Abstract

CV. Rahayu Sentosa established in 2012 and during the four years of existence, the company is engaged in the manufacture of customer orders emphasized on making the mold as well as some support work that is precision parts, construction and manufacturing. Starting from just a machine Cutting & Bending plate, now the company has grown and has several machines include CNC machining centers, EDM, turning, and milling.Problems on the CV. Rahayu Sentosa today is there are still some deficiencies in calculating the cost of production of the mold in any orders from consumers so they can not produce a definite price to determine the price of finished goods and how costs are used by the company in making the product. In determining the prices of goods produced, the process of determining the prices of goods are still based on estimates and view pricing of goods by companies engaged in the same field. Whereas goods produced by CV. Rahayu Sentosa are goods that are produced with the accuracy of modern machines and has a precision specifications and adequate quality. On the other hand in calculating the cost of production should be charged the cost of materials, labor costs and factory overhead costsThis resulted in the selling price charged to consumers are not in accordance with the price expected by the company. So that the company's profit in the year 2014-2015 experiencing instability with a decrease in profit of thirty per cent in the manufacturing mold. On the other hand, failure to achieve the company target due to the age of the firm of less than five years, requires the company to frequently hold exhibitions about the company's products outside of the city to be recognized by consumers. This has an impact on the mobility of the company to be able to do pricing quickly and precisely.                Based on these problems, the authors make the application of determining the cost of production by using web-based job order costing. Determining the cost of a web-based production can solve the problems on the company today among other things, determine the selling price of goods customers, facilitate the calculation of the cost of production of goods customers by engineering the company's current enterprise mobility is high, as well as enable customers to order goods with web-based applications.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia is a state owned Enterprises which is engaged in courier, logistic, and financial transactions. The development of courier services and logistics balanced with the development of internet and smartphone technology. The development of internet and smartphone technology enables a new service opportunities to customer of PT Pos Indonesia that is design of online package shipment application based on android. The design of this application allows customer to make deliveries using android smartphone everywhere. Conclusion of the design of online package shipment application based on android is able to provide new services to customers of PT Pos Indonesia, which provide service feature such as package shipment anywhere without going to the post office, knowing their shipment orders for postal agency, and provide direction to courier post pickup shipment orders. Also generate customer report list, customer recap per province, package shipment list report, and payment report.

Abstract

Polisi Militer TNI AL (POMAL) Surabaya adalah salah satu fungsi teknis militer umum TNI AL dan merupakan bagian dari Puspom TNI. Berdasarkan pada Surat Perintah Penugasan oleh Pusat Polisi Militer TNI AL (PUSPOMAL), sebagai salah satu korps TNI yang akan mengikuti standarisasi kemiliteran secara nasional dan internasional. PUSPOMAL menugaskan kepada setiap korps POMAL di seluruh Indonesia untuk dilakukan Audit setiap periode, khususnya Audit Teknologi Informasi. POMAL Surabaya memiliki bagian Cyber crime dan TI (UTI). Bagian UTI memiliki peran tugas untuk mendukung dan mengatasi segala kegiatan operasional di POMAL dengan fasilitas pendukung teknologi informasi. Adapun layanan TI di POMAL seperti memberikan informasi proses hukum anggota TNI AL dan penyelenggaraan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) TNI AL. Namun terdapat permasalahan TI terkait layanan TI tersebut yaitu data di POMAL Surabaya belum terintegrasi, sering terjadi error dari jaringan cyber crime dari pusat sehingga proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan terganggu, belum optimalnya penggunaan sistem pembuatan SIM anggota TNI AL karena masih sering mengalami gangguan sistem dan hardware.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, maka perlu dilakukan audit teknologi informasi. Audit teknologi informasi mengacu pada standar Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1. Standar COBIT digunakan karena mempunyai kompromi yang cukup baik dalam keluasan cakupan pengelolaan dan kedetailan proses-prosesnya serta COBIT merupakan panduan yang paling lengkap dari praktik-praktik terbaik untuk manajemen TI.Penelitian pada POMAL Surabaya menghasilkan temuan, yaitu: (i)POMAL Surabaya memiliki tingkat kematangan 0.744 di bawah standar internasional (standar nilai-nilai proses IT di ISACA) yaitu berada di bawah 2 padahal standar internasional mempunyai nilai maturity level antara 2-3. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa POMAL belum menerapkan manajemen TI secara benar. (ii) Analisa control objective domain PO1, PO4, PO6, PO10, AI4, AI7, DS7, DS8, ME1, dan ME4 menunjukkan bahwa mempunyai assessment yang rendah yaitu tidak lebih dari 1 (satu), Namun, memiliki nilai kepentingan yang tinggi pada proses bisnis yang ada dalam organisasi, sehingga proses-proses yang berkaitan dengan domain tersebut perlu untuk terus diperhatikan.

Abstract

Access Point is a program of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia in the field of improving the acceleration and expansion of Indonesia's economy, and also aims to catch up with technological development in Indonesia with other countries. Pengelolaann process inventory at Telkom access point that often occurs deficiencies and therefore can not serve the replacement of the access point that is damaged.To solve problems related to inventory access point then made the inventory information system access point. The system uses a method Reorder Point (ROP) to overcome supply shortage access point. The system includes recording made damaged access point, the access point ROP calculation and booking access point.Results of testing the inventory information system created access point can help facilitate Telkom Regional Division V to manage access point. With this system can connect Telkom Regional Division V and Witel, with this access point management processes that previously have run out will be resolved by this system. In addition to the online system then management can access the system through some gadgets, such as the monitoring of the status of the access point, the calculation of ROP, and booking access point.

Abstract

The background of this research is the frequent of failure on vessel allocation processs in PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PT. PHE WO). That matter happens because there is no tools that can be used for allocating vessel. That problem gets higher when fuel consumption increases rapidly. Unscheduled utility because of the lateness of vessel location updating process in monitoring also takes effect on fuel consumption increase. Therefore, it requires development an appliction of transportation allocating and vessel monioring that can help in allocation vessel and monitoring the last vessel location in real time using Google Maps API. According to test that have been done by Fleet Control Division, Head of Platform, dan Captain, transportation allocation and vessel monitoring application can allocate vessel by request correctly, by monitoring fuel consumption that will be used so it can avoid the increase of fuel consumption. Monitoring process in real time can decrease the possibility of unscheduled utility that can increase fuel consuming.

Abstract

Employee performance evaluation in Paru Surabaya Hospital consists of two ratings. Those are employee performance appraisal and assessment of employee performance at the working unit. Human Resources (HR) find miscalculation cases on those assessments due to miscalculation of the applied assessment formula. This miscalculation mostly occurred on three to five employees each year. Another problem that also occurs on managerial level is the evaluation report establishment takes one to two weeks in average due to must open the recapitulation file of employee performance evaluation. The applied solution to overcome these problems is developing the application of employee performance appraisal using Key Performance Indicator by looking at four aspects: quantity, quality, time and cost. While the employee performance evaluation at the departement using Graphic Rating Scale method. Based on trial results between manual calculation and application is made to the nine employees who represent their respective departments, the result that there is no difference between manual calculations with the application so that the application can perform calculations accurately. The trial results show a report with twenty employees value the data takes approximately thirty seconds so as to display the entire data value employee report 216 employees take approximately five minutes.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Baja Hutama merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam produksi alat–alat berat, seperti peralatan kereta api, peralatan perawatan jalan, alat–alat pertanian dan perkebunan, Stone / Coal Crusher Plant & Mobile, Batching Plant, Mining Processing, Conveyor System, Dradger Pontoon dan sebagainya. Dalam menetapkan harga jual produk, manager tidak melakukan identifikasi terhadap investasi perusahaan. Untuk target pengembalian investasi (ROI), perusahaan belum memperhitungkannya ke dalam perhitungan harga jual produk. Dampaknya, apabila perusahaan menentukan harga jual yang tidak sesuai harga standar akan berpengaruh terhadap target pengembalian investasi dan laba bersih yang diterima oleh perusahaan.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah suatu aplikasi yang mampu menentukan harga jual produk standar dengan menghitung semua komponen biaya yang ada. Komponen biaya tersebut yaitu target pengembalian  biaya investasi,  nilai laba yang diharapkan, dan markup. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan harga jual produk untuk setiap dan meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan harga jual produk.Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, aplikasi yang dibuat mampu menghasilkan nilai laba yang diharapkan berdasarkan tingkat pengembalian biaya investasi dari perhitungan mark-up. Dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut, perusahaan dapat menghitung harga jual produk yang tepat, sehingga dapat mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan harga jual yang sesuai berdasarkan harga standar.

Abstract

the purpose of the thesis was to produce a steel drum production monitoring applications in PT. Karya Bakti Metalasri (PT. KBM), which can assist in the processing and recap of the production’s report. Drum production monitoring application using waterfall method. Waterfall method is that each stage of the system will be done sequentially decreased from the communication, planning, modeling, construction, dan deployment. Based on the test results, this application can help the PT. KBM in processing and recap report production also accelerate the process of making daily or monthly production report.

Abstract

In the academic year 2014/2015 the government to implement the curriculum 2013 simultaneously to all schools in Indonesia. But in the academic year 2015/2016 as much as 94% of school back into the curriculum KTSP and 6% schools that still use the curriculum 2013. And in the academic year 2016/2017 increased 19% schools using the curriculum 2013. Emerging problems of schools that have not been fully used curriculum 2013 until the academic year 2016/2017 due for schools and teachers are not ready and are still difficulties in implementing curriculum 2013. the curriculum 2013 was developed in the modern era where sophisticated era of information technology. Administrative procedure of making the curriculum 2013 is designed to be operated using the information system. However there is no information system that assist schools in making administrative procedures curriculum 2013.From the above problems, then made a planning application daily learning and assessment for primary schools using the curriculum 2013 to assist and guide the teachers in designing lesson plans, create lesson plans and assessment in accordance with the daily lesson plan.Based on trial results, applications are made to assist and guide teachers in planning a lesson plan, lesson plan and make an assessment made daily according to RPP. Abstract

Problems faced by East Java Christian Church (GKJW) Church of Waru are no reports information about a church that is accurate enough to the head waitress Daily Assembly Church (PHMJ) as consideration for planning of ecclesial activity. To get the data to monitor active involvement in church and ecclesiastical activity, church congregations to collect data in each area periodically and perform every worship attendance. Unfortunately, data collection and recording attendance that do are often not documented and not well managed. As a result, completeness of data and information available so that the activity of the church less searches, as well as reporting changes related to church difficult. Based on these problems we need a web-based system has a database as a means to process, manage, and helps generate reports required by the head of the Church GKJW PHMJ Waru. The results of this thesis is the application of data collection churches and ecclesial activity (PJAG) can perform data management, so that the data generated congregation complete and search, as well as changes in reporting requires a short time. PJAG application can present a valid attendance calculations so that attendance recorded properly and the report generating valid information.
