-gateway yang dapat memberikan pesan pemberitahuan ke anggota mengenai sisa pinjaman dan aktifitas pembayaran yang sudah diberikan ke KP-RI Hidup. Sistem informasi aplikasi yang dibangun tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan dukungan efektifitas kerja koperasi, terutama dalam pelayanan transaksi simpanan dan pinjaman maupun melakukan pencatatan transaksi yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Simpan, Pinjam, Koperasi, SMS Gateway Abstract: Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia or abbreviated KP-RI "Life" is a cooperative agency business entity which is engaged in deposits, loans and business services. In the savings and loan business, KP-RI Life moves to collect deposits from each member and channeled back to members in the form of debt relief fund with a load of easy installments and light. Civil servants who are members of the KP-RI can apply for the loan through the treasurer salary. The problems that arise are public officials as members of the KP-RI only know a pay cut for installment loan listed in the salary slip. Of the existing problems then made an application for managing transaction activity in the savings and loan transaction services KP-RI. Applications are made to have a base desktop system that can be used by KP-RI to implement better service in the transaction savings and loans, more than that the application is supported by a notification system or notification SMS-gateway that can provide a notification message to the members of the remainder of the loan and activities that payment has been given to the KP-RI Life. The information system built applications are expected to support the effectiveness of cooperative work, especially in the service of deposit and loan transactions and keep records of transactions better.Keywords: Application, Deposits, Loans, Cooperative, SMS Gateway

Abstract

Abstract:ASTRANS logistics is a service company in logistic transport based in Jl. Perum Gading Fajar II Blok D2 No.10 Sidoarjo which is doing shipment in Java, Bali and West Nusa Tenggara. ASTRANS Logistics hasn’t done good financial accounting standard yet. All income, outcome and loan recorded manually by ASTRANS Logistics using Microsoft Excel as a tool to calculate. All payment done made by the shipper or the recipient are not optimal. So, small cash balance difference and company cash in a bank is often occurred.As a solution for this problem, in this work, we develop or statement web-based that will assist the company in producing accurate financial statement.It is shown that the new application has the capability in determining customer payment, accounts receivable maturity date, income statement and performing daily closing, and test Alfa for 42 function and then get validation 100% comfortable with Software Requirement Specification (SRS).

Abstract

The failure rate acceptor Natural Family Planning (KBA) specifically calendar method is still high, cause there are a variety of factors. KBA principle used to determine the time of ovulation has also been applied by Muslims, Catholics and other religions that exist in Indonesia. Not only KBA alone, KB tool has also been applied to regulate births by all religious people in Indonesia. However, not all family planning tool used in Indonesia is approved by all religions. Permanent contraception, which trigger the prohibition of the use of contraceptives by the Islamic religion and the Catholic religion because already breaking the law (provisions) and religious laws.Solutions that can solve the problem, namely by the application of the determining woman's fertile period (APMS). APMS an application to determine the woman's fertile period is designed to use operation system (OS) android with methods of natural family planning (KBA). Operation System android is now more attractive to people because it can be reached by all circles.Analysis of the results of usability testing is performed by using a questionnaire based on ease of operations, accuracy of information and user satisfaction. Based test that directly tested usability testing to users expressed SIGNIFICANT application, so it can be concluded that this application has good usability and fit for use.

Abstract

Abstract: Primasatya Husada Citra (PHC) Hospital Surabaya is a sub company of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III. Problem in PHC Hospital Surabaya is when selection 1 phase (administration) on process. Viewed nurse data search process is still manual, there is 25% more or less nurses in special unit that not yet work for 3 years. The effect is the nurses performance do not give a maximum result because there is not enough work experience. Beside of that, less precise selection of experienced nurses who are promoted because only look from 2 criteria. The other problems there are3 more or less record of nurses peer review scoring is gone. The solution that offered to helping all of the problem is an determination promotion of experienced nurses application with graphic rating scales method which can process the data from the criteria that needed so that obtain list of the candidate and candidate information’s that suitable by hospital need. The result of the research showed the application that have already made are can helping in the process of calculating the promotion and generate nurse’s report and nurse overall report.Keywords: application, promotion determination, graphic rating scales.

Abstract

Advertising is the most revenue from print media business Jawa Pos. Problems advertising that appears in part because the process of advertising is difficult for customers, ad management processes that complicate the internal parts of Jawa Pos and the provision of related management report ads that are less informative and not realtime. Resulting in decreased customer number of 7% to 10% every day.In order to overcome problems related to the management of the ads created ad business management applications. Applications are made to facilitate customers in conducting advertising, simplify internal parts Jawa Pos managing the advertising and providing information or reports in realtime that is easily understood by management.The test results indicate that the advertising business management application created to solve the problems of business management advertising Jawa Pos. With the online advertising services on an ad management application, it can help enable customers to place an ad. Then with their online ad management services that connect customers, layout and traffic officer orders the advertising management process can be easily done. In addition to the provision of services online reports, the management can easily access and monitor the development of the advertising business Jawa Pos.

Abstract

Administrative processes in an organization, especially the academic administration of an educational institution, is a core process in the course of the organization. In the process of academic administration, should be supported with adequate pengguanaan technology, so that the core academic processes are easier to run. Similarly, existing academic process at Surabaya Hotel School (SHS), until the current academic administrative processes are still standing separately in each, so the data is still not centralized and the academic difficulties in the process of administration and processing of existing data.The solution to the above problem is to make the application of academic administration to support the academic process is run, including the processing of data in and waves, the data subject, the student data, the process of preparing the curriculum, the selection of subjects anything related to the curriculum that have been made , the process of recapitulation presence of students, the process of awarding final grades and graduation process.Based on the test results, it was found that the application can store student data, the data menyiumpan year and waves, storing data as well as the course curriculum, until recaps presence and fill the students' final grades. Applications can also see all the details of a student's academic history at SHS.

Abstract

Persence of attending on RFID is one of the media to support learning processin business and informatics institution of Stikom of Surabaya. The application of presence of attending on rfid is expectes can ease college students to do the presence of attending in online before following the subject. However, the utilization of presensi RFID haven’t been tapped optimally by college students. The problem can be solved by doing an evaluation comprehensively and having adequate empirical studies which is suitable with the theory. The theory that is used to know the pattern of Stikom of Surabaya in final assignment, there is unified theory of acceptance and use of technology that is developed by Vanakatesh. UTAUT model has applied in academics by many research. This research found the opposite result of the theory of vankatesh. The four variabels (Performance expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Condition) didn’t have positive influence of researcher also didn’t find the positive relation in facilitating condition variabel and habit on the use behavioral intention in using presensi rfid.  Key Words : Students, UTAUT, Performance Expectancy, Presence of attending on RFID

Abstract

Kabuki Surabaya is a small books rental that aim to help kids in the neighborhood to have access to books. The rental is offering not only to rent books but also selling books. Lately the rental gain so much customer that makes the owner become so busy that they cant oversee the rental and sometimes there is a long queue of customers because of manual proccesses, that makes the customer feel uneasy. This research aim to develop a software based on the problem that the rental has. A software that can help to record transactions proccesses faster that manual so there wont be a long queue of customer again, then the records is stored in database so it can be used to provide some information about rental. Not only that, the software can be used to manage the stock of books that the rental have. This software is developed by using waterfall model of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) so the risk can be minimal because all the requirement are defined at the beginning of development. In regards of developing the software more, an idea about safety stock is good for future update.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to produce a combination of optimal schedule where no severe conflicts and conflicts minimal value by searching the tabu search method and take into account a number of variables such as instructor schedule, the number of students, lectures limited time and space. So that the resulting schedule can help organize the lecture. With the scheduling of lectures using tabu search algorithm can help in pebuatan class schedules, especially in terms of making the course schedule with a minimum value of conflict or absence komflik courses, lecturers and rooms at a time.
