Abstract

Hospitals Dr. Soewandhie is one hospitals in surabaya solid ongoing business processes in terms of service and examination of patients outpatient. Obstacles faced Hospitals Dr. Soewandhie is in data processing associated with the patient, the problem in the search data, which resulting in the case of duplication of medical card patients. Another obstacle is data inconsistency, recording data on the number patient visits different registration with the data on the amount of traffic check unit, manual data transfer and reporting process requires extra effort because scopied repeatedly prior to the general ledger. To overcome the above problems it created Design Patient Administration Systems in Hospitals Dr. Soewandhie, which can assist the administration in the registration section and check the unit that includes patient search, validation of patient, patient registration, patient queues, checks patients, drug registration and reporting. With the Design of the Patient Administration System Hospitals Dr. Soewandhie, it can provide more accurate information and assist in the search for patient data, prevent duplication of medical card, provide data on the number of patients that are consistent between the units, helping recording medical records and helps recording of dispensing. By processing the exact data it can produce useful information for the reporting head hospital.

Abstract

The process of learning in high school from year to year changed so quickly and directly proportional with development of technology.  Process of development started from teaching which the source from educators (called teachers) who given to the high school students then changed to be “learn together”. This points are requirements of today students and past student is difference. The today students exist is being called “Digital Native” who students so close with gadget. The devices can be used by teachers and students for learning anytime and anywhere with mobile-based learning applications. Currently, mobile-based application for learning have not standard of learning. Standards learning consist by basic competencies, core competencies, and indicators as a reference of learning contents, exercises, and tasks. There is no standards in other learning mobile-based application it because making a learning application which have standards competencies to display learning contents, exercises, and tasks that can also be used for discussion via chatting. This application called “MoLearn Based in Android” and was created by collaboration with Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Biology and Geographic East Java Teams.Keywords: Application, High School Students, Mobile Learning, Standards Competencies

Abstract

Library is the source of all libraries that exist in an educational institution. This makes the library a benchmark for the quality of an educational institution. With this role, the library becomes the source of all knowledge for students who want to hone their thinking ability to the outside world. Like the current era of globalization rapid development of information technology, so the schools are required to follow the development of information technology in the school library. Library of SDN Klampis Ngasem I Surabaya nowadays, apply the conventional service process that is all the data is still written in the collection and while searching the required data should open the collection's collection, it cause slow in searching data, circulation service or report making. A library also requires a system to collect data, process data, store data, view data and channel good information, one of which is to have high data accuracy. To meet these needs, the business that must be done by the library is the utilization of information technology such as computer along with other library information system application besides the improvement of human resource and system improvement. Kata kunci: Aplication, Library

Abstract

PT. Prima Nadia Gravia is a company engaged in the field of services that place on the Jl. Cipta Menanggal VI No. 7 Surabaya, the company serves advertising services and information services in the form of magazines and newspapers published within a certain time and spread throughout Indonesia, especially in the city of Jakarta and Surabaya. In terms of distribution of newspapers and magazines, PT. Prima Nadia Gravia uses the Circulation section. In the current Circulation section, the business process used is still very manual, all the recordings still use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and archived paper files and still no record of payment and receivable customers causing harm to the company.The solution is to conduct a research and design of Information System that can help the circulation to control how the circulation activities that run better than ever. Development method used is System Development Life Cycle Waterfall Method.The expected result is that it can help corporate secretary to control circulation activity and give report related to payment and receivable of customers so that editor in chief can know earnings report from circulation activity.

Abstract

SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya with a total of 664 students divided into 4 majors, namely majoring in multimedia, light vehicle engineering, audio video techniques, and banking. Light vehicle engineering and audio engineering video have difficulties in asset management, such as borrowing, returns, and maintenance of goods. The staff still uses the logbook that must be filled by the students. The tool man also does not provide receipts for the items borrowed by the students, therefore, making it difficult to track the availability and viability of the goods. In the process of generating the report, the tool man has difficulties in reporting quantities, specifications, clarifications, and feasibility of certain asset items.Based on the above description of the problem, an asset management application was built, which can assist the head of facilities and infrastructure, the tool man, and students in lending, return and maintenance of goods. This application can help Tool man, in the process of creating reports, reduce the loss of goods and simplify the control of goods.From the asset management test results can generate lending reports, return reports, best-selling assets, as well as a list of assets, employees, and students. Keywords: Website, SMK Kartika 2 Surabaya, Asset Management.

Abstract

Putri Hospital Surabaya is a company or institution that specializes in health especially in pregnant and childbirth care that rescue at Arief Rahman Hakim Street, Surabaya. In its business process Putri Hospital has the employee resource needs of approximately 179 employees divided into 21 sections. In fulfilling the needs of these employees and apply one mission of RSIA Putri Surabaya is "Providing professional services and high quality", then every once or every year precisely in March or September carried out the implementation of recruitment and selection of employees. To assist the HRD staff in the process of recruitment and selection of new employees, then built application-based recruitment and employee-based website. The process of recruitment and selection of employees in the application using competency standards tailored to the needs of the company to get qualified and competent candidates. The result of this research will produce recruitment and employee selection application at Putri Hospital Surabaya. This application can help the process of recruitment and selection of employees so that the process can be more quickly and can more precisely in getting qualified and competent employees. This application is also built based on the website so it can run online.

Abstract

Stikom Career Center (SCC) is a technical implementation unit (UPT) which aims to help or become a mediator between companies / agencies / industry workers, especially those coming from Stikom Surabaya. On the SCC website, alumni still have to find their own job vacancies and the company has not been able to find alumni according to the criteria they need. This process has not been able to help alumni to promote themselves to the world of work. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build a website-based information system to quick-select suitable candidates or by applicant synchronization in accordance with the needs of vacancies offered by employer. Based on the results of trials that have been conducted in conjunction with SCC Division and PPTI Division Stikom Surabaya then alumni promotional applications can help alumni to promote themselves and help companies who want to find candidates for workers in Stikom Surabaya. with attention to the look and functions used so as to help SCC to bridge alumni Stikom Surabaya in search of work.

Abstract

CV Langganan is a manufacturing company in West Jakarta area that has existed since 2001. The company is engaged in the production of jewelry made from gold and gems. The production process is done when the stock in the store has been sold, the jewelry products produced have different specifications between each other. In the process of making jewelry there must be costs incurred by the company, the cost is often known as the cost of production. But now the company in determining the cost of production has not been based on the three elements of the cost of production, namely the cost of raw materials, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs. This resulted in the company having difficulty knowing the value of the profit earned and can not determine the selling price of the product. Based on the impact of existing problems, the company can apply the calculation of cost of production by using the full costing method. By using this method the company can calculate all the elements of production cost into the cost of goods. Based on the results of tests conducted on the application built, states that this application has been able to produce a report on the cost of production.Keywords: Full Costing, Cost of Production, Cost Accounting

Abstract

Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UNBK) requires participants to use computer media in the implementation with the aim of facilitating students to do exam questions and save time of workmanship, one of which users are participants from students of SMK Prapanca Surabaya. Many problems still make the students can not accept the performance of UNBK, that is students less understand the problems by using CBT (Computer Based Test), lack of understanding of the features that exist in the application, and less know the information technology system. In order to know the level of acceptance of students in receiving the performance of UNBK system, it is necessary to census 65 students of SMK Prapanca Surabaya by spreading questionnaires that apply the method of UTAUT (Unified Teory of Acceptance and Use of Technology), which is based on Performance Expectation, Effort Expectation, Social Influence , Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention and Use behavior. The result of the questionnaire is processed by statistical test that is descriptive analysis and data analysis. The result of descriptive analysis showed positive response with class interval value 3.41 - <4.20 ("Agreed") in scale of answer 1-5 from mean count of all variables, meaning the level of acceptance of UNBK system to students who follow UNBK have good acceptance level. While the results of data analysis shows that the variable positive effect on the performance of UNBK system seen from the value of regression coefficient 0.199 and which significantly influence through the value of T-statistics of 1.071 to students is Performance Expectancy variable.

Abstract

PT. Boga Putra Sakti is a company engaged in culinary has several restaurants that Suteki Sushi, penyetan Cok, and Waroeng Sapiku. After successfully opening a restaurant Suteki Sushi, PT Putra Boga Way opened penyetan Cok. The name comes from a word that characterizes the community of East Java, especially Surabaya and surrounding areas, but do not open the choke penyetan outlet firstin Surabaya, but penyetan was first open in Jakarta since 2013. One branch penyetan Cok located in BG Junction has business processes for supply of raw materials. Choke penyetan office to give orders raw materials 2 times a week. The process especially when raw materials side dish usingthought supervisor that making raw material excess or shortage in supply.To overcome these problems, we need a solution that is creating and designing applications on the supply of raw materials choke penyetan restaurant located in BG Junction Surabaya by using the process of the prediction method Exponential Smoothing Wintersresearch produces raw material inventory application using exponential smoothing forecasting method winter on penyetan choke for the upcoming period based on the data demand in the previous period so that it can help the problems of shortage and excess inventory of raw materials, especially dishes.
