Abstract

PT Shafira Tour & Travel is a company that focused on Umrah and Hajj since 2001. The planning process equipment in umrah and hajj currently experiencing difficulties due to the demand planning process equipment is not adapted to demand the departure of Umrah and Hajj member in the coming period. The impact of this problem is delay in withdrawal equipment process. As for equipment that can’t kept for too long in the warehouses that mukena and ihrom fabric which can be dirty, and the impact that occurs when booking to cart more on a purchase order can result loaded in the warehouse. The solution provided is making and designing wake planning application supplies inventory Umrah and Hajj in PT Shafira Tour & travel using calculation process using Triple Exponential Smoothing Winters for forecasting method, the process of calculating for optimal ordering with minimum cost using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and ordering the re-order point (ROP). The result of this study is a planning application for Umrah and Hajj supplies inventory at PT Shafira Tour & Travel. This application can help equipment division to forecast the demand supply equipment for two subsequent periods based on data requests in prior periods as well as the equipment can help to define the re-order point with an optimal cost

Abstract

PT. Sinar Baja Hutama located on Jl. Dupak Rukun No. 111 – Surabaya is a company engaged in the production heavy equipment such as : train equipment, road maintenance equipment, farming equipment, Stone / Coal Crusher Plant & Mobile, Batching Plant, Mining Processing, Conveyor System, and Dradger Pontoon. For product that have big size customer must order first, after customer deal with the product price, company will make the product. The problem that arises is when the work product for the manufacture turned out to cost less, and the company could not for additional cost to the customer so the company had to bear the cost of production. Based on the existing problem, data processing needs to be done in order to produce a value in the form of information used as budgetary control cost in the production process. Application control production costs will be made to have a function as a control costs against budget plan that was made before, on that application administrators can control costs by considering certain aspects, including the price of the main raw and auxiliary materials, machinery costs, installation costs and employee wages. With so can minimize the cost of production shortages. The information generated from the application is the Realization report production cost, budget compared to actual reports, and production progress report of the work for each product. In addition there is a notification as if the cost of cost control has reached the point that they think will lead to swelling production costs. With the above applications can minimize shortages company production costs, as well as from reports generated will be a benchmark for the manufacture of the next product.

Abstract

PT Tresnamuda Sejati or TMS is a company in the field of shipping. Currently, there is damage or loss of documents SI (Shipping Instruction) by 5% due to the shipper submit documents in paper form to be entered again by parts of the document. The impact of this, the shipper was disappointed with the service companies of having to send documents SI twice. In addition shipper can not monitor the status of cargo shipments and should call a customer service many times. In terms of managerial, at the end of the reporting process export activities already underway. Section only archives document and map the document manifest within a period of one month. The impact of this, the head of the company late in evaluating business processesTo solve these problems, the needed export document processing applications. This application will be made consisting of web-based shipping instruction data input features, status monitoring feature cargo shipments, and the end of the reporting features in graphical form.With this application, the shipper can make shipping instruction data input directly into the website, in addition to the shipper can also monitor the position / status of the current cargo being shipped to the port of destination. Abstract

PT Sejahtera Usaha Bersama is one of the largest timber manufacturer in Indonesia which produces wood such as plywood and blockboard. PT Sejahtera Usaha Bersama have has information systems to support the business needs of the company on the production, but at the moment the application of information technology systems only consider immediate needs and allows the application of information systems overlap each other and their sub-systems are different from each other. These conditions make the information system can not be used as expected. Problems arising in the company, especially in the production of one constrained by the lack of monitoring of the production machine, so that when the damage occurred can inhibit the production process in the company. In the production itself there are other problems such as the data is not centralized, resulting in data redundancy and data security is reduced. In the production also does not have adequate application to support activities such as: monitoring production machines and check the quality of the product, resulting in a process for machine maintenance can not be monitored well, and the process of product quality checks are still susceptible to human error. The lack upgraded of the hardware such as computers also affects the enterprise, resulting in disruption of data management processes. Based on these issues, then an analysis using Enterprise Architecture is conducted. With Enterprise Architecture, the issues raised in the company can be analyzed in each phase of TOGAF ADM and then generates proposed improvements of each phase. The results of analysis TOGAF ADM is an IS / IT blueprint that contains five documentss, namely architecture business architecture, information systems architecture (application architecture and data architecture) and technology architecture. IS / IT Blueprint will later be used as reference when the company wants to develop the current IS / IT.

Abstract

The process of Goods management process that includes record incoming goods, recorded goods out and the procurement of goods on division of goods PT. Krian Indah not computerized. The existing problems which is the first the manufacture of a report still comparing data recording goods in and freight out. The second is the in preparing event that is to be held had difficulty to the required because data statement goods late submitted. The third is The incompatibility the number of an inventory of goods who recorded with the amount of goods that is in a warehouse. Fourth is Demand goods by division who runs the event still use the small notes so easy to missing.            The A solution to solve the problem is application that can be records the transactions of goods in and freight out. So that transactions goods in and freight out can regular. System can figure out the points order repeated goods ( reorder point ) that would give information a time warning and the number of order repeated goods. System can also pathetic form demand goods substitute notes small that division goods although the data shaped archive also has data on a database .Based on the results of the tryouts that has been done , this system able to meet a need to division warehouse pt .Krian beautiful jaya in management process of goods , the preparation of reports on goods , stocks report , report rop goods . Keywords: Goods Management, Reorder Point, Web Based Application.
