SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong is the one of private Senior High School in the Porong Sidoarjo, under the auspices of Kemala Bhayangkari Ranting Pusdik Sabhara Porong Foundation. Found several obstacles to the process financial students in SMA Kemala Bhayangkari, among others as follows : 1) difficulty search financial information each students 2) many types of payment 3) the process of making the report took a lot of time 4) often happens a late payments. Based on the identification of the problems, so the solution offered is making financial application who be able to manage financial students, whether it is in the payment transaction, reports, charts, and information warning before it is due to of the parents. The results of the Final Task is the application financial of SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong where the system made those can be presenting history payment each students, presents graphs and arrears acceptance of all types of payments in any grade, and can send a messages payment warning student before the due to of parents, so that it could prevent the occurrence of a late payments Keywords: Student Finance, Payments, SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong

Hasil Sukses today is accounts receivable that can not be controlled, because the recording of transactions are still using manual processes and are recorded using note board so could not archived properly. Manual recording of transactions and accounts receivable system and filing a memorandum that is not good cause problems in terms of billing. Billing Division at companies often spend time billing to consumers resulting company would have to pay in advance with the manufacturer for CV. Hasil Sukses themselves also do a credit for making the goods.The trial results and internal evaluation showed that the resulting information system capable of helping finance the CV. Hasil Sukses to collect on time. So that companies no longer need to pay in advance with the manufacturer.

Rasyid english courses is english course in the Denpasar city that provide score ofevaluation daily test and the final exam. The score obtained an evaluation recorded by teacher written in score card, then submitted to administration officer using desktopapplication. There are several problems cause losing data when collecting them. First, teachers must come to Rasyid English and then the second one is have to queue to entry data because the entry computer only one so it must be done one by one sequencely. This condition makes the teacher to give the score card to the administration officer. It will takes along time to provide information that will help decision maker for Rasyid english course managers. In the other hand student must come to Rasyid English Course just to know test result eventhought there is nothing else to do. Thus situation both teacher, administration officer and students makes unefficient activity and invalid data to the score management system.Based on the problem above, it will set up an application that can help manager to Rasyid english course to make decision and reduce data loss. Another feature, that can make user entry data anywhere is because use web based application.This research produce web application that guide by SDLC method. This application generate student progress report, academic student report using computer web base application. With web base application allow each the teacher to entry student score anywhere and anytime as long as connected to the internet. Students score can entry by teacher directly without involve the administration officer so the reports can be create as soon as possible.Keywords: Web Applications, Student Progress Reports, Academic Report, English Course

CV Smart Solution Indonesia (SSI) is a company focused on the provision of facilities and infrastructure of archives and archival processing services. Business processes company currently runs from sales manuals offer services over the media to the customer. A problem that often occurs in CV Smart Solution Indonesia at this time, the Project Manager often forget about the order that informed sales because theinformation only through the spiel. So the existing order can’tdirectly in the process. Project Manager of the difficulty in knowing the progress of the project because of the many projects that are being worked on. So a lot of tenants could not be completed on time. This problem resulted in the large number of complaints from customers so that the image of the SSI be bad and lost customers. The difficulty of knowing the progress of this project occur resulting from the recording of progress of project work is still done manually. The solutionis to use the administration application project "digitalization of documents" that functions to provide information about the progress of the project as well as the entire per project being worked on.

The development of information and communication technologies so rapidly and widely used in various fields of life, one of which industry and manufacturing, such as the accounting department is one of the activities is to manage the assets of the company. The use of information and communication technology in the industry is essential and needs to be prioritized, because it can improve the speed and accuracy in data processing and to support the accounting department in managing its assets. The activities in accounting department of PT. Bina Megah Indowood are managing asset data, maintenance of assets, changes in the status of assets, depreciation of assets, and acquisitions are still done manually and not centralized. It makes the accounting department have difficulty managing the data quickly and accurately. In addition, the asset data is not centralized accounting difficult to find valid data. To resolve the problems, it will be created an asset management application at PT. Bina Megah Indowood. With this new application, it is expected that the performance of the accounting department in asset management be the better and make it easier to manage and accelerate the assets reporting process.

The main activities of PT.Eloda Mitra have used application in daily activities, but those applications are still based on each division. This will cause the business processes become uncontrollable and data in each division is not integrated. A way to solve the problem in PT. Eloda Mitra is with strategic planning with Anita Casidy method, where in the planning started from upstream to downstream of the company. Anita casidy method having 4 (four) stage that are visioning, analysis, direction, recommendation. The result of that method is IS strategy, IT strategy dan IT management. Results of this research are as follows, IS Strategy that are repairing vendor ordering system by using STI, making customer complain centre, making STI data security system, making changes SDM system which the recruitment of new staff to making standard operating procedure, and updating the website. The result of thi method also obtain IT strategy that are apply a system of management equipment repair for improve network management, increased clustering activity and SANs, Review the design and the use of data center to ensure discharging that can save, using PDA in business process. IT management for supporting IS and IT strategy is composing management human resources for all planning and conduct training human resources

PT Bina Megah Indoowood (BMI) is a private companies operating income wood manufacture with the main product wood flooring and wood decking. PT BMI have a vision of “become industrial manufacturing wood that supplies quality products all over the world with superiority wood Indonesia”. Business process now done by implementing reservations raw materials , and in the production by taking into account the quality and demand customers after finished last products sent to customers. Problem that happens in PT BMI today is a system companies are not integrated and the absence of data management and evaluation the company only in financial .This has resulted in of business process has been blocked , the data uncontrolled and the absence of evaluation of the company long term. Computer Laboratory (Labkom) with labkom.stikom.edu domain is a facility supporting academic activities. Activities supported is practice to lecture both practice or not. Currently, Labkom not only used for the purposes of practical subjects but also used for other activities such as research, computer training, community service, and performing tasks students. Website Labkom first used in August 2011. During this Labkom website has never done an assessment of the quality of the website is based on the perception of site visitors. In this research, measured by the quality of the website Labkom by using WebQual method 4.0. WebQual is an instrument that assesses the quality of a website according to the end-user perspective. This research was conducted using questionnaire, from the spread of the questionnaire obtained 83 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire in trials using validity, reliability test, and test the assumptions. Then processed by multiple linear regression. From the results of this study concluded that WebQual variable is the interaction quality is positive and significant impact on user satisfaction Labkom website, but the need for evaluation and improvement based on indicators of WebQual.

PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a company engaged in the seafood industry. The company has been exporting processed products to several countries including: USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, Japan etc.The company's goal is to achieve a target value of export transactions by year. To determine the attainment of the objectives of the company divisions and the related directors always conduct regular meetings. However, the data presented at the meeting is still shaped table data and just in the previous period, so it does not correspond to the needs of the board of directors for the data tables presented uninformative and real time.Visualization Dashboard Application for Export Transactions on PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a software that can provide the information value of the ratio of export transactions by year, by state, by product category and by customer with the target at a certain period in real time. Information is presented in a visual form such as pie charts, rod and line. This application is built for ease of directors and marketing division in knowing the difference between the value export transaction with a target value of exports in a given period.
